建设集团提前完成东欢坨矿副井新增管路敷设等工程

在集团公司有关领导和部门，以及东欢坨矿各级领导的大力支持、帮助下，近日，建设集团安装一处预计工期提前10天完成了东欢坨矿300万吨续建副井新增管路等工程，并于9月25日顺利通过了矿方、质监站和监理公司的验收。

东欢坨矿300万吨续建工程共包括17个单位工程，是开滦集团公司实现“双五”目标的重要建设项目，也是建设集团确定的重点工程。建设集团，以及安装一处领导班子高度重视此项工程，为树立企业形象，确保按时完工，在工程正式开工前，专门召开了誓师动员大会。

面对工期紧、任务重、单位工程多、施工难度大等困难，建设集团各级领导重点抓好工程组织管理工作，将整个工程细化到各个单位工程，并为每个项目部负责的单位工程制定了节点工期，工程计划安排精确到10分钟以内。9月24日，施工项目部圆满完成了管路安装，并于25日顺利通过验收，比原定工期提前了10天。
