变

提到刘谦，就会想到春晚的变魔术。提到淀粉与碘溶液，就会想到淀粉遇碘溶液变蓝。

提到女人都会想到女大十八变。

在我们的生活中处处体现着变化，像“你变高了”“你变胖了””你变聪明了”。

今年的十一假期里，我也变了。把长头发给剪短了。

初三了，最令人头疼的就是浪费时间。长头发哪。每天早上都要花不少时间去梳理。终于我忍受不下去了：“妈，十一有空叫我爸帮我剪短发吧。”“嗯，女大十八变!”

就这样，十月二号那天，我坐在椅子上等着我爸给我剪短发了。一个小时过去了，刚剪出一个头发帘。两个小时过去了，终于剪好了。嗯，比想像的要好些，不是太难看，可以说得过去！十月三号、四号，窝在家里不敢出去。新剪短的头发，因为长时间的梳在一起，都是微微翘起来了。我又是洗又是用吹风机定型，这头发终于不翘着了。

十月五号补课，刚进班就听到“哇”“嗯？”“你，剪了？”从原本都安静做作业的同学嘴里冒出来。数学老师愣是没认出来我，物理老师则说：“太可惜了，这么好的头发。”班主任开始没认出来，后来就问我“是不是参照曾轶可的发型剪的？

生物老师看到我后说：“换发型了？新发型新气象？“

原来挺普通换了一个发型，倒成了关注对像。石主任更是厉害！八号正式上课，早上进校门，石主任用英语说：“我喜欢你的发型。”第二天又说了一遍，还一直盯着我的脑袋看，直到今天还在看。“石主任，能不要老盯着我吗？”石主任反倒拉着我说：“你这发型很Q。”

唉！换了新发型，变了新样子。从一个普通人变成关注对象。看来当初真应该再想想再去剪头发。我的新发型，新气象变出来了。

变，在生活中处处体现着。

新变化，新气象。我会用它参加中考，用它改变我的现状用它改变现在的一切，变成一个新的我。

改 变

一棵在深山里长了好多年的大树，被修剪了枝叶后移栽到新建的公园里。人们围着它，议论着。一个说：“没有这次移栽，它不会被人赏识，要被人赏识就要改变自己的生存环境。”而我却要说：“要被人赏识就要改变，改变自己！”

每个人都是一道靓丽的风景线，但世界不会为你而改变，环境也不会主动去适应我们自己。因而，我们只能去改变，去适应环境，进而取得成功。

也许，我们没有庄周梦蝶的浪漫，没有庄子那“泥泞中亦可”的超然；也许，我们无法像彷徨斗士鲁迅一样以血荐轩辕，深刻揭示中华民族几千年来的劣根性；也许，我们没有海伦·凯勒那虽然盲聋但却以心灵探求未知世界的勇敢。但至少，我们可以改变自己，让自己接受《庄子》的熏陶，让自己接受《呐喊》《彷徨》的强音，让自己接受《假如给我三天光明》的洗礼，借助书籍，让心在潜移默化中沸腾，改变自己。

当为官仅七十多天的陶渊明挂印田园归隐山间时，他改变了自己。官场的黑暗，是他无法改变的，变的只能是自己。于是不为五斗米折腰，与菊为伴，虽然仕途不复，但他高洁的志向却被历史所赏识，为后人所铭记。当“御用文人”李白呼唤自己放养于青崖间的白鹿即骑访名山时，他改变了自己。朝廷希望他吟风弄月歌功颂德，而他却只想一展鸿鹄之志，无法改变官场的他，只得改变自己的志向。于是寄情于山水，纵览名山大川，虽然未能圆自己的经天纬地之梦，但却造就了半个诗歌的盛唐，为后人所传颂。他们改变自己，同时也改变了时代，虽不被时人钦慕，但却被后人铭记，在历史的苍穹中闪闪发光。

那些不能改变的人，只能被环境淘汰。高尔斯华绥笔下《品质》中的老鞋匠虽然拥有全城最好的制鞋手艺，但却不愿改变自己，致使无法跟上机器化的时代，坚持手工制好每双鞋，最终饿死在自己的鞋铺中。改变自己，方能跟上时代的脚步，方能不被环境淘汰。

唯有改变，方可以用意志的血滴和拼搏的汗水酿成历久弥香的琼浆；唯有改变，方可以用不凋的希望和不灭的梦想编织绚丽辉煌的彩虹；唯有改变，方可以用永恒的执著和顽强的韧力筑起固若金汤的铁壁铜墙„„

改 变

一切都在变，从一个时代到另一个时代或从一天到另一天，改变是我们每个人都无法逃脱的命运。长者说，少年人多轻狂，其实不然，我们只是在改变。恰是我们所代表的时代，改变是巨大的，这使他们无法理解亦无法接受。但请允许我简举一些例子来说明和证明我们的改变。

他们的时代，本分安己便是福气；而我们是喧闹的，我们热爱狂欢的感觉，喜欢追逐“炫”的潮流。他们的时代，学习好便样样拔尖；而我们是“贪心”的，我们有自己的爱好，语数英的成绩已不足够说明些什么。他们的时代，奔高官，想富有；而我们明白，我们要的不是权力与财富，即使做乞丐也应快乐的面对每一天。

我们会毫无顾忌的与异性称兄道弟，开心时便仰天大笑；我们会频频光顾各种小店，间隔坐具进行到底；我们会成群结队的去打电动、吃快餐，而忘记了时间„„这是他们的儿童与少年的时代中不曾经历过的。

而事实上，不仅是我们，他们自己也在改变。丢掉了童心，在“成人”这个厚重的保护层下去说服自己，那时的自己是幼稚的，却不肯承认，那时的纯真，与那时的快乐。

我记得，那是我的一个姐姐，她是班里的骨干，似乎有什么事情便自当是她首当其冲。那天她回家晚了，为了一件她本可以离开、但对于她的班级却相当重要的事情。她妈妈骂了她很多难听的话，说她“缺心眼儿”“神经病”。我不知道她妈妈当时为什么没有想到“责任”和“义务”。作为一个高材生，我不相信她没有经历过同样的事情，更不敢相信她就是以这样的态度处世。

我们不得不承认，有时候，我们看不懂大人，正如他们看不懂我们。改变，使我们每个人都必须尊重的事实，若不承认它，便必定要面对一场无谓的争论。争论后两败俱伤，改变却依然明目张胆的横在中间。

改变是必然的，或许我们都应该学会去适应它，而并非徒劳的想要去消灭它。

改变自己

不管是唱着“春天的故事”，还是“老鼠爱大米”，我们都走进了新时代。新时代海一般的文化，向我们挥舞着手臂。

面对大海，我们该怎么办？潮流时刻会涌来，时尚、流行的玩意儿朝我们一股脑地倾泻下来。信息时代的高频波涛冲着我们怒吼———“谁不懂电脑，谁会被淘汰！”娱乐的漩涡向着我们叫嚣———“周杰伦也不知道？你落伍了！”„„老人们躲到了高地上，而我们这些风华正茂的年轻人无疑被推到了前排。面对大海的巨浪，我们只能往前冲；面对海啸，也许只有一种方法可以逃生，那就是———潜下去！

海里很杂。这里的“杂”，并非贬义而是中性词。我们知道有个叫袁隆平的，搞出了杂交水稻，我们对其赞许一番，然后置之一旁。同时，我们看到《河东狮吼》里“苏勇邦”在“演词会”上把“水调歌头”唱得乱七八糟时，可以一边笑一边说：“经典！”并且可以守着电视，认认真真地看完改得面目全非的《西游记》、《封神榜》，还津津有味。我们提倡“去其糟粕”，可是有人回答：我们很忙！

我们很忙。我们正在拼命地为了一些东西忙，很有着科学家们的刻苦精神。忙里偷闲娱乐的东西还要自己细细地筛选？饶了我们吧，我们要看我们自己喜欢的。我们不爱看说教的、动作僵硬的卡通，我们爱看画面精美、情节跌宕的；我们与其看那些艰深的名著，还不如看那些唯美柔情的韩剧、言情小说；听古典音乐多没劲啊，松松垮垮没个完了，还不如R&B、嘻哈来得刺激呢。我们忙太多了，让我们休息休息吧，不要辨别什么了。

等到忙完了，浮到海面上来，才发现什么都没有了。

引用一句《笑傲江湖》里令狐冲的话：这个世界都在改变，我们没有办法，只好改变自己。令狐冲的改变，并不是妥协。

我们并不一定要追赶着潮流，完全可以做自己；并不是一味地学着人家的样儿，完全可以做更“高级”的事。

改变自己，使自己有高尚的品行，而不是只知“忙”。改变自己，使自己有爱国的情操，而不是“爱大米”。改变自己，使自己有出色的修养，而不是只看搞笑和言情。

改变自己，让自己有鹤立鸡群的素质，如今个性也是潮流，像这种特点，无疑是最“in”的。

周围的一切，正在对我们的成长形成影响，而它们常常是负面甚至颓废的，真是“一点技术含量也没有”。但只要改变自己，我们一样可以拥有过人的气质。否则，“后果很严重”。

改变

今天，当我们坐在宽敞明亮的现代化教室里汲取知识的时候，你是否想过，是什么让我们能够坐在这里？当我们坐在沙发上，边看电视边吃零食时，你是否想过，是什么让我们能够有如此富足的生活？当我们走在宽阔平坦的马路上，看着路边林立的高楼时，你是否想过，是什么让我们的城市这么美丽？没错，这一切都是改革开放的成果!然而,你又是否想过，30年前人们的生活是什么样子呢? 听妈妈说,改革开放之前,她在上小学,那时学校里的条件差极了,连桌子都没有,学生们上课都是坐在地上或者随便骑在一块大石头上,趴在自己从家里带的小板凳上写字。我觉得太不可思议了，那时穷到连桌子都买不起吗？妈妈说，那时候，我们国家很落后，科技也不发达，生产力低下，生产出来的产品不能满足人们的需要，即使能买得起也没有卖的。而且，就算能买得到的东西大都要凭票购买，这就是我们国家没有改革开放的计划经济时期。妈妈说，为了解决“课桌问题”，她们学校的校长专门跑到其他学校去“取经”，看看人家是怎样解决课桌问题的。结果还真找到了好办法，原来他们用泥巴自己做了课桌。校长回来后自己画了草图，然后动员全校师生，利用农村取之不尽的泥土和麦糠和成泥，做成桌子的样子，在太阳下晒干，就变成了崭新的课桌。可是，泥桌子又脏又不结实，用了一段时间后，就少胳膊掉腿，教室里一片狼藉。他们多么渴望有一张木制的桌子呀！

妈妈还说，她小时候喜欢吃糖，可那时糖果对于一个农村孩子来说太难得了。有一次，姥爷给妈妈几颗话梅糖，妈妈舍不得一次吃完，于是便剥开糖纸，用舌头舔几下就又把糖纸包好，过一段时间，想吃糖了再拿出来舔一舔，就这样，几颗话梅糖能吃很长一段时间。

这两个故事让我感触很深，那时的生活状况让我震憾：城市没有商场，也没有路灯，人们住着低矮的土房子，穿着打了补丁的破衣服，一年也吃不了几回肉。想想我们今天的幸福生活，真是发生了翻天覆地的变化。改革开放使我们的生活日新月异！看，现在的学校，一座座教学楼整洁明亮，宽敞的教室，整齐的桌椅，先进的实验室、电教室、微机室„„应有尽有；再看城乡建设，不但城市里商场一家挨着一家，农村里也有了超市；我们的三环路已经建成通车，“村村通工程”使农村的交通也像城市一样；电厂、煤矿已经投产，开发区更是厂房林立，有羊毛衫厂、食品厂、大型家具厂、电器厂„„，当然，现在的人们再也不会用泥巴课桌、糖果也不再是稀有之物了。听，电视里又在广播医疗改革的消息，政府要让所有人都能看得起病，但这在30年前是想都不敢想的事。

是改革开放改变了我们的生活，它像一股温暖的春风，吹遍了祖国的大江南北，它给祖国、给人民带来了繁荣、富强。我们要热爱我们的祖国，热爱中国共产党，拥护改革开放，努力学习，奋发进取，让人民更加富裕，让祖国更加强盛！

我眼中的新变化

小区是居民生活的地方，环境好才能给予居民清新的空气，幸福地生活。小区的新变化给我以欢乐的心情；给我以看好的态度；给我以欣赏的感觉！小区的新变化让小区焕然一新，让居民眼前一亮。

走进小区，看着环境变好，我就很欣慰，感觉心头涌上了一股成就感，毕竟是自己生活的小区嘛！

紧接着，一股清新的气味送进我的鼻头，走近一看，小区的那头种满了绿色气息的植物，只见高大的树木好似多个守卫兵，排列整齐地站在一旁，尽着自己为居民遮挡阳光的“职责”，树木下，还摆放了多张板凳，看来居民们已准备好要坐在树下聊天了，晚上来聊天啦！

再往前一看，角落里颜色鲜艳的花朵有些弯着腰，有些则微笑地昂着头，似乎在幻想着什么，我走近一看，多种不同种类的花朵绽放在一旁，月季花是最引人注目的啦，它的花瓣是那样地艳丽和大气，红的，黄的，粉的„„一阵微风吹过，我眯眼看着他们，只见它们高兴地摇摆着自己的身体，好像在炫耀自己是最美丽的花朵。随风一吹，我便嗅到了芬芳扑鼻的花香，陶醉了好一会儿才回过神来。站起身的一瞬间，我无意间看到了最渺小的，最稀少的兰花，甚至被人们忽略的兰花，我再次蹲下身子，仔细地观察它，它只有三片小拇指大的花瓣连缀在一起，个子极小，又被一旁的月季花占去了大部分位置，能容纳它的地方少了许多。我忍不住用同情的态度把手怜惜地抚摸它的身体，并舍不得地和它道再会。

走到池塘边，清澈的河水中能清晰的看到多条金鱼在水中游动，嬉戏，并且还有几十块精致的石头在水中：“这样金鱼就不会孤单啦！”我开心地说道。金鱼们在河水中游来游去，开心地吹着泡泡，不怕没伴儿陪，我也只好走开，免得打扰金鱼们嬉戏(*^__^*)嘻嘻„„

边走边赞叹：“小区的变化可真大！想起以前，脏乱的草木丛，池塘内又臭又脏的水，楼道旁的垃圾没人捡„„现在的小区可真让人喜欢啊!小区的变化好大，清新的空气能让人们幸福生活五十年，健康生活一辈子！接着，我走进了一片春意盎然的小区中，畅想世界的美好„„

变化

“我要考重点高中！”一个男孩坚定地向世界宣告，并付诸于行动，每天在努力着。

但刚迈进初三的我，却不是这样的。是那次家长会，使我有了这坚定的变化。初二的我调皮、不努力，成绩不好。进入初三，父母急了，几次三番问我：“你要不要考高中？”说实话，真的没想过，可是看着他们期待的目光，我说：“嗯，考高中。”但说得是那样无奈。之后的日子，我“混”着，成绩没一点起色。

一晃就要进行期末考试了，一种紧张之感也漫上我的心头，我知道，这次考试对我以后的影响很大。但行动上却只是昙花一现。

那天，学校开了家长会。

放学回家的路上，看见了急冲冲走来的父亲，我心虚地急忙躲进小巷。我不敢面对他，我知道，家长会上，我的“灭绝师太”们——老师，将会开始P我父亲。

当晚，那令我心悸的敲门声响起了，父亲进来了，一步一步地走近我，我几乎无法克制住心中的恐惧。但出乎意料的是，他很平静，很平静地坐在了我旁边，很平静地看着我，说：“儿子，你还想不想考高中，不想考就考职校吧。”我一听吓坏了，“什么意思，试探我？”我疑惑着。

“你先不要急，你认真地考虑一下，到底是想还是不想，我不会怪你的。”父亲还是那么平静。犹豫了，说考高中是为了敷衍父母还是„„我的确没认真想过。

“这样吧，你告诉爸爸，你想不想做一个有用的人——让人看的起的人？”“想！当然想！”“那你是不是不想读英语？”“不，不是的，我只是„„”

“哦，我知道了，你自己想想吧，是现在玩还是以后玩。自己去思考吧，由你自己决定自己的命运。”

这短短的几句话，份量却是那么重，我沉默了。爷爷逝去的期盼、视我如己出的老师的关心、我的未来„„一齐涌上。一个决定在我心头坚定了：“此时，我是该拼一拼了！”

“我„„我要„„考高中。”我抬头，看着父亲的眼睛。“什么？再说一遍。”“我要考高中，是重点高中，我要出人头地，光宗耀祖。”我响亮地说道。

就这样，我给了父亲一个承诺，给了自己一个承诺。这承诺也让我发生了变化。现在的我真的变了，我正分秒必争着，我会一直这样改变着的„„

祖国的变化

在上学的路上，一张张笑脸从我的身边擦身而过，看着他们朝气蓬勃、天真可爱的面孔，激动之情油然而生：全靠祖国的政策和当年的改革开放，才让我们过上这么美好、幸福的生活啊！

进了学校校门，一阵微风抚面而来，中间夹着一丝丝从四面八方传来的万紫千红的花儿沁人心脾的清香味儿，令人陶醉，令人心旷神怡！

漫步在校园的大理石台阶上，我仰望教学楼。看，多壮观啊，阳光为她披上了金光闪闪衣裳。走进宽敞的教室，多明亮啊！

上早读的铃钟响了，我们迅速坐好，拿起崭新的课本，顿时，一阵朗朗的读书声在课室里荡漾着，吊扇也在我们的头上盘旋着，在为我们服务呢！这时，老师进来了，她在宽而长的黑板上强有力地写上“勤奋”。

早读结束了，我们马上排好队伍去做早操，伴随着优美的音乐，两幅画面在我的脑海里出现：

在一间窄小而昏暗的小屋子里，有十几个学生坐在里面上课，老师挺直腰杆在为同学们上课，这间小房子里再也没有空余的地方了。炎热的夏天里，这间教室里既没有光管，也没有吊扇，豆大的汗珠从师生们的额上落下来了，可他们却毫不在乎，继续全神贯注地上课。做练习的时候，他们没有纸，就把泥泞的土地当做是一张纸；没有笔，他们就用竹子或石头在地上写着、画着；没有橡皮，他们就用手去抹掉„„在严寒的冬天里，风像一把锋利的刀刺向他们，所以，他们就挤在一起上课，因为这样可以互相取暖。以后，不管有什么困难，他们都努力地去克服，艰苦的学习环境之下，创造了一群坚强不息的学生！

“邓科滢，你在发呆干嘛，同学们都走了，你还不快走！”旁边的同学提醒我。我这才清醒过来，看着同学们远去的身影，我这才急忙追上同学们。

其实，再深思一层，如果没有了1949年的新中国的成立，没有了这几十年来中国的迅速发展，中国现在也不会那么先进、发达，你们知道吗？在2002年的时侯，中国还加入了WTO。你们说，中国厉害吗？

我真想大声地叫一声“祖国，我爱你！”

王安石是宋朝著名的文学家和政治家，1069年，宋神宗把他提升为副宰相，他精神焕发，决心打破因循敷衍的积习，全面改革政治。他任用了一批年轻的官员，并且设立了一个专门制定新法的机构。

王安石变法的主要内容是：青苗法、农田水利法、免役法、方田均税法、保甲法。变法对巩固宋王朝的统治、增加国家收入起了积极的作用。但是，也触犯了大地主的利益，遭到许多朝臣的反对。

公元前204年，汉王刘邦派大将韩信率军去攻打赵国。赵王歇和赵军统帅除余，率领二十万兵马在井陉口（今河北的井陉关）迎战。为以少战多，取得胜利，韩信派两千轻骑兵，每人带一面汉军的小红旗，悄悄埋伏在赵军驻地周围。然后韩信命令一万人马沿着河岸摆开阵势。除余等人见韩信兵马沿河布阵，大笑不止，说：“韩信徒有其名，背水作战，不留退路，这是自己找死。”布置妥后，韩信带领人马和赵军展开激战，交战了一会儿，汉军假装败退，丢掉战旗，向河岸阵地退去，赵军不知是计，一窝蜂地追了上来。这时，埋伏在赵营附近的两千轻骑见赵军全部出动，立刻冲入赵营，拔掉了赵军旗子，插上了汉军的小红旗。韩信率领的万余名人马，被赵军追杀到背靠大河的阵地后，没有后路，个个只得殊死决战。赵军久战不能取胜，便有些泄气，回头看见营垒中已插上汉军旗帜，顿时军心大乱，纷纷溃逃，汉军趁机前后夹攻，大胜赵军，赵王歇被活捉，除余被杀死。这就是成语“背水一战”的由来。按说背水列阵乃兵家大忌，为何能胜？一些汉将请教韩信，他说：“陷之死地而后生，置之亡地而后存。”韩信变了一种战略，其实也就是变了一种思路，变了一种观念。

胡服骑射

（改变过时的传统才有发展）

赵武灵王是一个好武任事的国君，赵国的北边与胡人接壤毗邻，但是当时国人都瞧不起胡人。胡人是游牧民族，为了生活方便，同时受生活环境的影响，他们好勇斗狠，所以服装是短衣窄袖甚至露出一条臂膀来。而汉族的服装，受礼乐之熏陶，向来是宽袍阔袖，走起路来翩翩

起舞，两只大袖子像张开的翅膀似的，雍容有致，的确是很好看。赵武灵王为了使赵国强盛，下令废弃原来的服饰，改用胡人的装扮，希望借此能达到富国强兵的目的。这一决定遭到赵国王室与大臣们的纷纷反对，但赵武灵王并没有被这些反对意见吓退，他最终还是坚定不移地实施了他的“胡服骑射”：下令全国上下穿胡服，系皮腰带，穿皮靴，把衣服袖子改小，露出右边的臂膀，只有左臂穿着袖子，披着衣襟。同时把车战改为骑兵，教导训练人民每天出外骑马打猎。这样经过一番苦心经营之后，赵国的军队强壮起来，于是亲自挂帅御敌，拓展了数百里的领土，由此促进了政治改革，赵国终于由弱变强，开创了文武中兴的崭新局面。

吴下阿蒙刮目相看（通过学习改变自我）

三国时代，东吴有一员大将，名叫吕蒙，字子明。年轻时，家境贫困，无法读书。从军后，虽作战骁勇，常立战功，却苦于缺少文化，不能把战例经验总结下来。

有一天，孙权对吕蒙说：“你现在是一员大将，掌权管事，更应该好好地读一些书，增长自己的才干。”吕蒙一听主公要他学习，便为难地推托说：“军队里的事情又多又杂，都要我亲自过问，恐怕挤不出时间来读书啊!”孙权说：“你的事情总没有我多吧?我并不是要你去研究学问，只是要你翻阅一些古书，从中得到一些启发罢了。我年轻时就读过许多书，掌权以来又读了许多历史和兵书，得到的帮助真是太大了。你很聪明，更应该读些书。”吕蒙问：“可我不知道应该去读哪些书?”孙权听了，微笑着说：“你可以先读些《孙子》、《六韬》等兵法书，再读些《左传》、《史记》等历史书，这些书对于以后带兵打仗很有好处。”停了停，孙权又说：“时间嘛，要自己去挤出来。从前汉光武帝在行军作战的紧要关头，手里还总是拿着一本书不肯放下来呢!你们年轻人更应该勉励自己多读点书。”

吕蒙听了孙权的话，回去便开始读书学习，坚持不懈。同时他还研究、评论书中的一些观点。这样他的见解也越来越精辟，有时连当时那些学识渊博的人也自叹不如了。后来，孙权的谋士鲁肃也感到自己的见识比不上吕蒙，他感慨地对吕蒙说：“你真了不起，你已经不再是当年的吴下阿蒙了，真应该刮目相看。”

意林故事

将开口打开一毫米

一个小小的改变，往往会引起意料不到的效果。

美国有一家生产牙膏的公司，产品优良，包装精美，深受广大消费者的喜爱，每年营业额蒸蒸日上。记录显示，前十年每年的营业额增长率为10%～20%，令董事部雀跃万分。

不过，业绩进入第十一年、第十二年及第十三年时，则停滞下来，每个月维持同样的数字。董事部对此三年之业绩表现感到不满，便召开全国经理级高层会议，以商讨对策。

会议中，有名年轻经理站起来，对董事部说：“我手中有张纸，纸里有个建议，若您要使用我的建议，必须另付我5万元！”总裁听了很生气地说：“我每个月都支付你薪水，另有分红、奖励，现在叫你来开会讨论，你还要另外要求5万元，是否过分？”

“总裁先生，请别误会。若我的建议行不通，您可以将它丢弃，一分钱也不必付。”年轻的经理解释说。“好。”总裁接过那张纸后，阅毕，马上签了一张5万元的支票给那位年轻经理。那张纸上只写了一句话：将现在的牙膏开口扩大1毫米。总裁马上下令更换新的包装。

试想，每天早上，每个消费者多用1毫米的牙膏，每天牙膏的消费量将多出多少倍呢？这个决定，使该公司第十四年的营业额增加了32%。

目标也要根据实际而变

有这么个故事。古时有个渔夫，是出海打鱼的好手。可他却有一个不好的习惯，就是爱立誓言，即使誓言不符合实际。

这年春天，听说市面上的墨鱼价格最高，于是便立下誓言：这次出海只捕墨鱼。但这一次鱼汛所遇到的全是螃蟹，他只能空手而归。回到岸上后，他才得知市面上螃蟹的价格最高。渔夫后悔不已，发誓下一次出海一定只打螃蟹。

第二次出海，他把注意力全放到螃蟹上，可这一次遇到的却全是墨鱼。不用说，他又只能空手而归了。晚上，渔夫抱着饥饿难忍的肚皮，躺在床上十分懊悔。于是，他又发誓，下次出海，无论是遇到螃蟹，还是遇到墨鱼，他都要捕捞。

第三次出海后，渔夫严格按照自己的誓言去捕捞，可这一次墨鱼和螃蟹他都没有见到，见到的只是一些马鲛鱼。于是，渔夫再一次空手而归„„

渔夫没有赶上第四次出海，他在自己的誓言中饥寒交迫地死去了。

蝴蝶和马嘉鱼

一只蝴蝶从敞开的窗户飞进来，在房间里一圈又一圈地飞舞，有些惊慌失措。显然，它迷路了，左冲右突努力了好多次，都没有飞出房子。

这只蝴蝶之所以无法从原路飞出去，原因是它总在房间顶部的空间寻找出路，总不肯往低处飞，那低一点的位置就是敞开着的窗户。甚至有好几次，它都飞到高于窗户顶部至多两三寸的位置了，可就是不肯再飞低一点。最终，这只不肯低飞一点的蝴蝶耗尽了气力，气息奄奄地落在桌子上，就像一片毫无生气的叶子。

成群结队的马嘉鱼要比那只蝴蝶更死板，简直是一条道路走到黑。

马嘉鱼很漂亮，银肤燕尾大眼睛，平时生活在深海中，春夏之交溯流产卵，随着海潮漂游到浅海。渔人捕捉马嘉鱼的方法挺简单：用一个孔目粗疏的竹帘，下端系上铁坠，放入水中，由两只小艇拖着，拦截鱼群。马嘉鱼的“个性”很强，不爱转弯，即使闯入罗网之中也不会停止。所以一条条“前赴后继”地陷入竹帘孔中，帘孔随之紧缩。孔愈紧，马嘉鱼愈激怒，瞪起鱼眼，张开脊鳍，更加拼命往前冲，结果被牢牢卡死，为渔人所获。

常常有人一方面抱怨人生的路越来越窄，看不到成功的希望；另一方面又因循守旧、不思改变，习惯在老路上继续走下去。这是不是有些像蝴蝶和马嘉鱼？其实，天生我材必有用，东方不亮西方亮。如果我们调整一下目标，改变一下思路，完全会出现柳暗花明又一村的无限风光。

经历痛苦的转变才能获得重生

老鹰是世界上寿命最长的鸟类。当老鹰活到40岁时，它的爪子开始老化，无法有效地抓住猎物。它一生的年龄可达70岁。要活那么长的寿命，它在40岁时必须做出困难而重要的决定。

它的喙变得又长又弯，几乎碰到胸膛。它的翅膀变得十分沉重，因为它的羽毛长得又浓又厚，使得飞翔十分吃力。它只有两种选择：等死，或经过一个十分痛苦的更新过程。

150天漫长的操练，它必须很努力地飞到山顶，在悬崖上筑巢，停留在那里，不得飞翔。老鹰首先用它的喙击打岩石，直到完全脱落。它会用新长出的喙把指甲一根一根地拔出来。然后静静地等候新的指甲长出来。当新的指甲长出来后，再用它们把羽毛一根一根地拔掉。5个月以后，新的羽毛长出来了。老鹰开始飞翔，它得以浴火重生！

在我们的生命中，有时候必须做出困难的决定，开始一个更新的过程。我们必须把旧的习惯、旧的传统抛弃，这样我们才可以重新飞翔。只要我们愿意放下旧的包袱，愿意学习新的技能，我们就能发挥自己的潜能，创造新的未来。

懂得随机应变才能成功

从前有两个年轻人，一个叫小山，一个叫小水，他们住在同一个村庄，是最要好的朋友。由于居住在偏远的乡村谋生不易，他们就相约到远地去做生意，于是同时把田产变卖，带着所有的财产和驴子到远地去了。

他们首先抵达一个生产麻布的地方，小水对小山说：“在我们的故乡，麻布是很值钱的东西，我们把所有的钱换取麻布，带回故乡一定会有利润的。”小山同意了，两人买了麻布，细心地捆绑在驴背上。

接着，他们到了一个盛产毛皮的地方，那里也正好缺少麻布，小水就对小山说：“毛皮在我们故乡是更值钱的东西，我们把麻布卖了，换成毛皮，这样不但本钱回收了，返乡后还有很高的利润！”小山说：“不了，我的麻布已经很安稳地捆在驴背上了，搬上搬下多麻烦呀！”小水把麻布全换成毛皮，还多了一笔钱。小山依然有一驴背的麻布。

他们继续前进到一个生产药材的地方，那里天气苦寒，正缺少毛皮和麻布，小水就对小山说：“药材在我们故乡是更值钱的东西，你把麻布卖了，我把毛皮卖了，换成药材带回故乡一定能赚大钱的。”小山说：“不了，我的麻布已经很安稳地在驴背上，卸上卸下太麻烦了！”小水把毛皮都换成药材，还赚了一笔钱。小山依然有一驴背的麻布。

后来，他们来到一个盛产黄金的城市，那里非常欠缺药材和麻布。小水对小山说：“在这里药材和麻布贵，黄金很便宜，我们故乡的黄金却十分昂贵，我们把药材和麻布换成黄金，这一辈子就不愁吃穿了。”小山再次拒绝了：“不！不！我的麻布在驴背上很稳妥，我不想变来变去！”小水卖了药材，换成黄金，又赚了一笔钱。小山依然守着一驴背的麻布。

最后，他们回到了故乡，小山卖了麻布，只得到蝇头小利，和他辛苦的远行不成比例。小水不但带回一大笔财富，把黄金卖了，更成为当地最大的富豪。

蜜蜂与苍蝇

有两位美国科学家做过一个有趣的实验，他们在两个玻璃瓶里各放进5只苍蝇和5只蜜蜂，然后将玻璃瓶的底部对着有亮光的一方，而将开口朝向暗的一方。几个小时之后，科学家发现，5只苍蝇全都在玻璃瓶后端找到出路，爬了出来，而那5只蜜蜂则全都撞死了。

蜜蜂为什么找不到出口？通过观察他们发现，蜜蜂的经验认定：有光源的地方才是出口。它们每次朝光源飞，都用尽了全部力量，被撞后爬起来继续撞向同一个地方。苍蝇从来不会认为只有光的地方才是出口，它们在被撞后知道回头，知道另外想办法，甚至不惜向后看，最终它们是胜利者。

换一种思维

一个木匠，造一手好门，他费了好多时日给自家造了一个门，他想这门用料实在，做工精良，一定会经久耐用。

后来，门上的钉子锈了，掉下一块板，木匠找出一个钉子补上，门又完好如初。后来又掉下一颗钉子，木匠就又换上一颗钉子；后来又一块板朽了，木匠就又找出一块板换上；后来门闩折了，木匠就又换了一个门闩；再后来门轴坏了，木匠就又换了一个门轴„„于是若干年后，这个门虽经无数次破损，但经过木匠的精心修理，仍坚固耐用。木匠对此甚是自豪，多亏有了这门手艺，不然门坏了还不知如何是好。

忽然有一天邻居对他说：“你是木匠，你看看你们家的门！”木匠仔细一看，才发觉邻居家的门一个个样式新颖、质地优良，而自己家的门却又老又破，长满了补丁。于是木匠很是纳闷，但又禁不住笑了，“是自己的这门手艺阻碍了自己家门的发展。”于是木匠一阵叹息：“学一门手艺很重要，但换一种思维更重要，行业上的造诣是一笔财富，但也是一扇门，能关住自己。”

应用与创新

解决问题需要变换思路，更需要实际措施

有位老太太生了两个女儿。大女儿嫁给伞店老板，小女儿当上了洗衣作坊的女主管。于是老太太整天忧心忡忡。逢上雨天，她担心洗衣作坊的衣服晒不干；逢上晴天，她生怕伞店的雨伞卖不出去，天天为女儿担忧，日子过得很忧郁。后来一位聪明人告诉她：“老太太，您真是好福气！下雨天，你大女儿家生意兴隆；大晴天，你小女儿家顾客盈门，哪一天你都有好消息！”这是一个很经典的故事，故事的结局就是老太太变了变脑筋，生活就焕然一新。

幸福就这么容易得到吗？当然不是，这个聪明人的做法只不过是阿Q式的自欺欺人而已。因为事情并没有发生变化，问题没有解决，痛苦和不幸并没有因为你不去想而自动消除。那个老太太就真的会快乐吗？不会，如果她因此而高兴了，那她绝对不是妈妈。试想，有哪个亲妈会通过忽略孩子的困难而感到快乐的？只有问题真正解决了，她才会真正地快乐。与其在这里自欺欺人，不如想想办法帮助孩子解决问题。比如，可以帮他们换个工作，或者帮洗衣作坊的孩子弄个烤衣服的炉子，让他们雨天也能洗衣服；帮伞店的孩子打广告、做推销，让他们晴天也能卖伞。只有孩子们快乐了，妈妈才会真正地快乐和幸福。

量变不一定引起质变

时代在变化，万事万物都在变化，我们的思维也在随着生活不断变化。但是不是所有变化都是真正的变化呢？其实很多是换汤不换药，所以我们要学会看到变化的本质，不要被表象所迷惑。比如有这样一个故事，曾有这样一个人，每天都要去偷邻居的鸡，有人告诉他说：“这样的行为，不符合君子之道。”那人回答说：“那就减少一点好了，以后每月偷一只鸡。”这个小偷已经作了很大的“牺牲”，每月少偷了30只鸡，邻居减少了97％的损失，这是一个很大的变化。但这只是量变，并没有引起质变，本质上他还是一个小偷。

还有一个故事，说甲乙二信徒都酷爱吸烟，甲问神父：“我祈祷时可以吸烟吗?”神父说：“那怎么行!”乙问神父：“我走路时想上帝，吃饭时想上帝，吸烟时想上帝，可不可以?”神父说：“当然可以。”于是那个乙信徒堂而皇之地叼着烟斗走进了教堂。

同样的事情，两人用不同的说法，得到的却是完全相反的结果。神父就是被这个表象上的变化迷惑了，没有思考事情的本质。

第四篇：作文……变……了

家乡变美了

新中国成立以来,祖国变了,变得更强大、更美丽了。许多省市都变了。我的家乡--云南罗平也变了。

罗平在云南的最东边，是一个美丽的地方。同时也是云南、广西、贵州三省交界处。

改革开放以来，家乡发生了很大的变化。

以前，路都是泥巴路，是坑坑洼洼的。妈妈上高中时，她常骑着自行车去买菜。路很不好走。一次她去买菜时，一不小心跌到在地上，腿都出血了。老师说，他们小时候，从东屏小学到我家是没有路的，只有田埂。可现在不同了，家乡这修了通往四方八达的路，就像蜘蛛网一样。现在，人们在路边修了人行道，人在人行道上走，车在公路上跑，路上像过节一样热闹。人行道上还种了许多树。人和车子像似大海里的鱼一样，在这快乐的生活着。

不光路，房子也变了。从瓦房变成了高楼大厦。瓦房已经不多了。只有一些农村人还在住在里面。姐姐家有一栋瓦房，不过只在里面吃饭。里面只有三个房间，一个吃饭，一个做饭，另一个就没有用处了。奶奶说她小时候就住那里面了。那栋瓦房历史还很“悠久”呢，就算是白天，有两个房间里还要开灯呢。听姐姐说里面还有老鼠。

可现在不同了，一些房子有十几层高呢。当然了，这的商店也有很多，有卖衣服的；卖文具的；卖书的；卖体育用具的等等。这些房子像森林一样座落在这里。

山也变了。原来，树、草、花像兄弟姐妹一样快快乐乐的生活在这里。后来，人们把树砍了，去做很多家具。就这样空气污染越来越差。

过了很长时间，不知道怎么回事，人们意识到了后果，不在砍树了，而是在山上栽花种树。还有一些人在自己家院子里种满了花草树木。在山里野花、野草和树木把整座山装扮成了仙境一般的地方。小鸟、蝴蝶在这里欢快的生活着。

在新中国成立以前，罗平只是一个不起眼的地方。虽然这里比师宗、大同大，但人们却谈起师宗的美景、大同的牛肉，好像把罗平忘了一样。

现在，罗平成立起了九龙瀑布景区、鲁布格小三峡景区、多依河景区、金鸡蜂丛等。噢，还有这的特产“油菜花”。每年春天是油菜花开放的季节，每当这时候就会举办“菜花节文艺表演”，因为这时候金灿灿的油菜花会开放，所以，每次都能吸引来许多中外游客。

家乡很富绕，我知道它还会改变的，只要人们去建社它，就能使它更富绕、更美丽。我想这个愿望一定会实现。
