About the Laundry关于洗衣

The laundry collected between 8am to 6pm will be returned at midnight on the same day;while the one collected between 6pm to 8 am will be returned at 2pm on the next day.上午八点到下午两点接洗衣将会在当天午夜前送回;而下午两点到次日八点的洗衣将会在第二日下午两点之前送回。

一.造访:

1.客户或来访者进门,前台马上起身接待,并致以问候或欢迎辞。如站着则先于客人问话而致以问候或欢迎辞。(“请问有什么可以帮忙的吗?”)①单个人问候标准语如下:

“先生,您好!”或“先生,早上好!”

“小姐,您好!”或“小姐,早上好!”

“您好!欢迎来到通海科技公司。”

②来者是二人,标准问候语则为:

“二位先生好!”

“二位小姐好”

“先生、小姐,你们好!”

③来者为三人以上,标准问候语则为:

“各位好!”或“各位早上好!”“各位下午好”

“大家好!”或“大家早上好!”“大家下午好!”

④对已知道客户或来访者姓名的,标准问候语如下:

“X先生好!”

“X小姐好!”

⑤对已是第二次或二次以上来公司的客户、来访者,在沿用“单个人问候标准语”并看到客户点头或听到客户跟说“你好”之后,还可选用如下标准问候语:“先生,我记得您前不久(以前)来过我们公司,今天光临,再次表示欢迎!”a)请客户或来访者填写《来访登记表》并引导到等候区就座,递上茶水,送上公司营销宣传资料(“请问您找哪一位?”、“请问您贵姓?”、“请问您的单位?”、“您带证件了吗?”、“请您在这登记。”);

b)当场解答或电话通知相关人员出现,介绍时先介绍主人,后介绍客人;c)引领客户或来访者接触相关人员,行走时走在客户或来访者侧前位置,并随时用手示意。途中与同事相遇,点头行礼,表示致意;

d)进入房间,要先轻轻敲门,听到回应再进。进入后,回手关门;

e)介绍双方,退出。如相关人员抽不开身回应,则安抚客户或来访者稍等,退出。

二.电话:

1.听到铃响,至少在第三声铃响前拿起话筒;

2.听话时先问候,并自报公司、部门。标准语:“您好,通海科技公司!”或 “您好,这里是通海科技公司!”(注意声音和表情)

3.对方讲述时留心听并记下要点,未听清时,及时告诉对方。随后根据对方的初次问话,迅速判断出他有何需求?作出标准回话。

①咨询业务:先生(小姐),关于这方面情况(软件咨询),让我们公司软件顾问X先生为您服务吧,他可以全面、专业地解释您所想了解的问题,我把电话转过去,请稍等。

②联系业务:与本公司关联的业务则转接相关部门相关人员;无关联业务,则直接回答:先生(小姐),我们公司现在没有这方面需要,请您联系其他公司吧,谢谢!

③找人:先生(小姐),您找的XX先生(小姐)名字叫什么?您跟他(她)预约了吗?请您稍等。(然后接通本公司XX先生的电话,询问转接与否。)④不指明的电话,判断自己不能处理时,可坦白告诉对方,并马上把电话转给能处理的人,在转交前,应先把对方所谈内容简明扼要地告诉接话人(通话简明扼要,不应长时间占线);

4.结束时应说“谢谢!”,礼貌道别,待对方切断电话,再放下听筒; 附:

1.已知相关的人员现在不在办公室时,标准回话:“对不起,XX先生暂时不在办公室,请问有什么事情我可以转告吗?在不了解对方的动机、目的时,不随便传话,更不在未授权的情况下说出指定被访者/受话人的行踪或将被访者/受话人的手机号码或家庭电话号码告诉来电者。

2.如果来电者不希望和具体某个人或者不确定和谁通话时,标准回话: “有什么可以帮到您的吗?”通过与他/她对话了解来电者的目的。如果是一般性的推销电话,标准回话: “对不起,XX先生外出了,您需要我转达什么信息吗?”

3.如果来电者拨错了号码,标准回话: “对不起,您是不是打错了呢?这里是通海科技”。如果有必要你还可以告诉来电者“这里的号码是87512628

4.在向被访者转达来访时,应告诉来访者的姓名。
