最难说出口的是一些弹性相对较大的病假、事假，可准，可不准；或者有点私事不能向领导说明，同时不说明他又不会批准别有意图的请假。要给领导一个过得去的理由
职场与情场类似，都是控制与反控制的反复纠结。领导的最大愿望是控制下属，情人的最大愿望是控制对方。

此外，还有些请假理由，是不好意思说出口的。比如在外面赚外快；睡觉睡过头了；想跳槽找其他单位面试；心情不好想去逛个街??不能以这些为理由，只好想尽办法编个其他的借口，此时最怕的就是穿帮。
其实，请假难不难，归根到底，看你平时的工作表现好不好，以及跟领导平时的沟通顺不顺畅。
如果你留意一下，会发现，优秀的员工，跟领导经常做有效沟通的员工，请起假来往往就比较容易。而平时工作表现一般，尤其是跟领导沟通比较有障碍的员工，遇到一些可批可不批的病假，尤其是事假，请起假来就不太容易。因为领导容易产生这样的想法——该干的活你都没干好，怎么还好意思来请假？ 领导是单位制度的有效执行和监督者，只要是符合相关制度规定的，一般不会不批准。而且，大部分的领导都是比较通情达理的，因为作为管理者，适当的通融是有利于对员工进行更好地管理的。否则，一刀切的管理模式，反而容易使得制度僵化，整个团队也会变得死气沉沉。一般情况下，作为员工，如果要请假的话，最好诚挚地向领导解释请假的原因，一定要有实质性的理由。同时也尽量避开单位、部门特别是你本人工作的繁忙时段，或者能够提前把该做的事务完成，要么就跟其他同事说好届时帮你处理一些相关事务。假会不会准，其实拿你请假的理由跟当时的工作状况作个比照就应该能明白个大概了。工作越紧张的时候，只有很重要的事情，才有可能得到准假。而工作比较闲适的时候，只要你好好跟领导沟通，坦言缘由，基本上也都能准假。若有出游、回老家等安排，最好提早向领导提出，让领导可以综合全面地安排工作。
需要注意的是，有些人怕领导不准假，就编一些理由。也许当时是瞒骗过去了，也得到了你想要的结果。但从长期来看，这是个很危险的行为。不要把领导看成傻瓜，而且纸包不住火，一旦穿帮，不仅你的诚信度会打折扣，而且以后即使你真的有要事请假时，也往往会被怀疑。另外，不要因为请假容易而请得太频繁。如果确实是比较要紧的事，比如家里装修需要盯一下、孩子备考中考或高考的冲刺期、定期需要去医院复查病情之类的事情，也应该随时向领导报告一下进展，让领导心中有个了解。如果是一般的小事情，就不要经常请假，也许领导准你假只是想看看你的自觉性如何，给你一个自省的机会。如果不好好把握，也许某一天突然被炒还丈二和尚摸不着头脑呢。

一、上班安排
(一)上班时间为周一至周五的8:50-17:00，每天中午 12:00-13:00为午餐和休息时间。
(二)凡属香港联合交易所的假期，均按有关规定执行。
二、考勤制度
(一)指定专人负责考勤，并将名单交办公室备案。考勤员负责逐日如实记录本部门工作人员的出、缺勤、月底将考勤表(各种假条附后)交给公司负责人核签字后于每月2日前报办公室，工作人员工资将按实际出勤天数发放。

五、环境卫生、安全保卫制度(一)各部门应负责各自办公室的清洁卫生。所有的文件、资料、报纸要摆放整齐，桌面、地面等要保持清洁，每日工作结束时应将个人桌面收拾干净。
(二)各部门均设专人负责办公地点的安全、保卫、消防工作，定期检查，及时消除存在的隐患。同时，每一位工作人员对公司的安全、保卫、消防中存在的问题均要及时汇报、协助处理的义务。
六、严守公司业务机密制度
各级工作人员不得向外人泄露公司的经营策略、财务收支、经营成果、领个资料、工作人员经济收入及其他有关商业秘密和内部情况。各部门经理要经常对工作人员进行职业道德教育，做到不该讲的不讲。如有违者，公司有权追究责任。

“请求”注意事项
在提出请求时，除了必要的礼貌外，还需注意两点：
（1）大胆。
大胆就是敢于提出自己的请求，特别是那些初到英美的中国学子，不要过分顾虑自己的语言能力。绝大多数外国人只要听懂你的意思，并不会注意你是否用错时态，混淆名词的单复数，或某几个音发不准。
（2）坦率。

一个切实可行的计划是成功的基础，美好的未来需要有个规划蓝图来指导。以下是我对自己将来职业的一个规划。
大学本科三年级开始着手准备考研的事情，考研的方面有两方面的选择：
第一方面是考英语专业或者跨专业考研。这一选择可以考中国传媒大学的新闻英语专业，从事新闻英语方面的工作；或者是考北京外国语大学、北京语言大学等语言类的学校，继续深造我的英语。至于跨专业考研，我咨询过我们的商务英语老师，她建议我考人力资源管理方面的研究生，譬如：广东外语外贸大学的人力资源管理专业，或者对外经贸大学等学校。
另一方面，考国外大学的研究生，准备在国外读研究生。这对于一个英语专业的学生来说是很现实的。在国外可以了解更多国内所不能缺乏的资源、信息等。对说英语国家可以有个更好的了解，从而更能胜任自己的工作。也可能在国外发展。初步定为国外留学的目标是欧洲或者澳大利亚。

再次，我个人认为英语大学本科毕业后就已经拿到了专业八级证书了已经达到了比较顶尖级的水平了，如果接着考研还是考英语专业的话，那么英语对于我来说不再是一种交流工具了，而转为研究对象，而我对自己研究英语这方面没有信心也没有兴趣。
第四，对于跨专业考研，在选择所跨专业方面时也困难重重。由于英语专业大学四年都不学习数学，所以跨专业考研时选择的专业范围也被缩小了，不能选择需要考数学的专业。如果硬要选择必需要考数学的专业就必须从现在开始补习数学。第五，出国读研究生在选择专业方面也遇到了同样的问题。在选择国家方面，国家的消费水平是不是太高等问题也影响了选择。
最终选择还是从事英语方面的工作主要是因为自己的专业是英语专业，而且将来考研的方向极大可能是以上的第二方面。基于英语专
业且在国外读研究生这一因素，决定选择在外企从事有关翻译的工作。
这个职业目标的成功选择让我对职业目标的决策方法有了一定的认识。首先，在选择职业目标是首要考虑的问题是个人自身问题。要对自我优缺点等进行一个全面透彻的分析。自己专业的优缺点，专业面对的择业范围等方面都要有个全面而深刻的了解。其次，要考虑到职业本身的问题。自己的职业范围是不是跟专业对口，或者合适自己。即我们通常所说的人职匹配。不要对自己将要选择的职业期望过高，往往会导致职业决策的失误。
在对自我进行分析方面，主要考虑的是自我性格（temperament），以性格确定自己是怎样的一类人群，从而确定比较适合自己的职业群。在上课过程中的各种性格等测试都证明我是个外向的人，比较适合的工作是交流、沟通等方面的工作，于是确定了从事翻译工作。其次考虑的是我的技能（my skills）。我目前拥有的技能、特长，我的工作需要我拥有而我不具备的技能。通过这一分析给自己定一个目标，把自己不具备的技能列举出来并且把提高方法一一列举出来，在日后的训练过程中着重提高这些方面的技能，从而能更好的胜任这个职业目标。再次，个人价值观问题(value)对自己价值观进行一个全面透彻的分析。并把自己典型的一天所作的事情一一详细的写下来。
在择业过程中家庭的影响也是个重要因素。儿女总之父母的希望所在，所以在择业时也会考虑到父母的期望，我爸爸就希望我做个大学教授，他说这份工作比较稳定，比较适合女生。在择业初期，也确实想到要做大学教授，然而随着自己对自己的了解越来越来深刻，最终还是决定第一择业目标是个英文翻译员，而大学教授放到了第二择业选择。我的第三个职业目标是外企的人力资源部门经理。英语专业面临的职业群只能是与英语专业有关的职业，因此自己在择业时选择的都是外企，根本上还是与英语专业相关联。对于第一个职业目标，自己还是比较满意的，它跟自己的专业适合，而且跟个人的性格比较适合，还可以在工作过程中提高个人的技能（my skills）和专业知识。

certifications)，这类证书比如：其他语言类的证书、比赛证书等等；丰富的经验(Experience)，尤其是国际版权贸易经验；特殊技能(Peculiar skills)，熟悉Office等办公软件，熟悉商业信函的写作，具备计算机应用的基础能力；各方面综合能力(Comprehensive skills)，有时翻译员不止是翻译的工作，甚至还要做好翻译员、参事员、协调
员、管理员和安全员；掌握与自己工作有关的最新消息(Up to date information about your job)，了解和熟悉行业知识、专业常识、政策方针、存在问题以及相应的外文术语；幽默感(Sense of humor)，在英国人看来,幽默感是必须具备的,他们认为每人都得要有a sense of humor。„He has no sense of humor‟是人们可以常常听到的一句话.。
