现在呈现在我们面前的这条“杉林幽径”，是十多年前人工开凿的。这条路陡峭而又曲折，在茂密宁静的杉林里若隐若现。而在还没有开凿这条路的时候啊，自古登黄石寨就只有后山一条路了。那现在大家就随我一起，沿着这条“杉林幽径”，来欣赏一下两边让人目不暇接的风景吧。

大家请注意听，有没有听到一阵阵歌声？前面就是土家姑娘的点歌台了。现在就有土家姑娘正在点歌台上唱着悦耳动听的土家山歌。大家看，她们穿戴的都是极具代表的土家族服饰。土家姑娘们个个衣着秀丽，载歌载舞，那是对远道而来的客人表示热烈的欢迎。一路看着张家界秀美的山山水水，现在再看到我们热情好客、善良淳朴的土家姑娘，大家是不是感悟到张家界“山美、水美、人更美”的真谛了呀?
