每个同学都应利用暑假，认真检查一下自己还有哪些薄弱的课程，要有针对性地进行查漏补缺，努力提高，以便在下学期能与其他同学齐头并进，继续学习新的知识。也可以根据自己的兴趣爱好，有意识地培养自己的特长。

2、参加社会实践活动

在暑假期间，可以积极参加一些有意义的社区活动、夏令营等，也可以借此机会结交一些新朋友。有利于健全人格，增强社会适应能力。

3、读几本好书

在暑假期间有时间读几本名著或畅销书等优秀作品，既可以充实自己的文化生活；又能拓展自己的视野；同时提高自己的文化素养。还可以在暑假期间有目的、有计划地观赏一些优秀的影片或者高质量的晚会等。通过对优秀文化知识的品读、观赏，提高自己的审美能力，不断增强知识底蕴。

4、锻炼身体、增强体质

暑假是个运动锻炼的好时机，和朋友、同学踢足球、打篮球、游泳、健身、爬山等都可以锻炼身体、增强体质。我们只有具备了健康的身心和强健的体魄，才能真正保证学习生活的顺利进行。

5、外出旅游，增长知识

行万里路，读万卷书。暑假期间，可以和家人或朋友出行，到向往已久的地方旅游，不仅可以欣赏到许多风景名胜，放松心情，还可以通过旅途见闻吸收许多知识，扩大眼界。
