How to keep a well-balanced life
In my opinion, well-balanced life means we live in a way that we balance physical health with psychological health.To achieve this goal , we have to take care of the two aspects of our life , especially the latter , we often ignore it even though we don’t.It seems that speaking is always easier than doing.Having a good temper everyone can say, but how many people can really take action? If we want to get psychological health, we must observe our life with a “happy glasses”, for example , if you find your purse was stolen, you should thank that the thief didn’t hurt you rather than abuse or care too much of the amount of the money.So I think the key to balance our two aspects is optimism.
