Under the guidance of the coach, I started with great care, afraid of wrestling.My mother encouraged me: don't be afraid, fall to climb up again!After several falls and stood ups, I overcame myself finally, you see, I learned to ski,How excitedI wasat that time!

2014年青岛至长白山天池自驾游计划

引言：炎炎夏日已经来临，有了很多度夏消暑旅行的想法。最初，考虑到天气原因，一致认为应该去高原、草原等凉爽的地方，但苦于只有一周的假期，若选择去呼伦贝尔（草原气候）、西藏（高原气候），时间过于紧张，达不到好的效果，就决定暂且搁臵，等有十天带薪休假再做考虑不迟。最终认为，去长白山也不失为一个上佳的选择。有了“杭州”的说走就走，再有“南京”的舍我其谁，长白山之行指日可待。此次长白山之行按照海路前往，陆路返回的路线（详见六活动路线）。途径港城烟台、滨城大连、中朝边境城市丹东、北国山城通化、全国唯一朝鲜族自治县长白县，最终到达关东第一山长白山，尽情饱览中国最大的火山口湖、最深的湖泊天池；返回时途径奉天沈阳、湿地之都鹤乡盘锦、天下第一关山海关、直辖大城市天津。正应了那些话：旅行不在乎目的地，在乎的是沿途的风景以及看风景的心情；读万卷书，不如行万里路。期待我们的长白山之旅吧！

七、活动详细安排（初步计划）

D1：（2014.8.1，周五）：青岛—烟台---大连（约500公里，其中海上路程170公里左右，路上四小时，海上六小时）

下午4点胶南出发赶往烟台，乘船到大连（或旅顺）。轮渡订票电话05352999165 提前24小时预定。有两套方案，建议方案二。方案一：在环海路2号乘坐轮渡直接到大连，晚上十点三十分滚装船，第二天凌晨四点半到达大连。（渤海翠珠号，亚洲最大滚装船，长170多米，宽28米，排水3.5万吨，车过海600元，三等B仓优惠票180元每人）。方案二：在环海路86号乘坐中铁渤海轮渡晚10点夜班船，第二天凌晨4点到旅顺（车500元，三等B船票170元每人）。提前半小时上船，船顶观光。对孩子来说应该很有吸引力，那么高大的船肯定会让他们很兴奋，前提是上船的时候不要睡着，哈哈。（注：儿童一米二以下免票，一米二到一米四半价）

D2：（2014.8.2，周六）：旅顺、大连一日游

早晨4点左右船到岸，5:00下船抵达旅顺口，下船游玩旅顺口。一山担两海，一港写春秋，一个旅顺口，半部中国近代史。旅顺位于辽东半岛最南端，属大连市辖区，东临黄海、西濒渤海，南与山东半岛隔海相望，北依大连。驱车沿滨海路赶往大连，大连人民广场周末9点-10点半骑警表演，游览海之韵公园（视觉怪坡），棒棰岛公园，野生动物园 自然博物馆，夜游星海广场。

大连，辽宁省经济最发达城市，经济实力列青岛之前，计划单列市，是一个移民城市，很多人都是当年闯关东过去的，口音跟烟台威海相近。大连跟青岛很类似，为了让孩子有所记忆，开车游览大连沿海风光。

大连美食：

一、“三鲜焖子”，叫做小吃更合适，并且跟鲁菜沾边，可以尝尝；

二、棒子骨（大梁骨头馆(五四路店)美加华公寓东南方向步行一公里左右，地址： 沙河口区五四路151号(近拥警街)，电话：0411-843***12）；

三、卷饼（饼中王(长兴街店)美加华公园东北方向直线距离500米，绕弯估计1公里。地址： 沙河口区长兴街11号(近联合路)，电话：0411-84541776）。别的好吃的就跟我们的差不多了，海鲜是特色，但凡是靠海的都有，不稀罕。

夜宿大连。住大连家庭房，家庭房地址 沙河口区万岁街和黄河路路口美加华公寓，西安路582号 电话 ***。

D3：（2014.8.3，周日）：大连----丹东----通化（约550公里，七个半小时）

早上6点起床早饭后，七点前出发丹东，300公里，约四小时，中午丹东午饭，游览鸭绿江断桥，鸭绿江为中朝两国边界，断桥以前为中朝物流通道，1950年抗美援朝战争中，美国为阻止中国援助朝鲜，炸断此桥。有三种玩法：

1、乘游船在鸭绿江上游览，70元/人,只能看看江对面；

2、到朝鲜新义州旅游，700元/人，但要等第二天办完手续（不考虑）；

3、做个体的船，在去下面的郊区乘船，50元/人，满足一下咱们的好奇心，也就看看江对面，可以和江上朝鲜的小船交流下纪念品。由于时间关系，建议只游览断桥。下午4点前继续赶路，丹通高速。争取晚上七点半前到通化，寻找当地美食，欣赏通化夜景，夜宿通化。

通化美食：团购顺水鱼庄，人均40元。通化葡萄酒可以品尝。夜宿通化：待定！

D4：（2014.8.4，周一）：通化---临江---望天鹅---长白县（通化—望天鹅约300公里，七个小时，望天鹅---长白县50公里，约1个半小时）

早晨6点起床，早饭后，沿江而行，风景秀丽，对面就是朝鲜，景色旖旎，比其它方式到长白山都要美很多，雨季有落石塌方，稍有危险，但是值得。一路风景，午饭车上解决。下午2点来到望天鹅，望天鹅是这一路上的精华，有小九寨沟的美誉。望天鹅游完，约下午五点，驱车赶路，七点前到达长白县吃饭。

长白县美食：狗肉。

夜宿长白县：高丽大炕。

D5 ：（2014.8.5，周二）长白县---南坡---二道白河镇（或抚松县）（60公里，一个半小时）

之前咨询好哪个景点（南、西、北坡）适合游玩，距离由近到远是南、西、北坡。南坡开发最晚保存最好，看天池风景最好；西坡不能直接到天池，需爬1400多级台阶；北坡最成熟，商业气息最重，要上天池需坐越野车，八月人多，需排队等待越野。北坡最值得的景色，除了天池，就是长白大瀑布，距离最远，建议不游览。

早饭后七点前出发南坡，八点半左右到达南坡门口游览南坡（门票120+环保车85），直达天池，看完天池返回时游览其他景点。如果当天看到漂亮的天池，主要目的达到了，第二天就不必再游览西坡。如果因为各种原因，没有看到漂亮的天池，第二天选择游览西坡。

西坡： 买门票，坐大巴（120+85），爬1442台阶，看天池。西坡，还有长白大峡谷可以看看，游完天池，下山。

根据安排，若游览南坡后第二天游览西坡就选择离西坡距离近的地方住宿；若第二天不游览西坡，就选择去抚松县住宿，为第二天赶往沈阳节省时间。（南坡到抚松县120公里，三个小时）

D7：（2014.8.7，周四）沈阳一日游

一整天游览沈阳，安排两个景点：

一、小故宫（位于沈阳市沈河区明清旧城中心，是后金入关前的沈阳皇宫和清朝迁都北京后的盛京行宫（或称奉天行宫），始建于1625年，初成于1636年 清乾隆时期又有较大规模的改建与增修，占地约6万平方米。现有古建筑114座），门票100元；

二、张学良纪念馆（张氏帅府位于沈阳市沈河区朝阳街少帅府巷46号，始建于1914年，总占地3．6万平方米，是张作霖及其长子张学良的官邸和私宅。2002年更名为张氏帅府博物馆暨辽宁近现代史博物馆，主要有大、小青楼、西院红楼群及赵四小姐楼等），门票60元。

D8：（2014.8.8，周五）沈阳---盘锦—山海关—天津（一天比较紧张，不宜逗留）（670公里，七个小时）

如若方便可以路过红海滩驻足。红海滩景色独有，虽说不值得特意走一遭，但路过绝对可以一看。游完红海滩，继续踏上归程，到达天下第一关-山海关，天太热，若天气热就没有爬山海关的必要，继续赶路到天津住宿。D9：（2014.8.9，周六）天津一日游，品尝苟不理包子，天津大麻花等等….（下午可以往山东方向赶，不提倡）

D10：（2014.8.10，周日）天津---青岛（约600公里，七小时）。

It is a marvelous place and known by people all over the word.My parents like traveling very much.So, in summer vacation, our family choose Changbai Mountain to visit.Owing to the remote location, we spent one night to go there by train.When we reached the gate of Changbai Mountain, we felt very lucky.Because the weather was so good and full of sunshine that we can see Heaven Pool clearly.In the tour, we saw the virgin forest.Changbai Mountain is a natural big Museum and one of most famous forest of China, being honored as “Temperate biological free gene pool”.There are kinds of tree, such as Korean pine, fir, birch and so on.There is the “millennium snow is the year pine, on straight world first peak” fine reputation.Also, I saw many squirrels.They are very cute.I took many photos of them.I really wanted to take them to my home, but it is impossible.The bus took us to the foot of the mountain.Our board is to look at heaven pool in Changbai Mountain, but would like to see the heaven pool is not easy.The jeep bumped along the rough mountain road, and we must climb over 1,200-tread of the staircase.I felt very tired after that.It acquires fame because of its prominent peak old age mountain multi-white pumice and the snow.The sun was shining on the foot of mountain

but the wind around the mountains become fog.There is really cold, so we all put on our coat.From what the guide said, we know that Heaven pool is a high mountain summer resort some 1, 980 meters above sea level.And I want to say:” Heaven pool is so beautiful and an earthly paradise.”

Changbai Mountain is a dormant volcano, as a result of Changbai Mountain unique geography structure.Nearby the heaven pool, we saw the crater.It is too grand to keep on going.As if I go ahead, I will fall to the bottom.There are many hot springs.Changbai mountain is famous for the most abundant hot springs and mineral spring sources ,but it is a little expensive.The most famous food of Changbai Mountain is over eggs.The eggs are boiled in hot spring.Everyone who visits Changbai Mountain must eat them.It is a symbol of Changbai Mountain.Changbai Mountains is one of the state AAAA level scenic spots.It is the best choice to be the first spot to visit China.Don’t miss it, or you must be regretful.

长白山景区旅游注意事项

1、东北气候干燥四季分明，夏季炎热、干燥，需要随身携带太阳伞、太阳帽、太阳镜、水性的护肤系列，多吃水果等。

2、长白山距延吉市240公里，坐车时间相对比较长，路途比较辛苦，安全摆放行李架上的物品，随车上下带好随身携带的贵重物品以免丢失。游览期间请记清团号和车牌号，以免上错车。乘车时一定要扶好车的扶手，防止刹车时滑倒受伤，请遵守导游规定的集合地点及集合时间。

3、夜宵多为路边烧烤，卫生情况很难保证，请注意选择食用。

4、每次离开酒店时，请详细检查您的身份证等随身证件和贵重物品，如有遗失请于第一次时间报告导游。

5、关于长白山乘坐倒站车：到长白山山门后要搭乘当地倒站车（吉普车），请听从导游安排，一车只能乘坐5-6人，到达天池后，请记好车牌号及时间。

6、游客应配合导游和领队的工作，注意人身及财产的安全。由于旅游景点游客众多，各项旅游安全第一，请各位贵宾一定要服从导游的安排和指挥，互相照顾。请不要擅自主张，更不能单独活动，夜间也不要随便单独外出。

7、长白山多为沙石路，坡度较大，天气凉，请带好御寒的衣物及防滑的鞋，登山时切忌穿皮鞋、塑料底鞋和拖鞋，应穿布底鞋或橡胶底鞋，最好是准备一双旅游鞋。

8、喜欢摄影拍照的朋友注意拍照不走路，走路不拍照。

10、长白山上多为原始森林灌木群，禁止在山区吸烟，点火等危险活动，同时长白山也是自然保护区，不要采摘里面的花草树木，注意保护景区的环境。

11、上山时，应备雨具及常用药品。夏季长白山的天气变幻莫测，阴晴无常，滂沱大雨随时而至，雨具以雨衣为主，不宜带雨伞，以免风大吹翻。

12、登山者一定要跟随导游，千万不要擅自行动，也不要进入人迹罕至的森林，以免迷路或遇见野兽。

13、如在游览过程中与团队失散，请站在景点中较为明显处后不要移动，导游会尽快找到你的所在位置。

14、长白山地区，多居住为朝鲜族人，食品以辛辣为主。
