美国旅游签证申请：

适用人群：赴美旅游的申请人，包括观光、探亲访友及医疗治病等

停留期限

如果您被准许进入美国, 海关及边境保护官员将在您的进出境记录表(i-94表)上规定您在美国的停留期限。每一次被准许入境美国后，您都应该根据进出境记录表(i-94表)上规定的具体离境日期确保自己在获批的停留期限的最后一天或之前离开美国。没有在规定的最后期限前离开美国将导致您失去合法身份, 而这一点可能会降低您在今后得到签证的机率。停留期限移民局官员通常是根据您的国际机票返程时间、邀请函时间、旅游计划、个人情况及美国相关法律等综合做出判断的。
