试卷的编制是教师重要的常规工作,编制的质量是教师对教材整体把握水平的重要体现。为进一步促进教学质量的提高,落实轻负高质,提升教师专业发展,更科学合理地把握好教学与学习评价的关系,根据教研工作计划,决定举行“四河学校小学数学教师试卷命题比赛”。具体要求如下:
一、命题要求:
1.命题应充分体现《小学数学课程标准》倡导的教学理念,既关注小学数 学基础知识与基本能力的全面考核,又关注学生灵活应用所学知识,解 决问题的能力,既关注知识的掌握情况,更要关注学生数学素养的发展。力求做到题量适中,题型多样,难易适度。
2.试卷命题范围:一至六年级上册期末试卷,满分100分。3.试卷题量: 一、二年级 60分钟测试量; 三、四年级 70分钟测试量; 五、六年级 80分钟测试量。
4.试卷内容必须有一定量的原创题,引用题目须在原题基础上做出修改,不得抄袭。
5.每份参赛试卷需附上:(1)试卷说明,内容包括:命题意图说明、试卷 结构特点、典型试题例说;(2)试卷参考答案和评分标准。
二、截止日期:11月10日,要求每位教师参加,教师所编制试卷的年级不限。
三、试卷上交后,教导处组织专家进行评审,评出一、二、三等奖若干名,结果后续公布。

2013.12.7.很荣幸 参加县教研室组织的初中英语学科命题教师培训,在学习的过程中收获不小,体会颇深。
此次培训是在县教育部门指定老师培训,培训通过命题的理论学习、命题的要求、命题的步骤、实践命题、命题展示和命题中存在的问题研讨等教学活动。这种培训模式能在有限的时间内,快速提升教师命题相关的理论水平和命题的技能,同时能解决一线教师在教学过程中遇到的共性问题。通过问题研讨、互动交流,也能解决教学过程中的一些个性问题。
针对我个人而言,深感自己该学习的东西的确还很多;每参加一次学习都能感受到现在的年轻老师所拥有振兴修文教育的潜能,自己也从他们的身上学到不少新的教学方法、教学理念、特别是现代科技对教学辅助的技能。
总而言之,能调动参培教师主动接受培训活动,能在短时间内使参培教师接受教育理论的精华,提升老师的命题能力,实现活动的目的,对教学一线的教师很有帮助,自己希望能参加更多类似的活动。

Crossing the Sea
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.The title of our speech today is “Crossing the Sea”.An English poet by the name of Rudyard Kipling once wrote in his poem “We and They”:
“All the people like us are We
And everyone else is They
We live over the sea

We eat pork and beef with cowhorn-handled knives
They who gobble their rice off a leaf
Are horrified out of their lives.”
When these lines first caught my eyes, I was shocked-how could two peoples remain so isolated and ignorant of each other in the past? Today's society, of course, is an entirely different picture.Those people who used to eat with cowhorn-handled knives might be very skillful in using chopsticks, and those people who used to gobble their rice might be as well have taken to fish and chips.Indeed, just take China as an example: Our modern life has been influenced by Western style of living in so many ways that it's no longer surprising to see teenagers going crazy about rock-and-roll, whole families dining out at McDonald's and even rather elderly people dressed

离、彼此陌生?当然今日的社会呈现出完全不同的情景:那些过去吃米饭的人们也开始喜欢吃鱼和薯条。的确如此,就拿中国来说,西方的生活方式已经广泛地影响了我们的现代生活,以致对于年轻人对摇滚乐着迷,全家去吃麦当劳,老年人穿苹果牌牛仔裤,大家都已习以为常。
然而,这不过是我们当今社会中所发生的文化变迁的表面现象而已,真正发生的却是我们的民族心理开始了微妙而又有重大意义的重建,大家只要看看周围就会清楚。
女士们,先生们,我们恰逢一个伟大的时代:全球经济一体化、信息革命使得世界各种文化联系比以往更加紧密;
