There is no doubt that Michael Moore’s fifth full-length “documentary” SICKO made in 2007 is a fairly great film, which has been proved by most of my classmates’ comments.Michael Moore conquers us with his realistic film-making skills and special selected issues which set people thinking in depth — the current difficult situation of health care in the United States—then what is the situation of ours.Moore starts the documentary by putting on a series of real horror stories from the American health care system, in which people die or get disabled permanently just because they are denied treatment—such as Rick, who lose fingers when operating a machine because he can't pay the hospital to have them re-attached after an accident, and are prematurely discharged from hospitals because of cost issues.He uses masses of pictures to notice spectators that health care in the United States is broken and needs to be fixed.In the movie, after illustrating some of the most glaring failing examples of the US medical care system, Moore takes his viewers to four other countries where the concept of “universal health care” has changed the way people view disease and disability and their lifestyles: Canada, England, France, and Cuba.He speaks highly of the systems in these countries, and come up with the question which has been mentioned again and again in his work: if they can do it, why can’t we?
Indeed, human beings are rather fragile in the face of diseases.And on certain occasions, you can lose everything in one second, no matter how wealthy or successful you are, just because of lines of figures on your assay sheet.So we need heath care, we need a perfect system which can ensure our medical treatment.Watch this movie from head to toe, it could be revealed to us that how the deadly defect of combining health insurance with medical treatment, which paid by patients themselves, lies in American Heath Care System itself.Due to the security-type of social security system, medical care in the United States does not provide coverage of all people.Its selectivity leads to inequity.And more emphasis is put on security rather than high welfare.In my opinion, the goal that social security should attain is to provide people with equal fundamental living security.As a significant part of fundamental living security, medical care should turn more attention to the poor.In social security system, justice guaranteed by redistribution is essential to be taken into consideration ahead of efficiency.What impresses me most is what the former British Parliament member Tony Benn—the most eloquent talking head in the film says, “People in debt become hopeless,” Benn says, “and hopeless people don't vote.” He means that government today intends to make you living in a rather uneasy society in which people only have access to part of the truth and have no time to pay any attention on the election, for they have been swallowed by deep desperation and depression.In this way the rule of the government would be relatively peaceful, and what people in the bottom of the society can do is nothing but following all instructions from the ruler and bear
all those most beautiful dreams in mind.Also he says, “It(universal health care)all began with democracy....What democracy did was to give the poor the vote.”
Read this sentence again and again, my thoughts fly to our country.In US, people like Moore can make a film with the view that there is something goes wrong with the system, but in China, few people would question on problems in our health care, not to mention a documentary to criticize current politics, though there are patients waiting the death because of no money to pay for hospital fees, and emergency cases are rejected only for the reason that they have no cash…
Medical care is a very serious problem, its results are horrible.America’s problem lies in medical insurance supervision, the standard of approve treatment application, or even conflicts in political field;while in China, from legislation to execution, or appraisal of medical malpractice to drug safety supervision, what darkness and illegal dealings we have seen is surprisingly scared.Have a look at the World Health Organization's ranking of the world's health systems, China only
thranks 144, far behind the US, let alone the UK or Sweden.With the profound changes in social-economic structure and decline of cooperative medical care since 1980s, many Chinese especially farmers have to pay for themselves due to lack of medical security—but fortunately there came Cooperative medical care.In my mind, government interference is essential;the government should take the responsibility of establishing the system and give it necessarily financial support.Frankly, I know that situation in China is not good enough.But that is the country I grew up, and I strongly believe in one statement, everything will be better because we are improving.What’s more, in the end, I agree that Michael Moore really have some guts here, yet I don’t think this film has pictured a macroscopic situation of present American medical system out.The facts Moore show to us are just ugly, shocking and breath-taking.By this documentary, the director is more likely to attract American people’s attention on the medical care system, and then persuade them and the politician to make a change in US system.However, there is nobody knows what is the real fact.Maybe, Sicko has stayed away from figures and numbers which are really objective without our knowing.Michael Moore touches on the political power of drug companies and insurance companies, but is surprisingly restrained in attacking them;he tends to help to turn this country against the war in Iraq in the movie, and;he praises other countries’ systems without considering their economic states、productive forces and so on.In a word, I don't think what he shows to us is entirely true.The world is so overwhelming, there is too much going on and we can't get the full taste of a tiny slide of it.Ultimately, what matters most is still ourselves, that's what I tell myself again and again.So believe it, future will be better, we need wishes in heart for our country.

Moore实在是一个鬼才！虽然《SICKO》处处给人一种“我是一个搞笑记录片”的错觉，但只要看完后一想，就不难发现导演的良苦用心（与其说他是一个导演，不如说他是一个悲天悯人的社会活动家）。我总觉得恨得牙痒痒的美国政府迟早会派FBI搞定这个胖“小孩”。
还是言归正传。Sicko，这个俚语有两个含义，一个是神经病人，还有一个则是道德败坏者，我想第二个含义大概才是Moore真正的意图。这部抨击美医疗体制弊端的片子，从深层次上说，几乎囊括了政治经济学所有的矛盾：效率与公平，专制与民主，高税收高福利与低税收低福利，资本主义与社会主义……真要透彻地写完就可以出一系列的书了。但为了避免此文的又臭又长，我还是把字数控制在三千以内吧！下面仅就此片发表一些关于政经的个人浅谈。
首先从医疗保障体制看起。作为社会保障重要的一部分，我把它分为两部分来阐述。
先来看看以英国为代表的全民医疗保障制度。英国的医疗保障制度从1601年的《济贫法》开始，一直发展到现在的覆盖人口99%的国家卫生服务制度。正如影片所述，覆盖广且种类全面。不过，首先对于其中展示的“不需要担心由于医疗的免费而造成医院效率低下”，其实还是存在这样的问题的，《中外保障制度比较》和《民主的细节》两书中均有提到（略去摘抄省字数）。在效率与公平中，英显然更侧重于公平，只是其如果能够利用国民
正确价值观（如职业道德观）等进一步提高效率就更好了。而与之相对应的美国之所以有低效率问题的担心，主要就是因为他们思维的方向是一切服务都是和经济利益结合在一起的。美国民众什么时候意识到大家的互助是有意义和重要的，他们国家什么时候建立全民医疗保障的困难就少很多。
其次值得一提的是，英国库需要支付庞大的医疗费用，这给国家财政
造成了巨大的压力。据统计，英国的医疗保障财政支出占整个国民社会保障的58%。资产阶级统治者不傻，从1601年发展至今，英国政府也曾经希望削减国民医疗保障的支出，典型的以“铁夫人”为例。但是，无论撒切尔政府号称的削减多么的声势浩大，实际的削减还是很少。因为资产阶级对于无产阶级的“妥协”政策已经实行了很多年，很大程度上被人民所信仰，依赖。而各政党为了赢选票，不得不小心意义的照顾好民众的感受。哪怕英国政府的财政负担与日俱增，政府对于削减医疗保障开支还是别无他法。如此民主，让人不由得想到中国从不对政府提要求、小富即安的百姓们，中国的医改之路还很需要民众的参与啊。此外，别忘了英政府在发生财政赤字后还能继续维持住庞大医保体系的原因：很大一部分我想是他们国家向发展中国家发行国债。就因为在国际外交上的弱势，我们发展中国家的人民一直在为发达国家人民的社会保障买单，他们的幸福可全是我们的辛勤在做“支撑”的。
再把目光转向以美国为代表的商业医疗保险制度。美国曾经是英国的殖民地，因此在独立之前，在美国的国土上其实已经有医疗保障的雏形，受英国的影响应该是比较深的。后来美国独立，自由主义思潮在美国更为盛行，美国人民更相信通过自己的努力和奋斗可以改变命运，这也就是所谓的社会达尔文主义和自由主义思潮。从南北战争，到经历上世纪30年代的大萧条，再到上世纪七八十年代的经济滞涨，一直发展到现在，美国的医疗保障制度
基本上是不断完善。可是不管怎么完善，它也不是朝着英国式的全民医疗保障体系发展的。商业气息的浓厚，加之里根政府的削减政策，使得美国目前的医疗保障主要以私人的医疗保险为主。我上网查了查美国的医疗保障，其主要包括由政府承办的老年人医疗保障制度，针对特殊人群的医疗救助制度，以及私人医疗保险制度。在以上的体系之下，美国大多数的普通民众是通过购买私人医疗保险为自己提供医疗保障的，私人医疗保险缺乏必要的人文情怀，这也就出现了《SICKO》中商业保险公司的种种劣行。作为一个营利性的资本公司来说，这肯定是无可厚非的，但是活生生的看着人等待死亡未免太令人心寒。美国做的不好的地方，用经济学的术语说就是医疗属于公共物品，不能完全按普通商品的模式来运作，因为企业是以利益最大化为目标的，而医疗不只是对患者个人有利，对社会也是有利的，所以政府的介入非常必要。而在另一方面，自由主义之所以无法通过卖方的竞争选出一个对消费者最优保险公司的原因，就是大公司结成了联盟，在政治上去游说美国，这样它们就能在生意上无视消费者的需求，放心大胆地追逐利益。
影片中还处处提到了美利用人民对“社会主义”的恐惧诋毁医改。对于普通百姓来说，全民医保，进而对个人可能征收的高额税某程度上是将自己的私产“共产”化了，是对个人私有领域的侵犯。从权责对等的原理上说，这无疑是高税收高福利还是低税收低福利的抉择。不过对中国来说似乎都太遥远了一些。中国目前似乎是一条高税收（相对得到的来讲）低福利的“第三条道路”，悲观点说，最保险的就是自救了。看完影片后我的想法是如果Moore来中国看看（当然前提是得到我国宣传部门的准许，且不会被蒙骗）会有怎样的感想。
总结地来说(首先应该明确，反对一切意识形态的东西，美国医疗体制
不好，不能说明美国本身坏),美国的医保制度并不完善，但也并不代表了其他国家实行的免费医疗制度就是完善的。任何事物都存在两面性，我们不能只关注单方面的好坏，片面的去评价其中的利弊。正如影片中所隐晦提到的社会主义与资本主义的问题，“民主”才是核心，双方都该借鉴各自好的一面，付费医疗与免费医疗也应该借鉴彼此的长处。付费医疗制度应该考虑如何使受益群体更加广泛，并削弱利益最大化的商业运作，而免费医疗也该考虑怎样提高医治效率与医疗方面的水平与技术。
最后，虽然实现是艰难的，但还是愿中国的医改早日成功！

专家们表示，气候极端变化，资源减少，饥荒、战争和疾病的频繁爆发，如果我们继续按往常一样生活，将会看到更多旱灾，更多森林火灾，更多的冰融化，水平面上升更快。LUCY所经历的的一切很可能会变成现实。人们必须在10年之内开始纠正我们的生活方式，正如纪录片最后所说的，如果我们每个人都能改变一点点，一个世纪后的地球还应该是人类居住的天堂。

在复仇之前，唐泰斯决定先要报恩。法老号的船主是一个忠厚、勇敢而且热情的人。他曾在唐泰斯落难时为他四处奔波，还帮他照顾年迈的父亲。后来莫雷尔先生破产了，绝望当中，他准备自杀。唐泰斯知道之后，替他还清了债务，送给他女儿一笔优厚的嫁妆，还送给他一艘新的法老号。然后，唐泰斯说：“我已经借天主之手报答了恩人；现在复仇之神授我以他的权力，命我去惩罚仇人！”在报答了曾在他危难之际给过他无私帮助的人之后，唐泰斯开始一步步准备自己的复仇计划了。[7]
基督山伯爵的目标首先是费尔南。费尔南为了谋取一切之私利可以说是坏事做尽，此时他更名换姓，过着养尊处优的生活。基督山伯爵早就摸清了他的底细，伯爵借他人之手在报纸上披露了费尔南20年代在希腊出卖和杀害了阿里总督的事实，引起了议员们的质询。在听证会上，基督山伯爵收养的阿里总督的女儿海黛出席作证，揭发了费尔南在与土耳其人的无耻的交易的中，不但把城堡拱手相让，而且把他的恩主杀害，并把恩主的妻子、女儿作为一部分战利品，卖得40万法郎的罪行。审查委员会断定费尔南犯了判逆罪和暴行迫害罪，这使得费尔南名誉扫地，狼狈不堪。费尔南本来寄希望于儿子阿尔贝，希望他能够同基督山伯爵决斗，以此雪“耻”，但他的妻子（唐泰斯的未婚妻梅尔塞苔丝）早就认出了基督山伯爵就是唐泰斯，她把真相告诉了阿尔贝。最后阿尔贝不顾自己的名声，与基督山伯爵讲和，并决定同母亲一起抛弃沾满了鲜血的家产，不辞而别。无奈之下，费尔南只有自己去找基督山伯爵决斗。决斗时，基督山伯爵用很冷淡的口吻嘲讽地说：“您不就是那个在滑铁卢之战前夕开小差逃走的小兵费尔南吗？您不就是那个在西班牙当法军向导和间谍的费尔南中尉吗？您不就是那个背叛、出卖并谋害自己恩主的费尔南中将吗？而这些个费尔南加起来，不就是现在身为法国贵族议员的您吗？”最后，基督山伯爵说出了自己的真实身份。费尔南失魂落魄地回到家里，正遇上自己的妻子和儿子离家出走，一个去乡下隐居，一个去投军，极度害怕与绝望使得他开枪自杀了。[2]
