一学期很快过去，总体看，我认真落实教学工作计划，狠抓教学质量，认真完成各项任务，同时积极探索，改变教学方法，收到较好的效果。现将本学期的教育教学工作总结如下：

一、在教育教学方面

首先，按新课程标准，认真备课，认真钻研教材，哪些地方要详讲，哪些地方可少讲，都要认真思考。在物理课堂教学中，扎扎实实抓好物理概念、物理规律等基础知识的教学，注意讲清物理概念的定义、含义及特性等，根据需要通过举例、作图等手段让学生加深对抽象物理要领的理解。对物理规律的讲解中，要注意引导学生通过分析、概括、归纳等思维活动，在课堂讲授中，尽量列举大量的生活、生产中的实例，向学生介绍现代科技知识，拓展学生的视野，提高认识问题和解决问题的能力。同时加强学生对物理概念的记忆，每讲完一章都要求学生分小组进行过关。在习题讲析中，注意培养学生科学的思维方法和良好的学习习惯，启发引导学生认真审题，挖掘隐含条件等，做到解题过程步骤完整，推理严密。

二、严格要求自己，养成良好的生活习惯。

本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。在工作中，尊敬领导、团结同事，能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。平时，工作任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力。注意将工作、学习、娱乐、休息有机的结合起来，将8小时以外的时间合理的利用起来，养成良好的生活习惯。

三、尽心尽责抓教学，积极开拓新思路

本学期我担任八年级（9）、（10）、（11）、（12）班的物理教学工作，在教育教学工作中遇到了不少困难。针对这些情况，我在积极努力研究教学的基础上，虚心向有经验的老师及其他同行讨教经验。为了满足学生“一滴水”的需要，我在认真备课、上课之余，还尽可能地利用了大量的休息时间来自学各类知识，以提高自身素质。在教学中，认真钻研新大纲、吃透教材，把一些先进的教学理论、科学的教学方法及先进现代教学手段灵活运用于课堂教学中，努力培养学生的合作交流、自主探究、勇于创新的等能力。另外，本人在搞好教学工作的同时，还很注重教学经验的积累，有了心得体会就及时记下来与同事交流，为以后的教学留下第一手材料。尤其是在教育局组织的优质课展示活动中及自治区青年教师讲课大赛，我亲临目睹了老师们精彩的课堂教学，使我学到了很多宝贵的教学经验。他们大多都贯彻了新课改理念，为课堂教学注入了新的活力，基本都摈弃了传统“一讲到底”的教学方法，极大的调动了学生学习的积极性和主动性。我还充分利用学校多媒体教学设施，辅助教学，既形象、生动，又提高了课堂效率。

四、取得的成绩 认真落实学校教务处的一些要求，做到本学期听课达70余节，其实这也是老师应该做的，通过听课可以学习他人的教学经验，补充自己的不足，利用课余时间学习理论知识，提高自己的业务水平。

本学期物理教学，虽积极认真落实学校教学常规，努力完成教学工作任务，取得了一些成绩，但有很多不足和困惑：如何减小两极分化；怎样更好的提高学生学习兴趣；怎样提高课堂教学效率等都值得深思，还需要与同事们携手共进。

4月18---19日泰州市教研室和泰州海陵实小精心筹备了“星光大舞台”活动。本次活动采取全封闭形式，通过三个环节：诵读、微型课和板书设计展现了英语教师的风采，也真实地显露了老师们身上存在的不同程度的问题。而再遇名师沈峰，更使我收获良多。结合这次小学英语教师技能大赛，就沈老师的点评，我提炼心得如下：

一、教学要讲究逻辑性。

这点在我们不少老师身上做得很欠缺。课堂上的每句话，每一个环节都应该是有逻辑性的。引导教学要自然，符合情理，不能生硬突兀，令学生费解。我想这是作为老师必备的基本素质，而恰恰为许多老师忽视。

二、教学环节要简洁明了，忌贪多冗长，拐弯抹角。

老师们在备课时，有时为了追求形式的多样，刻意设计教学环节，导致与课堂主题偏离，课堂效率降低，教学流程不清晰。沈老师强调要充分利用教学资源，顺着一根线走下去，而不是堆砌教学资源，走过堂。

三、关注学生，以生为本。

沈老师强调要关注学生已有知识和经验。这点我们从理论上都知道，备学生嘛！可是经沈老师结合具体的课例点评后，空洞的理论就变得明朗起来。在教学设计中，我们要了解学生已有经验，并想法激活学生已有的经验。在现实教学中，经常会听到老师在讲课时对着学生已熟知的知识在赘述。这样就不能激起学生的求知欲和对学习的深层兴趣。在教师提问方面，也要注意关注学生已有经验。学生能够做到的，要让他们主动去表达，而不是老师问一句，学生答一句。谈话的内容要以学生的生活为中心，这样学生才会感兴趣，才能拉近师生之间的距离。

沈老师还在板书设计方面做了具体细致的点评，让我们第一次对板书设计有了具体明确的目标。板书要简明扼要，忌面面俱到；要抓做重点；要有动态生成。

沈峰老师自1985年走上工作岗位以来，一直在小学中高年级担任英语教学工作。20年的英语教学经历，成就了她精湛的教学技艺。她是全国首届小学英语优质课比赛第一名获得者，是南京市唯一的小学英语特级教师，是全省小学英语特级教师中唯一的青年同志。多年来，她还相继被评为“南京市名教师”、“南京市十佳青年教师”、“南京市英语学科带头人”、“南京市优秀教育工作者”，连续三次获得区“中青年拔尖人才”称号。跟通常头上戴着许多光环的人不同，沈老师一出场，就引起了小学英语界几乎所有老师的钦羡和喜爱。如此广泛地被老师们推崇和学习，这种情景实在是非常罕见。沈老师是小学英语教学的实践家。大师身上有着这样一些可贵的品质值得我们学习：

一．朴实、纯真。

沈峰老师朴实无华，亲切自然，言行之中不掺杂一点矫揉造作。她的每句话都那么实在。听她的讲座和点评，你就像在和一个知心朋友在谈心。她丝毫不会为自己涂抹色彩，不会摆弄大师的谱儿。在点评时，沈老师事先并无准备，她也是边听边想，而基于时间原因，根本来不及整理。她没有把自己装成大师的模样，而是很实在地向我们说明。她的每一句话语都是那么朴实，她的为人注定她和下面的听众，和她的学生靠得很近很近。提到板书，她笑说自己是画什么不像什么的人，毫不掩饰自己的缺点。

二．睿智、幽默。

沈老师课堂上应答学生和处理课堂生成非常巧妙、得体、机智。沈老师还很注重学生创新意识的培养。在她的课堂上经常会看到学生不是那么中规中矩地回答和提问。学生都很有自己的思想和创新。这一切都是由于老师自己富有创新，富于启发，才能激发学生的创新思维。沈老师还很幽默，幽默的老师很受学生的欢迎，让我们听课者忍不住发出会心的一笑。

沈峰老师不是能歌善舞，鲜艳漂亮的美女型教师。但她的内在才能洋溢出无比的魅力，吸引学生们沉浸在知识的殿堂。这也为广大普通教师树立了成功的榜样。并非只有多才多艺的老师才可以成为名师，好教师。只要我们刻苦钻研，扬长避短，我们都可以做得很好！

2014年工作总结及2015年工作计划

2014年，是我任职绿城泳池主管的第3年。总结前2年的工作经验，今年泳池的管理工作自我感觉比去年更得心应手一些。以下是本人工作总结。

自5月份室外泳池开放以来，也宣布着旺季的到来。能不能为公司努力争取更大的利润就看这几个月了，但有着其它的客观因素，今年还是未能完成销售预算，心里多少有些遗憾。

泳池安全是最主要的，对新进公司的员工进行相关培训，确保考证过关，持证上岗，加强救生员泳池安全意识，现场加强巡场，发现问题及苗头立刻处理纠正，加强卫生巡场工作，合理安排各岗位相关人员做好区域卫生工作。加强培训服务意识。确保泳池安全及其环境卫生。

顺利开展游泳培训班，由自己担任总教练，挑选有相关经验的教练员组成一个教练团队。确保每个学员在教练眼底下安全的学习，用心照顾好每个学员，让家长放心！学员比去年少，但是教学质量有大进步。得到多数家长认可，为明年游泳培训班顺利开展做好铺垫。

做好淡季人员调整工作，合理安排人员及岗位。检修会所各硬件设施，主要以恒温设备，及其泳池循环设备为主。力争各设备能正常运转。恒温设备开启后，与会所经理及维修人员根据实际情况对设备运行时间及方案作出调整，更加有效的节约资源，控制成本。

8月中旬起，虽从主管晋升为会所经理助理，但综合几方面因素，主要还是以泳池管理工作为主至9月中旬，晋升这对我来说来得

太突然了，其实我自己也知道，以自己的当时，甚至现在的各方面能力，还是无法胜任这个岗位，但还是很感谢公司领导给我这个机会，让我在更宽阔的平台发展。同时也让我发现自己不足：

1：交代的工作未能按时完成时，未能及时反馈。

2：做事比较优柔寡断，拖拉，未能与领导及时沟通，工作执行力不足。

3：业务技能不熟，未能了解其它岗位的工作。

4:工作没有规划性等。

所以以后我要多与公司领导沟通，学习，做事情要果断，交代的工作要及时完成，碰到问题要先想办法，再及时反馈，工作要有计划性，有目的性，加强执行力。要做一个敢做事，能做事，真真正正意义上能够从某个程度上分担经理的工作，这在我的脑海里，才是一个合格的经理助理。我知道成长，也难免不了一下磕磕碰碰。

要发现自己的不足去改进，去学习，2015年我将从以下几方面开始：

一、现场管理工作

1：了解各部门的工作流程，保洁，吧台，收银，维修等，2：加强现场巡检，细心观察，发现问题要及时处理，以卫生，服务，员工上班状态为主。

3：有了前两项的基础下，才能对员工进行监督。

二、营造更好的工作环境，打造更聚凝聚力的工作团队

1：做好各部门的沟通工作，把部门主管反馈的问题及时处理。

2：部门之间的人力物力合理分配，相互合作，互相协助。

三、提高业务技能。

1：多学习配合营销的日常工作及管理，以平时活动，入伙，开盘等物料准备，现场人员安排，结束后准备报账资料等。

2：加强行政，财务等方面的知识。

（四）、夏季协助，监督泳池营业安全工作。1：监督救生主管及救生员的日常工作。2：对周边小区，学校做宣传。

以上是自己对2015年工作计划的一个方向，希望自己在新的一年里，通过自己的努力，与公司领导以及各位同事的共同合作，帮助下，共同成长，争取更大的辉煌。

第四篇：小学英语语篇教学(沈峰)

小学英语语篇教学中“３Ｗｈ－”的建构

近年来，为推进学生综合语言能力的培养，小学英语语篇教学越来越受到英语教学专家和一线教师的关注。如何将建构主义教学思想应用于小学英语语篇教学?我做了如下思考与尝试。

一、What?——在语篇教学中我们应该建构什么?

在当前的语篇教学中，我们往往把注意力过多放在新单词、新句式的教授上，一节课常常顾此失彼。教学目标不能达成。我在进行语篇教学的过程中，比较关注对学生学习策略的引导。譬如，在引入一篇对话或短文时，教学生抓住全文的关键信息：如果采用听的方式，我会教给学生速记的方法；如果采用阅读的形式，我会关注学生扫读的技巧。在引导学生学习一篇文章的过程中，我会注意引导学生学会根据上下文去猜测某些新单词的意义。而在对一篇对话或短文进行归纳总结的时候，引导学生学会抓住关键词作为提示可以提高学生学习的效率。我认为，在语篇教学过程中，我们为学生解决的，应该不仅仅是语言知识的积累，更重要的是学习方法的指导、学习习惯的养成，好的学习方法和习惯会让孩子们获益终生。

二、Where?——我们的语篇教学应该建构在哪里?

在高年级语篇教学的备课过程中，我们常常会听到老师抱怨文章的篇幅过长，内容过多，无从下手；而在课堂教学的实践中，教师对于语篇支离破碎的“肢解”现象更是屡见不鲜。很多老师习惯于在进入语篇教学之前为学生解决所有的新知识点，甚至还会为每一个新的知识点做足了“操练”的功课才会放心让学生真正接触语篇。这样的“好心”其实往往剥夺了学生自主建构的权利。

在语篇教学过程中，我常采用这样三个环节：1 导——设置话题，着力于激活与本语篇相关的背景知识，为学生提供建构的基础与可能，同时进行新单词新句式的适当铺垫(铺垫那些会对语篇学习形成较大障碍的内容)；2 听/读——根据技能训练的不同要求，以听或读的方式为学生提供能够独立接触语篇的机会，让学生对语篇获得一个整体的、自己的感知。在此基础上，对文本进行进一步的处理，引导学生借助对文本的听或读获得信息、整理信息、转述信息，同时不断验证老师提供的学习策略或学习方法，使之逐步成为学生自己的学习经验；3 练——设置任务型的语言活动，以交流互动、有效合作等方式为学生提供语言建构的情境和机会，促进学生语言运用能力的养成。

我们的语篇教学，应该建构于学生的已知、已会(语言知识与语言技能)和所思、所想(情感态度，思维过程等)之上，这样的“建构”才会真正促进学生能力的发展。

三、Who?——在语篇教学中应该建构的是谁?

在语篇教学的推进过程中。需要建构的，不仅仅是学生，更需要教师的主动建构。

首先，教师新的角色意识的转换。在语篇教学的过程中，教师不仅应该是教会学生语篇的人，更应该是引导学生经历语篇学习过程的组织者、促进者。只有教师完成这种角色的转换，才能在语篇教学中思考：在学习该语篇之前。学生已经具备了什么?还需要通过学习获得什么?在此过程中我可以为他们做些什么?学生还需要哪些资源?他们有多少自主学习的空间?等等。经历了这样的思考，我们的语篇教学才会真正注重学生英语能力的培养。注重学生的英语学习能力和学习习惯的培养。

其次，教师对教材的自主建构。建构主义认为，每一个人对于知识的建构是不一样的。所以，对于相同的课程标准和相同的教材，一线教师面对不同的学生。对于教材的运用和使用应该也是有区别的。根据建构主义的观点，教材只是教师帮助学生进行英语学习形成良好英语学习习惯的一种媒介，教师可以根据学生的兴趣、爱好、知识水平、学校环境乃至家庭环境对教材做出调整、删减和补充。而对教材的这种创造性使用，首先要求教师研读教材。

“书读百遍，其义自见”，只有这种解读和理解才能使得我们对教材的使用成为建立在每一个不同教师原有教学经验之上的内化和建构，才能真正用出“精彩”。
