1、黄达《金融学》

这本书非常的简单易懂，我这个工科生，看这本书的感觉是——扫盲，呵呵，我把《金融学》当作我的扫盲书，而且好多笔试题都是这本书上的。论坛上有个《货币银行学》还是《金融学》的《精品课程》，这个好好用，好多笔试后面的大题，都是这上面的原题呢。请注意。（本书重点看）

本书重要！！这本书考得实在是很没有什么章节分布规律，都有可能出。但它好多都是考《精品课程》上的，大题、名解、选择，很多都是原题。因此，《精品课程》好好抓住就可以了。这本书的考点非常多，是考的最多的一本书。

2、《金融市场学》

这本书真的很难，但是没必要纠结的很深，课后题也用不着做，只需要把每章节的大标题当成简单题来记忆，然后就是把每章的名词都记忆住就可以了。恩，一定要记忆住，因为好多的面试题，其实就是这本书前几章的名词解释，然后这本书，其实就看前几章是重点，后面的泛泛看即可。（但是，这本书是非常之重点，请注意！！）

本书重要！！考得还是很有章节规律性的。喜欢出大题的是1~4章+CAPM+APT+有效市场。其余章节看选择分布。本书其实重点看的就要前几章即可。重点看第1、2、3、4、5、6、7（稍看）、8、9章，及第10章第三节。

第4章重点了解相对、绝对购买力平价，第5章了解货币互换（利率互换）计算，可能会考。第6章有涉及，重点是利率决定模型、利率结构假说。第7章了解怎样衡量单个证券和组合的风险，及怎样衡量系统风险。第8章了解定价的基本原理。

第9章搞清楚几种市场的区别。第10章重点是凸度和久期。第11章的MM定理。第12章掌握远期价格、现货价格与期货价格的关系。第13章了解期权价格的影响因素，B-S公式的假设。期权定价模型很重要！第15章看股票上市的注册制和核准制的区别即可。

3、《国际金融》

这本书其实考大题的不是很多，主要是应付选择题即可。所以不需要怎么纠结。比如说什么欧洲证券的多了解下即可。这本书每章都涉及，大略看看，有印象就好。尤其不需要纠结于图形的移动（这个与初试的西经完全不一样考风）。这本书每章都略有涉及，主要是选择题。其中第2、6章要重点看，出大题。记忆性实在不多，但也得用心看。
