首先，从设计意图上，我并未以一堂优质课的标准来设计，当然，离优质课标准也很远。我只是想借助这个机会，展示一堂新目标英语课我的上课思路。正好借此机会和诸位同人共同商榷如何适应新课程标准的要求，提高教学质量，以便于完善以后的教学活动。
以下是我上这节课的思路。
首先我从学生“学”的角度来设计教学活动，使学生的学习活动具有明确的目标，并构成一个有梯度的连续活动。在完成老师设计的各种“任务”中，学生能够不断地获得知识或得出结论，从注重语言本身转变为注重语言习得。从而获得语言运用的能力而不是仅仅掌握现成的语言知识点也使整个语言学习的过程越来越自动化和自主化。
在本课的语言教学中，我依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生生活实际的情景，吸引和组织他们积极参与，使学生通过观察、思考、讨论、交流和合作等方式，在一种自然、真实或模拟真实的情境中体会语言、掌握语言的应用。
在教学中借助多媒体手段将本课所需要的对话、录音、图片、文字、制成幻灯片，使抽象的语言变得直观，为学生运用英语进行交际创设情景，实现师生互动，生生互动和人机互动的多向交流。教学活动中注意培养学生学习英语的兴趣，树立自信心，培养良好学习习惯和形成有效策略，发展自主学习和合作精神。本节课在课堂活动中把学生分成学习小组，让他们围绕着课堂任务分工合作，在活动中相互探讨、相互交流、相互合作，从而获得知识、技能和情感体验，发展他们的能力。把任务活动放在小组中进行，还可以解决“大班”难于操练的难题，学生在小组中有更多的时间来运用英语表达自己的思想和提高学生的听、说、读、写的能力。
在教学活动安排中，引导学生通过画面提示和老师的引导进入一种交际情景。领会如何学会答复别人的邀请。及时给学生展示如何发出邀请和答复，使学生的这一认识得到强化。让学生在学习如何拒绝别人，阐述理由的欲望中学会本课的新词组表达。通过听力训练达到两个目标：如何表达邀请与答复和训练听力。
接下来学生根据听力示范，模拟情景交际，小组训练。在下一步的内容安排上，没有局限于教材中的简单对话，而是创设了贴近学生生活的情景，让学生在模拟真实的语境中进行交际。使学生的语言能力得以升华。为使学生的语言表达能力从口头落实到写，我设计了完成一封答复函，同时也为 的学习搭起了桥梁。我们都清楚，我们一线教师得听两套指挥，一个是新课标，另一个是中考考纲，为培养学生应试能力，最后又设计翻译练习。（课后反思）

初中英语优质课听课学习体会
2013年11月19日至21日我有幸参加了第十届襄樊初中英语优质课讲课暨说课的学习，经过这次培训使得我收获很大，此次培训 使我深刻明白这种“生本课堂，有效教学”的模式是一种新的教学形态 此次学习了10位老师的讲课，22位老师说课，一位专家点评，还有一个关于新型课题阅读课的上法。讲课的类型主要是三种:新课操练（sectionA1a-1c）听说课(sectionB1a-1c)阅读课（sectionB2a-2e）.首先,讲课老师的课给人的总体感觉就是：课堂教学的基本功扎实，口语自然流畅，语音纯正，板书有序，采用多种教学法突出重点突破难点，课堂环节紧凑有序，循序渐进，既带动了课堂气氛又引导学生步步落实；课件制作既富有趣味性又有实际意义。说课老师发音尤其标准，有自己对课文的独特理解，把英语课堂的原本几环节变得更加生动，同时在课堂设计上转变多种练习方式，让学生有足够的机会锻炼自己。
（一）体现了以学生为主体的教学理念。
培养和发展学生的学习主体性是英语教学的根本任务。教师改变了过去“一言堂”的传统教学模式，设计了大量问答、叙述、表演、讨论等形式多样的语言实践活动，让学生在语言实践的过程中逐步形成主动参与、乐于探索、勤于动手、善于合作的学习态度，同时十分注意激发学生的学习兴趣，发展互助、关心和合作的新型师生关系。
（二）重视了语言情景的创设和利用
运用多种教学手段创设语言情景是英语教学的一个重要原则。这些老师充分利用图片、多媒体课件以及身体语言创设了比较真实的语言运用情景，并利用情景讲解语言知识，进行技能训练，使教学内容既简洁清晰，又形象生动；让学生愉快地融合在语言运用的情景之中，自然而然地、不知不觉地吸取和操练，不断提高听、说、读、写等运用语言的能力。
（三）突出了扎实灵活的语言操练
这些老师从课文的整体着眼，通过情景并采用多种手段和方法，引导学生学习、操练新词语和新句型。在操练过程中尽可能地使语言形式和语言意义紧密联系、有机结合，尽可能地使听、说、读、写四项技能相辅相成、互相促进，并努力做到目的明确、重点突出、难点分散、形式活泼，还充分注意了训练的速度、节奏和密度。
（四）强调了学生实际运用语言能力的培养
培养学生实际运用语言的能力是英语课程的一项主要任务。在这些课中，各位老师坚持做到以语言内容和语言功能为主，以语言形式和语言结构为辅，通过叙述、问答、讨论、等手段，积极引导学生尽可能多地让学生自己动口动手，紧密联系生活实际，运用语言做事，运用语言吸收和传递信息，运用语言表情达意、交流思想，将所学语言运用于真实交际。
当然讲课过程中也存在一些问题：
针对阅读部分，教材理解不够透彻，应把2a-2e当做整体，调整学习顺序，不孤立看，着重阅读技巧及策略，通过关键词、句引导学生，通过导读导学来做阅读理解；单元之间的联系不够密切，导入不够自然；角色转变不够，新知识导入部分太多，应该利用已有知识通过层层递进的问题学习新知；语言联系实际时，话题设置不要太高；利用多媒体的同时不能忽视图中插图；听力训练可采取填空，转述，角色扮演等形式展开。

读中活动：整体入手，细节突破，透彻理解 Reading quickly for main idea(skimming)Reading carefully for details(scanning, careful reading)Reading for structure 读后活动：关注语言形式，鼓励运用（retell, role-play, problem solving, debating, text reconstruction 本次活动让我深深地感受到我们还有很多需要努力的地方。这些参赛教师就象是面镜子，从中折射出我们身上许多问题,例如：课堂教学设计，重难点的把握等等。记得某位专家曾说过，“教学就像一盘菜，呈现方式、教学的仪表、举止的完美就如一道菜是否具备色香味，而知识点的落实及对学生今后的发展是否有利就如这道菜是否有营养，只有有营养才是最具价值的，也是最有生命力的。教师在教学中就要像厨师一样，不仅能做出一道色香味俱全的菜来，更重要的是能做一道对学生来说能营养终身的菜来。”成为这样的教师是我的愿望。在今后的工作中，我会始终以踏踏实实、谦虚好学的态度，不断努力，不断创新，争取早日成为优秀的英语教师。
