选择工厂，做好接待准备。

1.多搜集工厂资料，选择信得过的工厂报价。参观前先获取营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件，注意要通过了最新的年审。

3.比外商提前到工厂。提前与工厂交流，验证正本营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证及年审情况，复印并盖公章，然后参观熟悉工厂环境，获得工厂联系人名片，这样接待外商时就不会再派发名片给自己，为后面接待的外商造成工厂与自己就是一体的假象做准备。

二、如何避免工厂单独与外商接触

1、单独接待外商，然后自己带去工厂。这样可以事先与外商面对面交流，先熟悉一下。同时，由于自己已经事先熟悉了一下工厂及联系人，见面时可以给双方介绍，以便于给工厂造成自己与外商合作很密切的假象。

2、参观时尽量跟进客户。外商到哪里，自己就跟到哪里，不给工厂和外商任何可趁之机。

如果工厂与外商获得了双方的联系方式，要想办法挽救或者破坏。比如：

A． 针对工厂，一方面可告知对方外商采购的产品种类繁多，复杂到任何一

家工厂都无法单独生产，却要求一家供应商能统一供货；其次可告知工厂外商的付款条件非常苛刻，比如收货验货后30天甚至更长时间付款，让工厂知难而退。另外，也要让工厂感觉到我们的付款条件更有优势，而且更容易追溯。

B． 针对外商，可告知对方工厂要求100%付款后才开始生产，与外商给我们的付款方式相差甚远；其次还可告知外商该工厂的产品种类比较单一，其他产品都需要外购，因此与我们都处于中间商地位，让外商无法把控与工厂直接交易的风险。另外，还要让外商感受到我们的专业、服务和真诚。

1、外商来本地区(单位)参观时，对本地区(单位)介绍应简明扼要、实事求是；内容要真实、材料要丰富、形式要活泼多样，既不夸大成绩，也不掩饰不足。
