愿生命恬淡如湖水

睿智的庄子给我们留下一个发人深省的故事：一个博弈者用瓦盆做赌注，他的技艺可以发挥得淋漓尽致；而他拿黄金做赌注，则大失水准。庄子对此的定义是“外重者内拙”。

由于做事过度用力和意念过于集中，反而将平素可以轻松完成的事情搞糟了。现代医学称之为“目的颤抖”。太想纫好针的手在颤抖，太想踢进球的脚在颤抖。华伦达原本有着一双在钢索上如履平地的脚，但是，过分求胜之心硬是使他双脚失去了平衡——那著名的“华伦达心态”以华伦达的失足殒命而被赋予了一种沉重的内涵。

人生岂能无目的？然而，目的本是引领着你前行的，如果将目的做成沙袋捆缚在身上，那么每前进一步，巨大的牵累与莫名的恐惧就会赶来羁绊你的手脚。把目光放得远一些，让生命恬淡成一泓波澜不惊的湖水，告诉自己：水穷之处待云起，危崖旁侧觅坦途。

盈与虚

月有阴晴圆缺，人有离合死生，命有否泰变化，年有四季更替。只要你细细观察，便会发现，他们看似无常，却是有常；看似残破，却是完满；看似动荡，实则凝止。它们千年万年总脱不开盈与虚、死与生、否与泰、寒与暖、消与长、日与夜，合与分、得意与夫意、繁荣与凋零的更换。

所以熬尽长夜，你便能见到黎明；饱受痛苦，你便能拥有快乐；耐过残冬，你便无需蛰伏；落尽寒梅，你便能企盼新春。

正因为虚之后有盈，所以便充满希望，正因为盈之后有虚，所以便知道满足；正因为此虚而彼盈，所以宇宙能均衡；正因为此死而彼生，所以万物能延续。

生与死

我们以自己的啼声开始了旅程，又在亲友的哭声中结束了人生，我们离开了母体而生，又离开了世界而死，我们被一把推上人生的舞台，又被一把扯了下去。似乎生与死这两件人生最大的事，我们一点干涉的权利都没有。幸而在这当中，我们还能有些作为，使自己平凡地生，却能伟大地死；在母亲一人的阵痛中坠地，却能在千万人的哀恸中辞世。

铸 剑

钢铁就像人，受的锻烧愈深，它的力量愈韧；受的淬浸愈冷，它的意志愈坚；受的磨励愈细，它的锋刃愈利。所以同样是平凡的铁砂，经过不同的冶炼，有的成为生铁，铸造笨重的器物；有的成为锻铁，制造精密的仪表；有的成为钢铁，塑造刀刃与枪炮。

“再三地燃烧自己以求塑造，再三地淬励自己以求锋利。”能这样的铁砂，就能成钢；能这样的凡夫，就能成伟人。

得与失

人在大的得意中常会遭遇小的失意，后者与前者比起来，可能微不足道，但是人们却往往会怨叹那小小的失，而不去想想既有的得。大约有得必有失，有失必有得；所得既多，便是再增加，也不觉得欣喜，稍有所失，便惶惶恐恐；所失既多，就是再失，也不感到痛惜，稍有所获，便十分快乐。如此说来，得意何尝不是失意之由，失意又何尝不是得意之始呢？

“人遗弓，人得之”，应该是对得失最豁达的看法了。就我们个人而言，固然有得有失；就全人类而言，不是都一样吗？这仿佛云来云往，雨来雨往，这世上总有晴朗与阴雨的地方；又正如生生死死，死死生生，这世间的一切总是继往开来，生息不断的。所以得与失，到头来根本就一无所得，也一无所失啊！人不是为失败而生

我想这部小说（《老人与海》）大家都看过了，在这部名著里，海明威刻画出一个坚毅而不向命运屈服的老渔人。虽然他最后所得到的只是一副鱼的骨架，但是他在精神上是成功的。

我们的生命中也可能遭遇到这种命运，但是不能唯恐失败而退缩。因为光荣地死，常比苟且地生，更有生的价值，这也就是海明威说“人不是为失败而生，一个男子汉可以被消灭，但是不能被打败”的道理了！

不落幕的舞台

人生像一场戏，这个世界是一个不落幕的舞台，我们则是穿梭其间的演员；有的人演配角，有的人演主角，台上不可能老是我们在演；有时我们可以走到后台，喝点茶，或是检讨一下自己的演出，到我们该出场的时候，就又回到舞台上；不论我们是主角、是配角，这场戏总不能少了我们；不论我们是在前台、在后台，就是为了演好这场戏。

一本读不完的书

如果这个世界像是一本读不完的书，我们就是读这本书的人，它不可能因为我们的阅读而增加，也不会因为我们的荒废而减少。它是那么的充实、完美，且不含有任何创作者的主观与文词的堆砌；它蕴藏着无尽的宝藏，等待我们去发掘。

每个人都拥有这么一部伟大的书，问题是我们能不能阅读它、咀嚼它、消化它，如果只是放在书架上，就如同没有一样了！

忍

中国人是最能够“忍”的民族，由“忍”这个字，就能看出造字者对忍的态度。几乎每个伟人，都有超人的忍耐力。周文王曾忍食子之痛；孙膑曾忍断足之苦；韩信曾忍胯下之屈；勾践曾忍尝粪之辱。也就因为他们能忍，日后才能雪耻复仇，成不朽的伟业，可知“忍”这个字有多么重要。

忍是理智的抉择，是成熟的表现。忍有一个最重要的条件，就是要眼光放得远；为长久打算，忍一时之痛。所以说：“小不忍则乱大谋”，“忍片时，风平浪静；退一步，海阔天空”。

生与死

生与死是人生两件最重大的事，一个是起点，一个是终站，在生命的旅途上，它们各处极端，差异也相当大。

生是创造，带来的是长久的发展；死是消失，留下的是一串回忆。生时每个人都差不多，因为他们谈不上功业，德性；死时却有相当大的差距，因为数十年的得失都摆在眼前。生如果是丢下去的骰子，死就是静止时的数目；生如果是问号，死就是句点。

所以我们可以平凡地生，却应当伟大地死。

句点·叹号·问号

生命就像是一篇文章，在文章结尾有些人用的是句点，有些人用的是惊叹号，更有些人以问号来结束。

孔子、孟子是圣人，他们建立了自己思想体系，所以用的是句点；岳飞、王勃，壮志未酬身先死，所以是惊叹号；至于不知为何来到这个世界，又懵懵懂懂过一辈子的人，只好以问号结束了。

生命的价值 西洋后期印象派大师梵?高的画，我想许多人都看过了。他那黄色炽热的色彩和充满律动的线条，给予我们强烈的感受。梵高有着坎坷的境遇，虽然从二十六岁才正式走上画家的途径，三十六岁就过世了，但是仅仅十年间却留给我们许多不朽的作品，在艺术上的成就，较之活了九十多岁的毕加索并不逊色。

由此可知，生命的价值不在于长短，而在于那段时间中所建立的一切，这也就是王勃、李贺，享年不过三十，却能扬名千古的道理了。

人生的四季

我们常说：“人生不过数十寒暑”，其实也可以讲“人生不过四季”。春天，万物发舒，生气蓬勃，虽不免失之娇柔，却正像初生的孩子。夏日，林木蓊郁，枝条茂盛，虽不免失之火气，却正像健壮的青年。秋天，结实累累，枫红似火，虽不免过于丰盛华丽，却正是中年富裕的景象。冬天，白雪皑皑。万物凋零，虽不免过于萧条朴素，却正是老年宁静的境界。

春天播种是为秋天的收获；夏日蓊郁是为秋天的装扮；春夏秋喧哗则当归于冬日的宁静。

生命的唱片

生命是一张唱片，岁月是转动的唱盘，我们的一言一行使是刻针的颤动。有的人行动快，刻痕密，可以容纳较长的音乐；有的人行动慢，刻痕疏，只能录取较短的东西；有的人活力充沛，留下的是一曲热门音 乐；有的人波澜壮阔，留下的是一篇交响乐章；有的人恬淡宁适，变成柔婉的小夜曲；有的人波折破碎，只是一张效果唱片。他们或以高亢沸腾的音符，戢然而止；或以沛然丰盛的交响，完满结束；或以幽逸淡远的绵延，轻轻消逝；或以抒情引人，华丽渲染，澎湃激荡，徐缓而渐归宁静。

网思想的小鱼

每一汪水塘里，都有海洋的气息。每一颗石子里，都有沙漠的影子。

所以诗人才说：一支三叶草，再加上我的想象，便是一片广阔的草原。

走在秋月的田野上，我想起一位诗人对老托尔斯泰的叩问：一切/成熟了的/都必须/低垂着头么？

没有错，我们走过的每一步路，都将成为往事，无论它们是欢乐的相逢，还是痛苦的别离，但是请你相信，无论是热切的期待，还是深情的追忆，我们所唱过的每一支歌，都不会转瞬消失，如同罗莎?卢森堡所言：“无论我走到哪里，只要我活着，天空、云彩和生命的美，都将与我同在！”

狭隘而自私的心灵，可以变成自己的地狱，广阔而开朗的心灵，却可以成为他人的天堂。地狱和天堂，只有一层之隔。而一切嫉妒的火焰，总是从燃烧自己开始的。

一位年老的作家告诉我说：

“你的双脚，踏碎了多少时间？但不要懊悔吧，只要踏得真实，谁的步子，都会有深浅。”

在你终于赢得成功的鲜花的时候，难道你不怀念往昔的路口？在你重新营造成功的华贵的屋宇里，难道你不怀念昔日的木头？

如 花

笑靥如花，真情如花，希望如花，生命亦如花。

每个人都有自己喜爱的花，每个人都有许多种理由善待自己，把一生的光阴凝成时光长河中那一瓣恒久的心香。在盛开的一刹那，灿烂夺目的它会吸引所有的视线。

花是如此柔弱，再美再艳，依然经不起朝来寒雨晚来风。春红匆匆谢了，只剩下满怀愁绪。

花却又是美丽的战士，风雨中尽管渐渐绿肥红瘦，终究不曾低头。生命也是一样，像精致的玻璃酒杯，常常经不起天灾人祸的撞击，粉碎成一地的璀璨，每一片都是透明的心。生命又常常像昙花，用许多年的泪与汗，掺上心血浇灌，才会有笑看天下的一刻。

如今的世界，爱花的人少了。当人们为着生计奔波的时候，连自己的生命都抓不住，又有谁会倾听花的诉说？

然而，烦躁的都市啊，请不要忘记，这世界本是镜花水月。一切如花、花如一切。所以，佛祖拈花而迦叶微笑；这一笑，便是整个世界。

1999年的某天深夜，我驾驶着10轮平板大卡车行驶在漫长、笔直的27号高速公路上，已经穿过了佛罗里达的狭长地带。运送我上车拖货，晚上时间是再好不过的了。装在长长的平板上的是250个蜂箱，里面挤满了蜜蜂。

我从14岁开始就从事养蜂工作，当时父亲从邻居家带了些蜂箱回来。养蜂对我来说即是一种职业也是一种爱好，而且它还有另外意义。在我眼里，不起眼的蜜蜂是上帝赋予我们地球最神奇的一种动物。从导航到给无数水果和鲜花授粉，蜜蜂的世界充满了神秘。我喜欢和它们打交道，它们给我带来了无穷的乐趣。

那天深夜，公路上特别空寂。如果一切正常，我将在清晨卸下这批蜜蜂，回家与妻子达伦和我们的小儿子朱斯丁共度假日。我低头看了一眼路面情况，只见一辆汽车迎面驶来。它突然驶进了我的车道，我竭力避免与之相撞，脚猛踩下刹车，并朝右方迅速打方向盘。

800万只毒蜂向我袭来

我的卡车来了个空翻，车顶撞了个粉碎，挡风玻璃爆裂开了，路面腾起的灰尘从玻璃的裂缝吹了进来。卡车终于停住时，我已经头朝下，身体被卡在座位上，周围是压扁的驾驶舱，将我封闭在了里面。车顶距我的脸只有几英寸，撞击将我的一条腿紧紧地夹住，方向盘死死地抵住我的胸腔。我能活动双臂，但于事无补。
