我最喜欢奥运的选手——叶诗文
随着奥运主火炬的点燃，我们迎来了第三十届伦敦奥运会，在世人的期待下，伦敦奥运会盛大开幕了，北京时间2012年7月27日的凌晨3点，伦敦奥运会正式开始了。在这次比赛中，有一名特别出众的游泳健儿，她连破2次世界纪录，受世界人民的关注，她就是叶诗文。
一个年仅16岁的浙江杭州女孩，凭借自己擅长的自由泳，在2次比赛中脱颖而出，这是她参加第一次的奥运会，却获得了如此好的成绩，叶诗文的出色表现让我兴奋不已，记得凌晨2点的那次混合泳的决赛，我半夜起来看叶诗文的比赛，我非常期待这次比赛，我希望叶诗文也能得到不错的成绩，意料之内，叶诗文又得到一枚金牌，十分激动啊！那场比赛，最先叶诗文落后于其他国家，排在第五名，在完成了仰泳的50米后她已排在第3名，但是她掌握好了节奏，最后自由泳是叶诗文的强项，她超越了第二名美国选手拜赛尔，获得冠军！这次参加的还有一名是中国的李玄旭，她获得了第三名，中国首次一个人在游泳获得2枚金牌，她们都是好样的！
但是外国媒体的尖酸刻薄令人讨厌，伦敦奥组委的“双重标准”令人深思。大家都怀疑叶诗文使用兴奋剂，叶诗文最后50米甚至快过男子冠军罗切特，确实有点不寻常，但是这些都是媒体的炒作，记得一个媒体让叶诗文用是或不是来回答她是否使用兴奋剂，我觉得这种说话语气很不尊重我们中国。当然，在中国也有过类似使用兴奋剂的事情，那是在2003年、1994年、1998年，中国有过兴奋剂的前例，外国媒体怀疑也是很正常的事情。
我很佩服叶诗文年龄虽小，却有世界大将风范，承受来自世界媒体及人民的怀疑，一边外国媒体对她的质疑，一边还要比赛，面对这种压力，16岁的叶诗文怎么能承受得了，可是她承受住了，避免了外界的干扰。这是她在具有强大的实力之外，取得成功的决定性因素。叶诗文获得了多少，其实也意味着失去了多少。我们只关注着她在本次奥运会中连夺冠的两瞩目成绩，但可曾能目睹一个16岁的女孩在数千个日日夜夜里勤加练习、汗泪交织的画面，她仅仅16岁啊，这个年龄段的孩子大都依偎在父母的身旁吧，过着那种无忧无虑幸福快乐的日子，但她却义无返顾的将自己的青春奉献给了所爱的游泳事业，这真的太不容易了。作为这样一个年轻的女孩，能够一次次登获领奖台而不骄傲，饱受世人的夸赞而不骄傲，这正是我们所最缺乏的东西：一份戒骄戒躁，稳步推进的心态。她能够勇于去追求自己梦想，游泳是她自己所选择的道路，并此她也为自己兑现了承诺，这正是一份执著与肯定——对待梦想，只有勇于坚持付出的人才配去拥有。
叶诗文不为别人的无理谩骂和讽刺而动摇，我们要学习她这种良好的心质素质，往往我们在快要成功时就有一些挫折阻挠着我们，但是不要退缩，千万不要灰心丧气，想想任何难事咬咬牙，前面就是光明大道，要相信自己，不管遇到什么样的困难都不要放弃，坚持就会增加成功机率。叶诗文的拥有的自信是取得成功的重要因素，叶诗文另辟蹊径的创新精神和言出必行的执著，相信自己可以成功，她能进步，甚至超越所有人，是她坚持另辟蹊径，采用新的先进的训练方法，并且将之付诸实际，日复一日，从未动摇，这种执著，这种创新的勇气。取得成功并不是一天、一个月能够做到的，而是要有那种坚持不懈的恒心和毅力，这一届奥运会胜利了，并不代表下一届能胜利，一定不要有自骄自傲的心理，在下一届要有重新的目标，即便你失败了，但是要继续努力，要从失败中吸取经验教训，以便于自己日后的成长。
