有好心人把他送到了医院，医生说：“没什么事，只是右手和双腿受了伤！”听见这句话我才安心，但是表哥却难过起来，因为他的手暂时不能写字了，那他要怎样去面试，我心里十分惭愧，如果不是我表哥就不会出车祸了。

我们大家都劝他不要去面试了，明天还会有机会的，但表哥从来就没有放弃过，他不断的用右手去拿东西，希望能快点好，同时他也一边拿着书复习过去了两天。

第三天，是最后一天了，他偷偷拿出自行车，被我看见了，他却说：“前两天忘了给你买生日礼物，今天给你补一个！”虽然知道他在骗我的，我还是放他走了，因为那是他的梦想。

我1993年毕业于河南省交通学校公路运输管理专业，在河南范县濮城运管站参加工作后，我用其所学，结合工作实际，成功地开展了“入村进户搞服务”活动，受到上级领导的好评，并把自己的这种经验在当地加以推广。我也由一名初出茅庐的学生，成长为基层的站长。

在工作中，善于学习，勇于实践，勤于写作。1997年我在河南范县濮城运管站，和同事们一起在基层为车主业户服务，我及时总结经验，撰写了《落实源泉管理、杜绝公路“三乱”》的文章。没想到该篇文章经编辑老师修改后，以《濮城运管站入村进户搞服务》发表在《河南交通》信息流上。看着变成铅字的作品，虽然很短，我心里有说不出来的高兴，同事们见到我也投以赞许的目光。随后的岁月里，慢慢的，我的作品一个个豆腐块不断见诸于报端，当然，豆腐块多啦，自然就不稀奇。后来，听别人议论说：他只会写豆腐块，你总没见过他写的长篇吧。我听后，心中暗下劲。要争气，写篇长篇，这就是我最初的梦想。

20xx年我撰写了《从速开征燃油税是加快交通体制改革的最优决策》，这篇文章发表在《交通企业管理》20xx年3期“热点聚焦”栏目上。同年，国务院决定，自20xx年1月1日起实施成品油税费改革，取消原在成品油价外征收的公路养路费、航道养护费、公路运输管理费、公路客货运附加费、水路运输管理费、水运客货运附加费等六项收费，逐步有序取消政府还贷二级公路收费。文章发表9个月，国家就进行了燃油税改革。为自己预见的正确感到庆幸。

毕业20周年之际，我有幸接到我的母校——河南交通职业技术学院给我发的邀请函，邀请我回母校参加建校六十周年纪念大会。作为一位接受过扎根基层、服务基层的学生，默默的在基层干了20年，或许，是因为我这些年在交通类刊物上发表了不少的作品，在交通上略有点小名气，所以，母校才邀请了我，这是我始料未及的。

作为河南范县道路运输业发展变化的一位见证人，也是河南范县道路运输业的一位管理者。亲自经历了规费征稽从运政体制改革中分离出来，从规费征稽到燃油税改革，到转岗路政管理大队。十几年来，我在孤灯清茶下，把白天身边发生的事，心中想说的话都写成了文字。去年，我整理了自1997年发表处女作以来发表的作品，除信息、报道不收录外，择其推动了工作，对今后工作仍有参考价值的加以整理，文字已逾10万字。我想请中华人民共和国交通运输部部长给写个序，出本文集。文集将从一个侧面反映一个地方交通上的变革和实践。
