I am a true dreamer.I have had too many dreams ever since I was little.I dreamt of being an actor, a singer and even the successor of He Jiong.But later, I found the distance between reality and an ideal.As a result, I gave up my childhood dreams.And now, I’m a college student.I’m an English major.I must choose a job that can practice what I learnt.So, to be an English teacher is the best way for me.I wish when I came into the classroom, the children would be very happy.I introduced myself to them.Soon, I got on well with them.They all liked me and I loved them.With my great passion and effort, I did the job very well.Then again, why I finally want to be an English teacher? To begin with, teacher is a sacred profession and usually has high reputation in today’s society.Meanwhile, I major in English.Then, teacher means a lot of holidays: summer holidays, winter holidays and weekends.So, I can make the most of these time to do whatever I want to do and spend more time with my families.Next, I like studying.As the saying goes, It’s never too old to learn.If I were a teacher, when I teach students, I can always get in touch with plenty of new things.Fourthly, teachers have pupils everywhere.Every year teachers welcome new students and say goodbye to the graduates.Imagine one day, I, as a teacher, come across with one of students who have achieved success and won recognition at that time, how satisfied I would be.At last, salaries and welfare benefits for teachers are handled according to the provisions of laws and regulations.So, I can get stable income to support my family.From what I have mentioned above, teacher is just the job I would like to do after graduation.
