2007年我第一次站到了讲台上，还记得在进教室的前一天晚上，我辗转反侧，该怎么对付学生呢？我想啊想啊，终于想到了好办法——给他们一个下马威。第二天我威严的站到讲台上瞪大双眼、拉起马脸、拍着桌子，“你们不听我的话我就·····”。我以为自己很厉害，可还没把我昨天排练了几百遍的台词说完，有个学生大声的说：“你以为想给我们下马威我们就怕你了吗？切！”我听了火冒三丈，叫他站起来，他得意洋洋的说：“我就是不站”，他斜了我一眼甩手就出去了，我在后面大喊着：“你给我回来！”我愣愣的站在教室里，眼泪就要出来了，我想立刻离开这里。可是经过多少个夜阑人静，天籁无声的时刻，卸下沉重的面具，拆去心园的栅栏，真实地审视教师这个职业，在生命的深处，终于倾听到一丝悠然的脆鸣。这是一首真诚的诗。像甘霖，像春风，柔慢而隽永。慢慢的我明白了师生是一首优美的和弦乐，是蓝天和白云，是土壤和花朵~~~~后来那个调皮的男孩毕业了，没有想到他见到我喊得那么勤快，还打电话问候我，一时间我真是百感交集，真的觉得好对不起他。于是我想每个孩子也许是我们生命里匆匆的过客，但是我们却是他们生命里挥之不去的痕迹，我不能做那些“残酷”的事情伤害他们，我觉得当老师变得幸福了，没有后悔当初的选择。

今年我上初三，还有一个多月学生就要中考了。面临中考我比学生还要紧张，晚上躺在床上就在思考着怎么样让学生的成绩提上来，我常给同学们开玩笑，皇帝不急太监急。大部分同学还是非常的理解我，有时他们让我下午来早点背书给我听，有一次我匆匆的吃了一碗粉就来到教室里面，老远就听到李祥奎问：“老师来了没有？”我笑着大声说到：“来了，吃了碗粉就来了，不像你们那么懒。”有个学生不屑一顾的说：“你都得吃了的嘛，我还没有吃呢”！这个时候朱

旺生气质问那个同学：“有营养没有嘛？”很多同学都说“就是嘛”。那个时候我很欣慰，孩子们很调皮也很懂事，我喜欢他们，幸福的感觉溢满心头。我想我要为他们最后的冲刺做努力，用我们长堰中学老师的话来说就是“不求名利，但求不怕鬼敲门！”

我们老师一天不仅要为学生的成绩操心，尤其我当班主任每天查看出勤,追缴作业,调节纠纷,明察暗访，甚至“破案”……班主任可谓“两眼一睁,忙到熄灯”.我们私下里编了个顺口溜：一年当妈，两年当奶，三年升天。你看你看周老师年纪轻轻白头发都出来了，常常引得大家开怀大笑。当老师苦啊，但是人生的滋味没有了苦哪里来的甜呢？所以我们老师依然乐此不疲！只因为我们是老师！

因为我们是老师，我们生产着世界上独一无二的产品，每一个灵魂的雕塑绝不是完全的复制，每当上课，千百双眼睛盯着我们的举手投足，像是接受着世界上最严格的检阅，教学上的玉中微瑕，都会使我们茶饭无思，彻夜无眠。

因为我们是老师，不求报恩，不事索取，却偏偏赢得人们的信任和爱戴，我们从不敢涉足那旅游胜地的四星级宾馆，更对那挥金如土“流星茶苑”望而却步。可走进书店面对教科资料时，不惜千金散尽、毫无怨悔。

因为我们是老师，我们愿把一滴一滴的血流入祖国的血脉，一钎一钎开凿新一代闭锁的矿床。我们，只知道开采那煤海的乌金给人以温暖，只知道默默无闻地建造一座又一座知识金字塔。

最后我以人民教师的身份庄严宣誓，为全体学生美好未来，我愿奉献全部智慧和力量！
