所在的单位是公共服务行业，经常得考虑制作标识、宣传栏，以方便群众。按理说做什么事情总应该有一个整体规划，拿出一套一揽子方案，争取一步到位才好。无奈现实总是多变，有人为的，比如心血来潮，朝令夕改，也有时事变迁的，例如老病拆了，新病房又建了，相关配套设施也得跟上，不然就会工作脱节，给大家带来极大困扰（主要是医院服务对象——病人）。就有一次碰到医保科、新农合办公室搬家，从一楼搬到二楼，事前也没有拿出方案来，临到搬家了才想起，哦，我们忘记申请制作标识了，病人找不着怎么办。得，赶紧找办公室去制作去。于是，行事不免仓促，也容易导致工作脱节。

至于制作的质量方面，就是办公室的事情了，文字要贴切、样式要美观。虽然我并非学的是美工专业，在材料质地方面诚然缺乏足够的鉴赏能力，但审美观念还是有的，做出来的样品的优劣至少还能分辨。因为，艺术总是相通的嘛！由于单位分两院办公的缘故，工作经常会出现缺位时，作为临时替补，也只好硬着头皮学习相关的知识，从互联网找资料，在别的城市别的公共场所别的医院留心观察它们的样板。诚然，材质的问题涉及到费用等诸多问题，那不是我等小人所能掌控的，但是设计的理念、呈现的方式，我倒可以“插上”一杠。

最开始是校稿，校正文稿中的错别字，保证环节质量。这个没有多大的问题，毕竟是学汉语言的嘛，语句不通、语病、错别字之类一校还真发现了许多问题。

其次是制作双语标识。应该说，医院不乏一群优秀的医生，但是在公共服务（标识指引）、便民生活设施方面却缺乏一贯系统、严密的人性化理念。例如公用电话的缺失、银行自动取款机的匮乏，公共信息的欠缺（公交路线、通讯地址、联系方式、便民地图、银行网点分布）等等。在院内的标识方面，也有待提高。各种标牌在使用中质量堪忧，雨淋掉色、风吹折断、夜间失明、人为破坏的情况时有发生，这跟院方在广告标志方面一贯择廉从之的思路有关，最根本的问题就是钱嘛，这是由腰包（物质）决定的。我们也只能在夹缝中求生存，在基本满足质量的情况下确保最优啦。言归正传，制作双语标识并不是自我开始的，而是医院在标识制作方面一贯的优良传统，不知道从哪一天开始，医院所有包含中文的标识均相应贴上了英文。但是翻译问题也暴露出来了，译得不准、不确切、甚至错误的，原来翻译这一关几乎就是广告制作方用翻译软件弄出来的，以他们的心态，反正没几个外国人来，也没人计较，差强人意就行。但是，从某一天开始，有人计较了。一开始我也没太注意，但不巧看到了一个有问题的单词，不是这么回事呀。于是我就留意网络上各地关于医院相关科室、设施的权威、正规的翻译规范——由北京市技术质量监督局发布的地方标准《公共场所双语标识英文译法 第5部分 医疗卫生》报批的官方文件，起草单位：北京市人民政府外事办公室、北京市卫生局、北京市标准化协会、中国对外翻译出版公司。并且随着应用的深入，我还从网上通过甄别、请教，不断丰富对应的英文词汇。于是，一个相对完整的医院双语标识对应词汇出炉了。

再接着，就是设计理念的问题了。在楼层平面图、索引导向图、指向标等小标牌的制作过程中，我和广告制作商产生了诸多分歧。一开始，由于自己认识的浅薄（或偏激、自大），与对方的设计常常有异议，于是也会指出一些错误的意见。之后，伴随学习的深入，对网络和其他人的优秀作品的了解，我开始修正一些观念和想法。比如箭头的放置、处理，平面图的图标，本着直观、醒目、详细、实用的原则，在和对方的充分讨论和磨合中，完成了一些自认为比较好的作品。可惜，外科大楼楼层索引最终因为经费（或上级意见不合）而被砍掉一些精彩的部分，引为遗憾。

DB11/T 334本部分规定了北京市医疗卫生双语标识英文译法的原则。本部分适用于医疗卫生场所中的英文标识译法。2 规范性引用文件

下列文件中的条款通过本部分的引用而成为本部分的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件，其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于本部分,然而，鼓励根据本部分达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本适用于本部分。

GB/T 16159 汉语拼音正词法基本规则 3 术语和定义

译法原则按照本标准第0部分的规定。5.2 功能设施信息

5.2.1 国际通用功能设施采用相应的英文词语，如医院 Hospital、疾病预防控制中心 Center for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC)、诊室 Consulting Room、血液中心 Blood Center、卫生监督所 Health Inspection Institute。

5.2.2 医疗卫生标志上的地名通常采用汉语拼音标注，汉语拼音用法应符合GB/T 16159的要求，如宣武医院Xuanwu Hospital；已经被社会普遍接受的单位名称，如协和医院 Peking Union Medical College Hospital，可延续此用法。5.2.3 诊室、科室的译法： 医院的门诊部、专科医院或医院的诊室和科室译为Clinic，如糖尿病科Diabetic Clinic，专家门诊Specialist Clinic,住院部的科或表示区域时用Dept.，如外科 Surgery Dept.。5.2.4 病房统一译为Ward，如烧伤病房 Burn Ward。

5.2.5 一般的，医疗卫生专用功能性的室或房间译为Room。如牙片室 Dental Film Room、起博室 Cardiac Pacemaker Room、敷料间 Dressing Room，手术室 Operating Room。

5.2.6 进行化验分析的实验室译为Lab，如外科实验室 Surgery Lab、预检筛查室 Pretest & Screening Lab、临床检验室 Clinical Lab、细胞室 Cell Lab。

5.2.7 医疗功能设施涉及许多专业词汇按国际通用表示方法翻译，如重症监护室ICU（Intensive Care Unit）。

您好，我是患者魏玲的家属，首先我代表全家送上对贵院最真挚的祝愿，祝贵院事业蒸蒸日上，在医学科学领域里取得更大的成绩。

此刻，作为一个患者的家属，我怀着激动的心情表达对贵院的无限感激，尤其是对秦珍珍医生及全体医护人员的衷心感谢。在我母亲住院的近一个星期时间里，秦珍珍医生用无私的爱心和高尚的医德为我的母亲解除了痛苦，她的一言一行、一举一动诠释着当代医生的职责操守和医道本色。

在母亲住院期间，作为一名普通老百姓，由于我们对医学的一知半解，没少给医护人员出难题、添麻烦，可是秦医生和中医一科的全体医护人员从来不愠不恼，总是耐心讲解，尽力满足我们的要求。每当母亲的病情有什么变化时，秦医生和医护人员们总是及时耐心地与我们家属沟通，详细讲解病情及治疗方案，并对我们这些六神无主的家属进行心理疏导，减轻我们的心理压力。看着母亲的病情一天天好转，我们心里真是说不出的感激，由衷地对秦医生和中医一科全体医护人员精湛的医术感到钦佩。我感谢在母亲治疗过程中所接触的每一位医护人员。虽然我可能连他们的姓名都叫不出来，甚至有些人都未曾谋面，但正是有了他们默默无闻的奉献，才使得我的母亲得到良好的医治，更使我们体验到红星医院良好的医风和医德。
