毕业实习报告

一、实习时间

2010年12月1日—2011年5月1日

二、实习单位：

北京朝批汇隆商贸有限公司，是北京朝批商贸有限公司的子公司，公司以批发、代理为主业，以物流为支撑，从事独家代理、合作分销、服务终端、商品分装、仓储配送、第三方物流等业务，是一家能够提供综合代理、优质服务的新型现代化商贸企业。

公司与北京工业大学计算机学院合作，结合行业特性及业务运营需求，研制开发了ERP电子商务管理系统。对公司业务流程进行优化再造，使企业中商流、物流、资金流和信息流和谐高效地运转。

三、实习内容：

实习是每一个学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识,也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后在社会中的发展打下坚实的基础。

2011年1月4日至2011年5月1日，我在朝批汇隆商贸有限公司进行了实习。这段时间，我在三个岗位进行了学习，第一是学习开票，第二是出纳，第三是在兑付室的实习。

（一）开票流程

去公司之后，我学习的首先是开票，公司运用的是自己的管理系统，开票用的自然是其中之一—采购销售系统。开票的流程是：订单的录入，审批，从订货单开出库票，数据的收发，出库票的打印。具体流程如下：

1.首先在接到客户的电话，记下客户所要订的商品，这虽然看似简单，但是这个环节很重要，如果订单明细记错了，之后的开票等一系列程序就都会是错的，甚至会对物流，商品配送造成影响。一些白酒，订货人有的时候跟本不会说要的是高度酒还是低度酒，所以打电话的时候需要问对方，一些红酒的名字有几乎相同的名字，例如：“伊莎贝拉高级冰红葡萄酒”，还有“伊莎贝拉高级冰白葡萄酒”，如果订货人说要的是伊莎贝拉，那就要问对方是冰红的还是冰白的。像这种情况会经常存在，这就对于接电话的人对于商品的熟悉程度要求较高了。还有一些没有存货的商品，需要在客户订货的时候查客户所需要的商品的库存。

2.第二步就是订单的录入，包括客户名称，订货人，订单号，备注，录入人，商品编码，批发单价，数量等。

客户名称，是一些老客户在公司的系统里有自己的编码，这就需要开票人熟练记住商品编码，例如：顺峰亚运村店的编码为8683，顺峰总店的编码为8418，海天一色编码为8591等，如果是个人购买商品，那开票的时候就开成编码为“842300600”，即代表“个人”。

订货人如果没有，则可以跳过空出。

订单号是系统自动编制的，因此也可直接跳过。

备注，通常写客户的特殊要求，例如“下午四点前送货”，“送货联系业务”等。

录入人，系统默认显示按照密码进入系统的人员。

商品编码，也是系统自带的，例如：长城华夏T区三年干红葡萄酒为84820005，长城华夏T区五年为84820006，商品编码和客户编码一样，也需要开票人熟练记住。输入之后，该商品的批发单价会自动显示，然后输入该商品的数量。

然后保存成单据号。

3.第三步就是销售订货单的审批，就是对第二步录入的单据的核实。主要核实客户，商品，单价，数量。然后单条确认，保存。

4.第四步，从订货单开出库票，过滤没有库存的商品，核对价格，生成单据号，然后保存确认。

5.第五步就是数据的收发，数据发送，然后票务室接受数据，只后进行打印退库单和全部单据，然后是盖章，用大头针把单子别好，最后是把一些特殊需要打印随附单据的客户而且订单中有白酒和红酒的挑出来，打印随附单。

一张完整的订单就开好了。之后就是进行备份。

（二）熟悉了开票流程，能独立操作之后，我又进行了出纳工作的学习。

1.首先是收支票和现金。这一步是上面开订单的延续，即客户收货后的结账。有的客户是用支票结账，有的是用现金。看似简单，收现金一定要注意收到的钱的真假和数量，我都是用手数一遍，点钞机数一遍，以防止有假币或者是数错钱。然后填写现金送款簿，包括盖抬头章、银行帐号、金额、。第二种结账方式是支票，首先要注意支票的日期，看其是否过期或者是否是持期支票。然后填写进账单，日期，抬头，银行帐号，支票号，金额大小写。这个过程也看似简单，但是一旦有错误，就会被银行退票。之后是支票的背书，盖抬头章，财务章，人名章。支票中对于盖章的要求也很高，如果盖的不清楚，就需要贴粘单，从新盖，然后盖接缝章。然后就是去银行将当天的钱和支票入账，第二天还要和总经理报数。包括银行账上余额，可用资金等。

2.用友软件的使用

我还负责处理一些简单的帐务。所有的报销单据和附件必须齐全，还要有总经理签字，我才能报销。之后这些报销单和附件就是我要做入账中的，特殊情况是罚款不走帐。例如进货入库存，则分录如下：

借：库存商品-批零商品-17%库存商品

待抵扣进项税-分税17%

贷：应付帐款-对外应付-商品采购-进货

公司对于明细科目设置的非常细，能使我们减少错误的发生，同时对于每笔钱的来源去向都非常清楚。

3工资台帐的制作

利用公式：工资=基础工资+岗位工资+绩效工资+加班费+餐费计算。

打印每位员工的工资台帐，发给本人进行核对签字。

（三）之后我又被调到兑付室进行实习。兑付室是对结算员拿回来的厂家的瓶盖进行兑付，即报销开瓶费。

1.首先学习的是开具开瓶费报销单明细单，其中瓶盖分为三类：厂家回收，货补，自付。在开据开瓶费报销明细单时都要分类。对于结算员送来的瓶盖首先要过数，然后开具明开瓶费报销明细单，主要包括客户名，日期，品名，数量，单价，小计，核实人几项内容。

2.之后是在电脑中录入当天开的所有报销明细单，厂家退厂，和销毁时也要输入数据，这时输入的数据必须是负数，这样在求和数量的时候才能反映更清晰

准确的数据。然后就是月中和月底做表，月中和月底都要销毁一次瓶盖，因此要做两次瓶盖销毁明细，同时要做开瓶费报销申请表，这是两张表都需要交给总经理签字。

3.最后是每月月底要做一张月末报表，包括：品牌，支付金额，应回收金额，回款金额，欠款，差额，摘要几部分，这张月末报表也是要交给总经理的，这张表直接反映本月各大产品的销量，领导一目了然。

所以这个岗位的实习对于Excel的要求很高，在校期间我考取了计算机一级证书，这对于我现在的工作很有帮助，在做表格的时候利用的Excel的各项功能菜单等会被频繁利用，例如一些常用函数、分类汇总等功能。

四、认识

（一）这些日子的实习给我的感触太深了，仿佛一下子长大成人了，懂得了更多的做人与做事的道理，真正懂得学习的意义，时间的宝贵，和人生的真谛。让我更清楚地感到了自己肩上的重任，看到了自己的位置，看清了自己的人生方向。这次的实习经历让我受益匪浅。

1.首先我在开票工作中还需要多加练习，在实践中不断完善自己，提升自己。在接到客户电话的时候，这个看似简单，但是又很多外地人又口音，有时候很难听清楚对方说的店名，还要他们说的“四箱”和“十箱”听起来差不多，所以需要仔细听，认真记下对方需要的产品，熟悉店名。在客户编码和商品编码的熟悉上，需要牢记，而且必须准确。我对于一些商品编码记得还不够牢固，还要在多接电话，多开票中逐渐熟悉，熟能生巧。

开票时必须准确，包括单价，金额，数量，一旦开错了，就会对物流配送等一系列环节造成不必要的麻烦。所以需要我们更加认真地对待每一个工作环节。我相信在开票的实习中，我也会变得更加踏实，认真，现在每周都会有一天晚班，就是一直到晚上十点等着一些客户订货，而且晚上的订单量很大，因此只有勤奋的学习和多开票，才能熟能生巧，才能游刃有余。

2.在出纳工作实习中，我知道作为一名会计人员，严谨认真的工作态度是多么重要

这次实训，真真切切的让我了解了什么是会计工作，让我对于会计最初的观点也有了本质性的改变！会计不仅仅是一份职业，更是一份责任。它提高了我们的实际应用水平.在会计实习过程中,从在用友软件上做分录，填制凭在实训中我们学习到了很多东西，例如，对于一些公司经常发生的业务，需要记得科目账户，以及明细更加熟悉了，还有支票的开具，在填写过程中最重要的就是“仔细”，大小写、日期、用途、收款人、金额、密码都不能写错，否则就会被退票，为结算员带来不必要的麻烦。

3.在兑付室的工作让我知道工作中，让我知道细心的重要性。

如果在开具开瓶费报销明细单这个环节出现问题，那么会使企业遭受不必要的损失，因此每天开的单据要细致，保证不出问题，然后再录入电脑时也同样需要细心，同时是对已经开出的单据的又一次审核，一旦出错之后，就会影响月中月底报表的准确性，所以要细心的对待每一个工作环节，保证每一个环节都不出错。

（二）其次是我在其他方面的收获

1作为一个刚刚步入社会的新人，平和的心态很重要，做事不要太过急功近利，有吃苦的决心，平和的心态和不耻下问的精神。要对自己有一个明确的定位，不要好高骛远，做好自己的本职工作就好了。

2工作中要多看，多观察，多听，多思考，少说话，不要说与工作无关的内容，多学习别人的语言和办事方法。

3工作时还有较强的责任心，要善于经常做工作总结。每天坚持写工作日记，每周做一次工作总结。主要是记录，计划，和总结错误。工作中坚决不犯同样的错误，对于工作要未雨绸缪，努力做到更好。在兑付室里，我每天都会拿一个本记录每天的录入数量和金额的变化，还有一些特殊的需要提醒自己的事情。我想，做一个有心人对工作是没有坏处的。

4善于把握机会。如果上级把一件超出自己能力范围或工作范围的事情交给自己做，一定不要抱怨，而是要努力完成，因为这也许是上级对自己的能力考验或是一次展示自己工作能力的机会。我们公司实习生共九个人，但是现在只有我和另外一个女孩有了自己的职位，别人都还没有定岗，我想这是领导给我的一次机会，因此我更要努力工作，尽职尽责，好好表现。

5要坚持学习。要有自己未来的计划和目标，不管是为人处事还是工作中，我们都是刚迈入社会的新人，因此都要向一些老员工学习，踏踏实实的走自己的路，我认为有自己的目标就好了。

实习期间，我学到了很多东西，不管是在业务处理方面还是为人处事方面，都让我受益匪浅，我也会在业余时间继续学习，每个阶段都给自己定下自己的目标，实际的，踏踏实实的一步一步的奋斗下去。

最后感谢老师在大学阶段的栽培，让我在学习能力和为人处事方面变得更加成熟，对我现在的工作也很有帮助。同时感谢朝批汇隆给我这次实习机会，我也会继续努力工作，为汇隆贡献自己的力量，创造效益，同时实现自己的人生价值!
