寒假一到家,我就积极地在家附近的商业区找了一份社会实践的工作——在一家商铺做促销员。挂着实习生的牌子站在柜台里,我一脸幼稚、迷茫。我是一个性格比较内向的女生,起初,我不好意思主动向顾客推销,但经过一次一次大胆的尝试,我发现其实这种交流比想象的容易多了。不要顾及太多所谓的面子,要像对待朋友一样真诚的对待每一位顾客,就会自然很多,就好像演员上台前紧张兮兮,但在台上只顾着自己的表演而忘了紧张。克服胆怯关键在于大胆地迈出第一步。
做促销员要时刻保持对客户的敏感,要时刻注意形象,注意服务顾客,站有站相坐有坐相,半天不到的时间就会感到腰酸脚痛。或许正如孟子所说“天将降大任于斯人也,必先劳其筋骨,饿其体夫,空乏其身。”
积极主动接近顾客,拉近与顾客的距离,然后耐心的推销产品。这也实在锻炼了我们的胆量、语言交流能力和心理洞察能力。我们胆大了才能冷静,冷静了才能很好地通过顾客的言语与表情察觉顾客的想法,然后再作出适当的回应,不至于慌张得不知所措。
我们必须主动努力才可能继续干下去。在学校,每一个学生都在为取得更高的成绩而努力,虽然这也存在的竞争,可校园里总少不了那份纯真。可是在社会中,优胜劣汰,你的成功就是别人的失败,工作直接影响了他人的经济利益。在社会中接触各种各样的顾客、同事、上司等等,关系复杂,这一切都需要我们有经验去处理。
尽管存在竞争,我们还得不断学习别人优秀的地方,这需要我们有经验去调整自己的心态。而这些经验需要日积夜累,而不是在毕业后读本速成书便可成的。这些事情很多同学沉浸于学习与消遣还未来得及思考,便忽略了社会实践的重要性。
通过这次实践,我接触到了一些不同形式的奖惩制度,例如:定量提成制,弹性提成制等等一些制度,这些制度都从不同的方面、不同程度激发员工的工作热情。还有,就是销售模式的不同也同样刺激了不同心理的消费者,例如:定量减价制、赠品制、代金券、折扣等等。另外,在推销商品时,针对同一现象的不同说法,也会对销售结果造成很大影响,例如:我们店里有一款产品是固元膏,有美容养颜的功效,对于爱美的女性顾客,若是说“这款固元膏比较适合您”,对方很有可能只是听听你的意见而已,但若是说“您的皮肤保养的很好,如果用一下我们的固元膏效果就更棒了,而且现在邻近过年,我们有酬宾活动,一次消费200元以上可以办
理我们的会员,以后可以享受折上折的优惠政策”。迎合顾客的心理是很关键的,这与我们平日与人沟通是息息相关的。
与同事的沟通也同等重要。人在社会中都会融入社会这个团体中,人与人之间合力去做事,使其做事的过程中更加融洽,更事半功倍。别人给你的意见,你要听取、耐心、虚心地接受。
在社会中要有自信。自信不是麻木的自夸,而是对自己的能力做出肯定。在多次的接触顾客中,我明白了自信的重要性。你没有社会工作经验没有关系。重要的是你的能力不比别人差。社会工作经验也是积累出来的,没有第一次又何来第二、第三次呢?有自信使你更有活力更有精神。
我们要珍惜每次社会实践的机会,认真对待,在实践中慢慢融入社会,积累经验,为以后毕业工作做好铺垫。期待下一次暑期社会实践,到那时我已经学会了更多的专业知识,会找一份与财务工作相关的工作进行实践,相信有了这次实践的经验,下次专业暑期社会实践一定会做的更好。
