那么,究竟应该怎样来完成本节课的任务呢?下面说一下本节课的教法和学法。教法:

3、采用类比法,引导学生发现问题,自主学习,从而体验到独立获取知识的喜悦感。

1、主动学习法:举出例子,提出问题,让学生在获得感性认识的同时,教师层层深入,启发学生积极思维,主动探索知识,培养学生思维想象的综合能力。

2、反馈补救法:在练习中,注意观察学生对学习的反馈情况,以实现“培优扶差,满足不同。”

最后我们说一下本节课的教学过程。教学过程: 本节课在多媒体教室进行,所需教具是教师机---学生机、投影仪、黑板、等。我将本节课分为三个部分。

用约5分钟时间进行导入部分,主要是复习和引入新课。

用约20分钟时间进行正体部分。主要是通过讲练结合的方式完成对_____、______、______、________几部分的学习。

最后,用约5分钟的时间进行尾声部分,主要是小结和作业。或者说是,对本节课进行总结以及布置作业。

面试中的“试讲”环节

一、形象:⑴青年人要阳光、正派,开朗、活泼;⑵洋溢青春气息,有自信,充满正能量。

二、试讲以“微课”形式进行,共10分钟。其中,最好有

一、两分钟要有点“激情”,带有艺术性(有限度的、和教学内容相关联的表演和夸张),这是得分点。

⑴结构完整,不是片断。教学过程各个环节(复习、导入;新授;练习;小结)不可以省略,但必须简化,保留核心要素。这是教学的设计的得分点。⑵

三、教学语言是必备的教学基本功之一,⑴普通话要尽可能标准些;⑵声音要洪亮,但是不能喊。⑶语速近似于演讲,绝对不可以太快,如果拿捏不好,必须多加演练。这是教学语言关键得分点!讲话不要半推半就、含混不清,防止自说自话。⑷在讲台上要有台风。语文教师要求更高,咬字清晰,语音悦耳,抑扬顿挫。⑸还要注意跟台下评委的眼神配合,眼睛的视线不要一直停留在讲稿上,要使台下的每一个评委都以为你在看他们,注视着他们。⑹要面带微笑,不要太严肃,但绝对不可以嘻皮笑脸。

四、面试时要衣着得体、打扮朴素,切记:不要佩带饰物。行为举止大方,不拘禁,也不能太嚣张,要给人留下稳重端庄的印象。

五、注意恰当运用肢体语言。不要僵直地站在讲台上,按美学的说法是,站立位置大部分时间应该在黄金分割点(0.618),当然,要在试讲前备课时有准备,把讲课内容的相关背景等知识了解到位,并把课的内容和这些背景结合起来,让背景知识在吸引人的同时把人引导到课本的内容上来。

六、配合教学内容适当板书:板书设计要突出主题,要有条理,用楷体书写,要工整、美观、适量,书写时注意“笔顺笔画”,千万不可以出现“错字白字”,尽可能和教学语言同步(这是得分点),最后别忘了“布置作业”。

最好能采用多媒体教学(试讲时不允许“真实呈现”,技巧上可以用自己的语言“具体形象”的复述出来),这通常是可以加分的,也能体现新课程的理念。

七、试讲完成以后还会有提问,基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的课程的,教学侧重点应该在哪里,如果学生出现了这样或那样的问题你该如何等等。不要慌张,首先肯定教师提出的问题,并结合以往的教学经验予以适当的重复和肯定,与此同时思考应对的策略。

回答的时候最好能有一个提纲,分几点来说明你的观点,显得层次鲜明,逻辑性强。点到即可,除非特别自信,不要过于展开。

心理素质和基本的知识水平:

1、着装。穿衣服一定不要太随便,也不要太花哨,很多评委看不惯。尽量整洁、斯文 点。如果你是女孩子,可以化点淡妆,但千万不要浓妆艳抹。

2、备课一定要充分,所谓的充分有三层意思:

(1)内容要稍多一些,多准备点不要紧,可跟椐试讲时间(10分钟)自己控制。

(2)试讲主要是评委想了解你的“口才”,当然也看看你有多少“料”。

(3)内容可以插入一些新颖、前沿的知识,同社会某些现状加以联系。这样会让评委感觉你很有“料”,能够把握最新进展,能够理论联系实际!

3、试讲之前一定要默练。即使你有足够的信心也要默练一次。当然,能面对自己的朋友演练就更好了,因为他们或许还能给你提点意见和建议呢!

4、写一手漂亮的“板书”或画“简笔画”会给一些评委留下一个很好的印象,二来,在写的过程中,可以想:接下来我要讲什么?也就是说,给自己一个缓冲的时间,消消紧张情绪,当然不要因紧张而写的飞快,慢点写不要紧,关键是把字写好,写的有条理。

5、讲话语速不要太快。这是试讲者共有的一个不足。如果真的试讲时语速突然加快了(有时面对下面一双双陌生的眼睛,你自己都无法控制),就停下来,做个深呼吸,效果还是不错的。

6、试讲完后,可能下面的评委会问你几个问题。这时,你“最熟悉最感兴趣的内容”的优越性就体现出来了,对于自己会的,不要抢着回答(为了证明自己懂),等人家完全问完了,自己再回答,当然可以停顿一下想想再说;对于自己确实不会的,一定不要乱说(不会本来就不好了,再乱说岂不是罪加一等),直接说:这个问题我确实不太清楚。在回答问题的时候,一定要保持面带微笑,这种微笑会让你省去很多麻烦的。

1、慢点:一紧张,绝对说话太快,人家不易听懂,时刻提醒自己说清楚,慢点,宁愿没说完。

2、目光:自信,眼光要看着听课得人,把他们想象成学生(根据授课对象决定)

3、熟悉:熟悉能够缓解紧张,做到可以脱稿。

4、专注:把思想专注在要说得内容上,全身心投入。

5、互动:适当和听者互动,提问等方式,试讲时可“自问自答”。

6、条理:注意教学过程各个环节之间的逻辑与衔接自然。

7、慢点,还是要再慢点。

数学教学一定要注意趣味性,尤其在考场中如何出奇争胜,吸引考官注意力十分重要。因此需要精心设计好导入环节。接下来及向大家介绍几种数学学科常用的导入方法:

1、直接导入

“多位数的读法与写法”这一节,一上课教师可在黑板上写一个很大的数,比如:8970000、19亿(用读数表示)。然后教师指出:这种数的位数很多,读好这种数和写准这种数对今后学习有很大的帮助,今天我们就来学习“多位数的读法和写法”。

2、旧知导入

认识几分之几这一节,老师问同学们“有两个小朋友去买月饼,卖月饼的老爷爷说:“你们要吃月饼可以,我先得考考你们”。他拿出四个月饼,说:“四个月饼平均分给你们俩,每人得几个?”两人很快答出。然后又拿出两个月饼平均分给两人。最后他拿出一个月饼问:“一个月饼平均分给你们俩,每人得几个?”两个小朋友说:“半个”。那么半个用一个数表示怎么写呢?这下便难住了他俩个。

3、实物演示导入

在教学“长方体和正方体的表面积”时,教师可拿出模型,让学生观察六个面面积的计算,使学生对长方体和正方体的表面积有一个感性认识,为下面的教学扫除了障碍。

4、联系生活导入

在教学“年、月、日”时,教师首先给学生提出这样一个生活中的问题:爷爷明年过第66个生日,而孙女明年过18个生日(出生那天不算),爷爷和孙女今年各几岁?这样能够紧密联系学生的学习、生活实际导入新课,能引起学生的认知冲突,打破学生的心理平衡,激发学生的学习兴趣、好奇心和求知欲,能引导学生去思考,学生感到亲切、自然,能引人入胜、辉映全堂。

5、趣味导入

在讲小数点的位置移动引起小数大小变化的规律时,举例:孙悟空和师父取经途中遇见了一个小妖,悟空随即拿出金箍棒对付小妖,金箍棒从耳中取出,由 0.009米变为0.09米,再变为0.9米,最后变为9米打死了小妖。教师说明:金箍棒的这种变化是有规律的,你们想知道吗?从而引出新课。这样入课既轻松,又自然。

6、游戏导入

在学习“位置左右”时用游戏指鼻子来导入,开始先让学生玩简单的指鼻子游戏,然后在简单游戏基础上继续让学生指左右(如指左耳朵,右眼睛)使学生亲身体会到数学来源于生活。

7、温故知新导入

同学们,上节课我们学习了三角形的有关概念,请同学们回忆一下怎样的图形叫做三角形?(三条线段首尾顺次连接所组成的图形叫做三角形)三角形都是由三条线段构成,那么是否任意的三条线段都可以构成一个三角形呢?(演示某三根竹枝首尾不能顺次连接)可见,三角形三边是有一定关系的,这节课就是要研究三角形三边的关系。

8、设置疑问导入

常说三个臭皮匠顶一个诸葛亮,能顶上吗?已知诸葛亮解出问题的概率为0.8,三个臭皮匠能解出问题的概率分别为0.5、0.45、0.4,且每个人必须独立解题,那么三个臭皮匠中至少有一人解出的概率与诸葛亮解出的概率比较,谁大?通过我们今天的学习就能解决这个问题。
