As a daughter whose parents make sacrifices to save enough money for their child’s education for 19 years, I still question that what kind of future I could offer them as a better return.As a new member of the Party of the People’s Republic of China which found in 89 years ago, I still wonder what kind of future I could create and build for my beloved motherland in next 89 years.Overall, no matter how long it takes or how steep it climbs, I am trying all the time.There are two most important factors in my future.The one is ability, the other is experience.So from now on, I should participate in more social practice to gain experience and in school I could take part in some activities and contests to train myself, to make me be qualified for the society.Ladies and gentlemen, I have never been more hopeful than I am standing here today that I promise you that I will get there, a place I dreamed of for a long time.To chase my future, to color my life!Thank you!

“My China Dream”主题英语演讲比赛

2013年4 月20 日，食品学院在4号教学楼104室成功了一场精彩的演讲比赛。此次比赛的评委有外国语学院陈满平老师，2013年外国语学院英文演讲比赛第一名又兼海南大学中英文演讲比赛第一名梁梦晓学长，海南大学英语俱乐部会长汪娇学姐。

2013年，因为梦想变得沉重，又因为梦想变得飞扬热烈。“中国梦”是我国新一届中央领导集团参观中国国家博物馆“复兴之路”展览后，习近平主席定义了“中国梦”即“实现中华民族近代以来最伟大的梦想，而且满怀信心地表示这个梦想‘一定会实现’”。

参赛同学们心不同的风格，侃侃而谈、激情慷慨、声情并茂，淋漓尽致畅抒心中的梦想，或强大至坚定不摧，或美好光明坦荡„„中间串连了一个小游戏“心有灵犀”，两位选手一组，一位选手把手伸进箱中摸索，知道是什么物品后，由这位同学向同组另一位同学描述，仅可以用英语与肢体语言表达，由这位同学猜出它的英文名。之后是即兴演讲和评委提问，这一环节充分展示了同学们的应变能力与表达能力。最后由陈满平老师对此次比赛进行点评。

经过一系列激烈的角逐，主持人宣布比赛结果，获得一等奖的是赵艺捷同学，获得二等奖的是曹璇同学，获得三等奖的是张圆同学、张凯琦同学、陈颖同学。获得此次最佳组织奖的是食科1班。

在这次商务沟通英语演讲比赛当中，我做为一名选手，感受颇深，这也是我第一次参加这样展示自我的一次比赛，应该对于我来说意义

非凡，学到了不少。收获荣誉的同时，我的心灵受到了强烈的震撼和

洗礼，参加此次演讲比赛是我人生中非常特别的一次体验，不仅仅是

比赛的环节和考验给我留下了深刻的印象，而且这一路走来的心理历

练也让我收获颇多。

以前也参加过比赛，但是没有这么大型，这是一场全国型的比赛，恰好是一次难得的机会，凭借这个舞台可以绽放自己，毕竟做为一名 新手，我没有足够的经验。而且我们讲的都是英文的内容，我们的主

题是极好的运动和锻炼，内容详细并且丰富，ppt制作也是制作精

美，在比赛之前，我们做足了准备，我们排练过，在老师的帮助下，我们一起表演，在学校的会议室里，当时我并不紧张，因为在学校我们本来我是做了充分的准备的了，但是面对如此多的观众和评委，心

里难免有些紧张，自己的眼神不敢与他们进行对接，无法很好地做到

与他们进行心灵的交流。但从其他选手的身上我看到了他们在面对如

此多观众时的那种从容镇定、临危不乱。自己觉得我在这方面与他们

还有一定的距离，我应该与他们多交流、学习，努力去克服这方面的不足。

通过这几次的演讲比赛下来，首先我最想表达的就是感谢。正是

因为老师们对我的全力支持，才有了我今天出色的演讲。在此，我要

感谢我的我的老师佘小洁给我的演讲稿做的点睛式地鼓舞，我还要感

谢张教鸢，朱捷老师帮我们进行排练付出的辛苦，正是因为有这两位

老师在演讲技巧和稿件写作上给予了我很大帮助和启发，才有我在演

讲台上的“淋漓表演”，使我信心越来越强。其次，具体到演讲过程中，首先要有一个好的演讲稿，演讲稿的题材、角度一定要新颖，绝不重

复别人的故事，你想那么多的参赛选手，如果学习的榜样总是那几位

英雄，无论你多么慷慨激昂，评委们听得多了，便也不会觉得新颖了，因此你的演讲稿就没有什么亮点。一个演讲要有亮点，什么是亮点？

与众不同。很多参赛选手都有自己的故事，顾不上自己的身体，顾不

上自己的家庭，顾不上自己的孩子，全心扑在工作上，令人感动，令

人钦佩，但这些故事听了让人感到酸楚，难道这就是我们的生活？我想在做好本职工作的同时，也应该照顾好家庭：我们热爱自己的工作，也热爱自己的家人；我们辛勤的付出，当然也要享受付出后的收获、喜悦、积极、阳光、向上、幸福才是我们生活的主旋律。

另外还有六个方面的小技巧：

1、一见倾心：演讲者着装得体、精神振奋、姿态优雅，会使听众有个很好的第一印象。

2、一鸣惊人： 在演讲开场的三句话内，要能在声音、情感、语调上一炮打响，打动

听众，这样演讲就很容易成功。

3、一语中的：在演讲中，演讲者要

在适当的时候，一般在热烈的当口上，以简单明确的慨括性语言，说

出你的主题观点，最好能用上排比句式来表达，会给听众留下深刻印

象。

4、情理交融：演讲之所以要有演的成分，是因为要先体现以情

说理，再以理服人。所以在演讲中，演讲者要善于运用动人感人的事

例、体验典型人和物、调动听众的情感，在引起情感共鸣的基础上，适时阐明道理和主题，常常会使你的演讲效果倍增。

5、言行一致：

演讲中与听众的交流非常重要，演讲是有对象性的。在演讲中要注意

到台下听众的特点，并且有意的通过眼神表情与台下交流。

6、首尾

相接：最简洁的突出主题的方法，把演讲的开头和结尾联系起来，甚

至是重复开头的演讲题目，都不失为很好的方法，这样会使听众对主

题更清楚。

以上就是我参加演讲比赛的一些体会。每一次比赛都是一次成长，我会珍藏演讲之旅带给我的收获，常思这些要感谢的人，不断激
