毕业后的第一份工作对于每一个大学生的成长都是非常重要的，所以我们在选择第一份工作的时候都会特别的谨慎，选择之后,总会幻想着今后执着于这一份工作能够走多远，到底有没有发展空间，有没有前途？作为今年刚毕业的大学生，我曾经也这样思考过这些的问题。慎重考虑后，我最终选择了放弃进入人员拥挤、发展空间小的国企（中航洪都航空工业集团）的机会，怀揣着出人头地的梦想，毅然投入了凤铝这个大家庭的怀抱，非常荣幸地成为了一名凤铝人。

转眼，来到凤铝已近百日，我也早已经逐渐习惯了公司的工作与生活。前段时间父亲打来电话，除了关心我的工作和生活，父亲还特意询问我今后的打算，“考上重点高中、录取大学、进入一家有发展前景的大公司，如今这些你曾经一直坚持的梦想都一一实现了，你接下来的梦想是什么，你有在努力，在坚持吗？”父亲的鞭笞给我的感触颇深。当我们还是孩子的时候，大人们问到“你长大了想干什么？”我们会更热衷于选择“当兵、运动员、科学家、医生、老师”等等，这些都是我们儿时单纯的梦想，只是却很少有人坚持这份来自生命最初的梦想并最终努力去实现它。当我们长大了，很容易就失去了儿时那种单纯的激情和能量，失去了那份单纯的对事物的热爱，儿时的梦想也大部分在现实中妥协，为了所谓的“生活”和“生存”，而被金钱所控制和扼杀。我们不再选择“当兵、运动员”等等梦想，而更多的选择的是一份安稳的工作，固定的月薪，住房等等。梦想照进现实是如此的残酷，为什么不作出改变呢？尝试迈出一小步，给自己的梦想一个机会呢？重新拾起梦想启程，坚持梦想，跟随内心追逐梦想。
