请业务员务必要熟读以下规定，提高自己的业务水准！

为了利用好大家的工作时间，节约有限的公司资源，提高公司的运作效率。现针对客户来访作以下规定：

由于大部分国外客户都有中国代理，或顾问陪同，在我们还不了解他们的背景关系的情况下，不能随便带客户参观工厂。

针对不同的情况我们做以下有关规定，并且对客户的所有回答，业务员都必须遵循站在客户的角度去做回答的原则，例如说“是因为考虑到你们销售市，货期，及销售的时间……所以我们才……，而不是说你们的采购需求和我们的路线不匹配等话语。

情况一：客户要求拜访公司，希望看看我们的产品。

针对这种情况，业务员要了解客户的背景、求购的产品款式和材质、数量以及目标价格。只有当我们了解到足够多的信息后，我们才知道花个半天时间去陪同这样的客户是否有意义。如果他要做目标价格为5美金以下的公文包，那么业务员可以直接跟客户说明白我们的核心产品是以真皮为主，价格范围在……，我们担心产品无法满足你们的市场需求，担心会影响你们的销售情况，因此如果以后你们有匹配双方市场的产品采购需求，期待合作。客户听后会明白的。因此在邮件中或是在电话中必须问清楚情况再做下一步决定。

情况二：客户要求直接参观工厂。

针对这种情况，业务员同样要先了解客户的背景、求购的产品款式和材质、数量以及目标价格。当客户不是我们的目标客户，那么可参照情况一的做法。当客户是我们的目标客户，那么可以请他先到公司，我们可以说“因为工厂在郊区，路途颠颇遥远，我们在这里设一个办公室就是为了方便客户来参观，请先到我们公司观看产品，我们的产品直接反映工厂的做工和质量。假如客户对产品满意，需要看工厂，那么可以说：很高兴听到你要去参观我们的工厂，而且想看一下我们帮你生产时的具情况，就如现在这产品的质量亲眼可见，为了你能现场监控大货的质果，你可以先付定，当备好料后，我们会亲自邀请你或是你的代理来工厂，这样是不是节约了你的时间呢？

假如客户不愿意交订金，坚持需要先看工厂，那么无论他要什么产品，都只能带他回我们自己的展望厂。
