奋斗精神的可贵之处在于，越是面对困难和矛盾，越能激发出意想不到的力量

一个13人的团队开始创业，资本金接近于零，能干成什么？不久前，一部回顾中国共产党“创业史”的动画短片，在网络热传。不惧艰险，想尽一切办法克服困难；不怕失败，96年来一直奋斗不止„„有网友在看过动画后留言：这么“拼”的团队、这么“燃”的奋斗，没理由不成功！

创业者无不渴望成功，但历史只青睐奋进者。回溯既往，正是坚定理想、百折不挠的奋斗精神，让南湖红船变为巍巍巨轮，不断驶向新的广阔水域。枪林弹雨的革命年代，平均年龄不到25岁、每百人不到80杆枪的红军队伍，最终赢得长征的胜利；一穷二白的建设时期，张爱萍将军在“人无一个、船无一艘”的情况下，不到两年便筹建起新中国海军；只争朝夕的改革岁月，廖俊波、黄大年等一大批优秀党员干部，扑下身子埋头奋斗，书写了不凡的业绩。创业维艰，奋斗以成。正如一位外国记者在参观上海中共一大会址后的感慨，一种“能够战胜一切”的意志力，“引领中国走到了今天的地位”。

“红船精神”蕴含坚定理想、百折不挠的奋斗精神，中国共产党从一诞生起就具备的这一精神基因，形塑了这个政党的风貌，引领中国不断成就新气象。一位外国政要去年特意到近30年前访华时去过的四川、浙江故地重游，由衷赞叹“所到之处，满目清新，不能不让人对中国的巨大成就肃然起敬”。十八大以来极不平凡的5年，中国以奋斗跟时间赛跑：贫困发生率由10.2%下降到4%以下，平均每3秒就有1人跨过贫困线；科技创新成果“井喷”，全球创新指数排名跻身前25位。各行各业所展现的强大奋斗精神，生动诠释着什么是中国速度、中国力量。当年，夏衍在《野草》发刊词中写道：“有韧性，不达目的不止”，正可为这个世界最大政党的写照。

“伟大的事业之所以伟大，不仅因为这种事业是正义的、宏大的，而且因为这种事业不是一帆风顺的。”奋斗精神的可贵之处还在于，越是面对困难和矛盾，越能激发出意想不到的力量。这也是为什么总书记一再强调“努力奋斗才能梦想成真”，必须“不忘初心、牢记使命、永远奋斗”。在民族复兴的词典里，从来没有“容易”一词。肩负新使命、踏上新征程，面对发展质量和效益不够高、创新能力不够强、民生领域存在短板等薄弱环节，也需赓续奋斗精神，如十九大报告所强调的那样，“保持艰苦奋斗、戒骄戒躁的作风”，“以时不我待、只争朝夕的精神”更好担负起时代赋予我们的使命。

一位十九大代表曾说，“瞭望前方，虽然看得见彼岸，但不击楫勇进，就不会抵达。”高擎理想的旗帜，才能坚定前行的脚步；燃旺信念的火炬，才能永葆奋斗的激情。奋斗不仅仅是行动，更是一种状态。中国女排原主教练郎平，曾撰文分享她当年打球的心得，认为“奋斗精神永不过时，她是到达梦想彼岸的诺亚方舟”。中国女排曾以奋发图强、敢于胜利的坚毅，振奋了整个国家。今天，我们同样需要弘扬奋斗精神，蓄积干事创业、改革创新的激情。顽强拼搏、奋勇争先，不让每一天每一刻虚度，那么“一切美好的东西都能够创造出来”，十九大部署的各项任务目标就一定能顺利实现。

2关于华西村，关于吴仁宝，随着时代的变迁，外界的评论也在变化。譬如华西村的发展模式，是不是中国农村发展的必由之路；华西村的若干“统一”，统一住房，统一福利，统一行动，符不符合现代社会以人为本的理念；华西村搞“第一楼”，搞“金牛”是不是一种意识上的腐败；吴仁宝是不是搞家族统治，是不是把华西人的富裕建筑在剥削外来务工者所创造的剩余价值上？如此等等。

这些议论反映了对几十年来曾红极一时的华西村、吴仁宝，人们已从光是敬仰羡慕走向了嫉妒恨，走向了对社会变革的深层次思考，这是政治开放、思想解放、社会进步的一种表现。然而，和我们在物质生活得到极大改善之后检讨今天的社会价值观一样，我们总不能满足于“端起碗盏吃肉，丢下筷子骂娘”。古人尙云“苟富贵毋相忘”，今天衣食无忧，且不说“毋相忘”，对我们自己在社会变革过程中付出的，争取的，自己首先不能忘。好日子是千千万万个你和我艰苦奋斗出来的，是若干个富有人格魅力的吴仁宝们带领你和我干出来的。

所以，检讨不代表否定，在检讨的过程中可以拣出金子，电影“吴仁宝”就提供了金子。

改革开放前的中国式贫困，现在的年轻人是无法想象的，正如电影中表现的那样，新中国的江南水乡，在无休止的政治运动中也成了穷山恶水，连一块大磨盘都成了宝贝，农民几乎都是衣不蔽体食不果腹。而今天的华西村，家家住别墅开汽车，拥有上千万的股资，反差之大令人乍舌。巨大反差的背后是华西人近四十年的拼搏奋斗，从平

山开田、背石块建磨坊到突击办厂，哪一步脚印里不浸满了汗水和眼泪？

中国的政策是多变的，领导的意志是不容抗拒的。当大家都顺着领导的意思做事，政策向东我向东，政策向西我向西的时候，吴仁宝别开蹊径，独树一帜，认准一个“让大家过上好日子”的大方向，以他清醒的头脑和智慧把舵，让华西这条船在礁石林立的环境中驶向富裕的彼岸。对吴仁宝个人而言，这何尙不是一种奋斗？与人奋斗，其乐无穷，在吴仁宝的身上体现了真谛。

传统文化决定了在中国要集体办成一件事，没有一个好的领头人是不行的，过去如此，现在如此，将来还是如此。华西人是幸运的，他们拥有一个吴仁宝。吴仁宝懂得，身先士卒，才能拥有跟着自己冲锋陷阵的一支队伍，吴仁宝懂得，将心比心，才能赢得信任和尊重。当吴仁宝把这两个“懂得”融入血液，化为行动，自己没日没夜地苦干；不惜一切代价抢救乡亲的小孩；把自己的小儿子阿四送给别人，为别人养老送终的时候，华西村改天换地才可能成为历史的必然。

看电影“吴仁宝”，好像回到了好多年前。电影“吴仁宝”给我们树立了一个革命电影年代中常见的“高大全”的人物形象，似乎与现在的时代潮流不相吻合，现代的年轻人可能感到这部电影不合口味，不好玩。这种情况一点不奇怪。问题在于，美国大片突出个人英雄主义，宣扬他们的价值观，好看又好玩。我们的国产影片为什么不下点功夫，让主旋律的影片拍得更符合时代要求，让吴仁宝和华西人当年为改变自己命运的那种奋斗精神深入人心，让更多的年轻观众为之掬一把反思的眼泪。
