康复训练项目”实施情况汇报
2012年10月,我校被省残联确定为“中残联贫困智力残疾儿童抢救性康复项目”定点机构,标志着湖南省0-6岁智力残疾儿童抢救性康复项目在我校正式实施,至今年6月,学校先后承担了65个孩子的康复训练任务。前两批40个孩子的训练已完成,顺利通过省市残联专家组的验收,并获得了好评,第三批25个孩子正在进行康复训练,预计2014年底完成。经过学校教师和家长的共同努力,康复训练效果良好,家长培训率100%,康复训练显好率100%,残疾孩子家长满意率100%。现将项目实施情况汇报如下:
我校康复部成立于1990年,之前主要从事聋儿训练工作,自2012年被省残联定为贫困智力残疾儿童抢救性康复训练项目定点机构之后,工作重心开始转向智障孩子康复训练。康复部现有管理人员2人,康复教师6人,学生28人(项目内25人,项目外3人)。为了使孩子们有一个良好的训练环境,学校先后投入80余万元,对康复部进行了改造、新建室外大型游乐场一个,运动康复训练室1个,感统训练室1个,音乐教室1间,学生集体训练室2间,个训室6间,资源室1个,学生餐厅1个,整个康复部铺上了胶地板,在教室墙上安装海绵防护垫。同时也加大了软件投入,花20万从中龙购买了一套学生认知训练系统和一套学生认知评估系统,并升级了资源室。2014年项目实施在即,学校将继续加大对康复部的投入,计划将教学综合楼整体规划为康复楼,重新予以装修,并添置一批康复器材和教学设备。
为了搞好每一个项目,学校从加强领导开始,成立了项目领导小组,由校长谢如志任组长,校务会成员任组员。下设办公室,由禹玲任办公室主任,赵丽彬老师负责日常工作。学校多次召开会议(商讨)研究部置康复训练工作,并做出相应决议,如保证每个孩子在校训练时间不少于八个月,为每一个陪读的家长及孩子免除一切费用。考虑家长在校住得安心,为他们在宿舍安装有线电视和太阳能热水器。总之,就是为他们提供一切便利条件。
在项目实施过程中,我们首先是加大宣传力度,为迅速提高社会对该项目的知晓率,动员社会积极参与,我校通过邵阳日报、邵东政府网、邵东教育网等媒体对我校0-6岁智力残疾儿童抢救性项目进行了报道。
为了使每一个孩子取得良好的效果,我们严格按照文件要求科学施训。一是进行智力残疾儿童能力评估,二是根据评估的情况合理设置班级,三是科学设置课程,把个训、组训、集训、社会训练、家长训练有机结合,四是实行家校互动,家长不仅在校要配合老师教学,回家之后还要完成老师交代的任务,五是组织集体娱乐和社会适应性活动,让孩子们在快乐中训练,在训练中成长,达到训练效果最大化。
几年来,在我校训练的孩子达100余人(项目内65人,项目外40多人),多位小朋友通过训练走入了正常人生活,如刘简畅、周紫怡已进入县城幼儿园就读,隆勇杰、赵哲炫等小朋友进入到县城普小读书。这一个个成功的例子在社会取得了较大的影响、更多的孩子希望进入我校康复部训练,家长们也殷切希望超龄的孩子也能享受这一政策。
该项目实施两年以来,虽然取得了一些成绩,但出现的问题也亟需解决。一是康复经费严重不足,每个学生12000元训练经费,勉强能够正常教学,但要添置教学设备和改善办学条件无疑是杯水车薪;二是医教结合与特殊教育结合,远未形成气候,医疗康复师资力量普遍弱势;三是部分家长康复意识不强,不愿意亲自参于到训练中来,全靠爷爷奶奶难以达到最佳效果;四是整个训练项目缺乏长效机制,任务完成后,孩子训练的延续得不到保障;五是康复的普及率不高,大批需要康复的孩子得不到康复机会。总之,这些都需要我们要在以后的工作中,总结经验,查找不足,从经验中抓提高,针对问题做工作。

含山县残联多举措做好贫困残疾儿童
康复工作
为提前做好2018年贫困残疾儿童抢救性康复工作,含山县残联积极采取措施提前谋划2018惠残民生工程,力求将一重点民生工程项目做成令残疾儿童家长满意的民心工程。
一是提前部署,开好动员会。为适应残疾儿童抢救性康复工作新形势、新要求,全面做好2018年残疾儿童抢救性康复工作,完成各项目标任务。2017年12月25日县残联召开全县民生工程会议,研究部署2018年贫困残疾人康复工作,并联合县卫计委下发《关于切实做好2018年残疾儿童抢救性康复工作的通知》,摸底登记疑似残疾儿童年龄:0-10岁,即2009年1月1日以后出生。(听力疑似残疾儿童年龄:0-18岁,2000年1月1日以后出生);摸底登记时间:2017年12月25日至2018年1月4日。
二是广泛宣传,提高政策知晓率。利用广播、电视、宣传册、一封信、手机短信等形式开展宣传活动,同时利用“爱耳日”活动当天,在商贸城广场宣传贫困残疾儿童康复政策,大力宣传“0-10岁”贫困残疾儿童抢救性康复的重要意义,提高广大群众对民生工程政策知晓率及满意度,促进惠残民生工作的进一步落实。
三、认真摸底调查,合理安排康复机构。2018年1月12日,市儿童抢救性康复项目专家组来我县开展疑似残疾儿童筛查。经1月12日市残联康复专家组筛查共有50名残疾儿童符合康复条件。县残联根据筛查出的50名“0-10岁”贫困残疾儿童,按照残疾类别分别安排在市、县康复机构康复。目前县残联有36名残疾儿童接受抢救性康复。
四、领导牵头走访,成效显著。2月28日-3月1日,县残联副理事长钱立贝协同县康复中心老师来到清溪镇、铜闸镇残疾儿童家中,开展走访动员工作,钱副理事长每到一户都详细了解残疾儿童情况,询问什么原因没有康复,康复有什么困难,并将慰问品送给残疾儿童,同时向家长宣传省市残联康复政策。通过此次走访和慰问,共动员5名残疾儿童接收康复训练,确保做到“应康尽康,应保尽保”。3月26日县残联给康复中心的残疾儿童每人发放500元补助,帮助他们减轻生活困难。
第三篇:浅谈如何激发中重度智力残疾儿童学习音乐的兴趣
全日制培智学校的音乐教材是为适应轻度智力残疾学生的教育而编写的,现在我校选用的教材是在这套轻度智力残疾教材基础上改编的适合中重度智力残疾儿童的校本教材。我校的音乐教材包括歌曲、唱游、简单的读谱知识、简易乐器、听赏五部分内容,并按“唱歌”“练习”“欣赏”三个栏目来组合各部分教学。但是,在教学唱歌的时候,我渐渐发现,学生的掌握能力越来越差,学生的学习兴趣也越来越低,为了让中重度智力残疾学生更好地掌握唱歌的本领以及激发他们学习音乐的兴趣,我在音乐教学中进行了一些探索。
一、注重导言的设计
在培智音乐唱歌的教学中,要使学生更好地用心去感受,学唱歌曲,不但要重视范唱、学唱、歌曲处理等环节,还要注重导言的作用。导言是通向新歌学习的桥梁,起着承上启下的作用,是科学诱导积极启发学习新歌的必不可少的环节之一。“良好的开端是成功的一半。”精妙的导言如同桥梁,联系着旧课与新课;如同序幕,预示着后面的高潮和结局,有利于调动学生学习的积极性和注意力,有利于激发学生的求知欲和兴趣,有利于师生良性互动的教学。在长期的教学实践中,我初步探索出猜谜语、讲故事,设置情景式、游戏式等导言方式来激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生一开始就对本堂课充满期待。
二、在音乐课堂中要让学生充分互动、参与
在课堂教学过程中,要充分让学生动起来,通过律动、唱歌、打击乐器、游戏、舞蹈、表演等多种形式来调动学生的学习兴趣,让学生在快乐中学习音乐,在学习中得到快乐。例如,我在教学歌曲《小小乐队》一课中就给学生提供了充分参与、互动的机会,首先,我在课堂教学中使用了碰钟、铃鼓,然后启发学生想象创编小鼓手在演奏时的动作,并模仿动作,让学生边学习、边表演。在课堂上,每个学生几乎都动了起来,积极参与,这样,学生在宽松愉快的气氛中学习,就会真正感受到音乐学习的乐趣。
三、让表演贯穿课堂,让“音乐创造”和“音乐实践”有机结合
音乐艺术的一个突出特征就是它给欣赏者提供了一个想象的空间,它看不见摸不着。怎样让孩子把抽象的音乐概念、复杂的音乐原理以及枯燥的技能训练转化成生动有趣的游戏、舞蹈,使之形象化、具体化也是课堂教学评价的重要一点。
例如,在学完《拔萝卜》这首歌之后,我结合制作的课件,让学生观察各种人物的特点,培养他们的观察能力,进而将观察到的用形体表现出来,于是孩子们将各自的体验用不同的肢体动作表现了出来,有的拄着拐杖学习老奶奶,还有的一蹦一跳模仿小花狗,都非常优美生动。通过创编动作和表演,学生的想象力得到了锻炼,表现欲得到了满足,个性得到了发展,同时也更深刻地体会到了歌曲的意义。对于每个孩子在创作中都有其独特的方式,我们不要求孩子们的创作是否精细、完美,只要他们在创作中能够大胆地去想象,勇敢地去表现就足够了,因为我们音乐教学的目的就是让学生学会欣赏美,学会创造美。
四、在课堂上要多评价
在智障学生中,有的孩子欠缺表现能力和自我表现的欲望,但他们更喜欢被表扬、被肯定,从老师和同学的评价中,他们能体会到自己是否成功,是否被认可,从而影响到他们的情绪和对学习的态度和自信心。根据智障学生的这一心理特征,教师平时就应特别注意尊重学生,了解学生内心的真实感受。在课堂教学过程中,教师应经常给学生表现和展现自我的机会,并给予积极的评价和肯定。对于学习能力较差的孩子,教师应更多地去发现他们身上的闪光点,给予鼓励和帮助,千万不能歧视他们,侮辱他们的人格。
五、在教学中恰当运用信息技术
因智障学生的个体差异及程度的不同,教师在音乐课程内容设计上也要根据孩子的特点来创编教材。网络是最好的信息资源库,教师可以从网上下载与孩子们生活相关的音乐、歌曲作为教学内容设计的参考,也可以下载一些与音乐、歌曲意义有关的图片并配以鲜明的背景,制作课件让学生通过直观形象感受歌曲的情景,加深学生对音乐、歌曲的理解和感受,提高学生的欣赏水平,激发他们学习的兴趣。但是,在信息技术飞速发展给我们的音乐教学提供了更为广阔的空间的同时,也对教师接受新事物和掌握新技能提出了更新更高的要求,所以,我们要在实践工作中不断学习、与时俱进、敢于尝试,以便能尽快提高自己的业务能力,适应时代要求,最大限度地发挥多媒体网络资源的作用,更好地为音乐教学服务。
培智教育是一项充满挑战的职业,今后我将继续关注特殊儿童教育学和心理学发展的新动向,努力提高智障学生学习音乐的兴趣,更好地完成培智学校音乐教学的目标和任务。通过音乐丰富中重度智障学生的精神生活,发展他们的个性,促进他们的身心成长。
