华中师范大学研究生（非英语专业）公共英语教学改革实施方案

为适应研究生教育改革的新形势，顺应国际化、信息化潮流，提高研究生培养质量，更加有效地实施研究生公共英语教学，特制订此方案。

一、公共英语教学改革的目标任务

（一）按照国际化的教育理念，强化对研究生听说能力的培养，进一步提高研究生的读、写、译的水平，使研究生生能够借助英语开展有效的学术研究与国际交流，从而促进本专业的学习和学术交流。

（二）建立“研究生公共英语网络自主学习的平台”。利用现代教育技术手段使研究生英语的学与教逐步朝着个性化、自主性学习的方向发展。

（三）建立“课堂教学、自主学习、教学互动”三位一体的教学体系。

二、公共英语教学改革的主要内容

调整学分结构，更新教学内容，优化教学方法，提升教学手段。

三、公共英语教学改革的具体方案

免修免试的研究生原则上不参加分班教学及选修课学习。其他研究生分基础班、平行班等参加分班教学和选修课的学习，但学时不等。

（一）免修免试的条件

符合下列条件之一的研究生（含学术学位硕士生、专业学位硕士生及博士生），可以免修公共英语：

1.在研究生入学前两年内参加TOEFL考试成绩不低于580分（新题型不低于85分）；

2.在研究生入学前两年内参加IELTS考试，成绩不低于6.5分；

3.在研究生入学前五年内参加GRE考试，成绩不低于1800分（新题型总分不低于1300分，其中作文不低于4.5分）；

4.入学统一考试和入学摸底考试成绩均不低于75分。（推免生的入学考试成绩计75分）

（二）学术学位硕士生公共英语的教学

根据改革需要及研究生的实际英语水平和入学成绩实行“分级、分层次、分班”教学，按不同层级确定不同的教学内容，满足不同层次的研究生对英语学习的具体需求。

1.学分设置

学术学位硕士生公共英语开设4个必修学分和1个选修学分（上36学时）。

2.分级教学

（1）分级教学的类型

根据研究生的英语实际水平及能力，将他们编入不同层次、不同要求的 “平行班”、“基础班”进行学习。其中，平行班针对英语基础较好的研究生开设，进 1

一步提高其英语水平；基础班针对英语基础较差的研究生开设，进一步夯实其英语基础。

（2）分级学习的确定方法

基础班和平行班学员，根据入学统一考试英语成绩和入学英语摸底考试成绩综合确定。基础班开设6个班，每班35人，以入学统一考试英语成绩为主，参考入学英语摸底考试成绩，选择排名后210位进行分班教学。剩余的直接编入平行班学习。

3.分级教学的组织

（1）平行班

周2学时，开设一学年。

（2）基础班

周4学时，开设一学年。

（3）平行班与基础班的动态管理

基础班学员第一学期期末考试成绩达到85分及以上的，可以编入平行班学习；平行班学员第一学期期末考试成绩不及格的，编入基础班学习。

4.指定选修课的开设

（1）选修课的种类

文化交流英语；英美文学选读；实用英语写作；影视欣赏；翻译技巧与实践；实用英语语法；英语口语

（2）选修课的组织

周二学时，开设一学期。

（三）专业学位硕士生公共英语的教学

专业学位硕士生的公共英语教学组织主要依据相应领域国家教学指导委员会的指导意见组织实施。

1.学分设置

专业学位硕士生公共英语开设2学分。

2.教学组织

周2学时，开设一学期。

（四）博士生公共英语的教学

博士生公共英语的教学应进一步突出英语综合能力的培养，切实提高英语在博士生进行学术研究与交流中的贡献力。

1.学分设置

博士生公共英语开设4学分。

2.教学组织

周4学时，开设一学期。

（五）教学内容的组织

研究生公共英语的教学内容要体现与时俱进的原则，要根据不同类型、不同层次、不同基础的研究生组织适宜的内容，选取合适的教学参考书。

（六）考核办法

1.免修者，成绩计为85分，自动获得相应学分。若申请免修但不免考，成绩以考试实际得分计。

2.博士研究生、专业学位硕士生的总评成绩按平时成绩*40%+期末成绩*60%计算。

3.学术学位硕士生的总评成绩按上下学期成绩的平均值（上下学期均须及格）计算，每学期的成绩按平时成绩*40%+期末成绩*60%计算。

4.缓考者或不及格者第二学年的第一学期开学后补考，补考不及格者随下一年级研究生重修。

（七）个别辅导与答疑

多媒体网络已成为英语教学的必要手段，并且在教学领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。“研究生公共英语网络自主学习的平台”是一个集自主学习、教学、测试、作业、辅导和管理于一体的网络平台。

任课教师借助网络自主学习的平台在线进行课余个别辅导和答疑，学校按照一定的标准计算工作量。

四、公共英语教学改革的条件保障

学校安排单独的业务费，保证研究生公共英语教学改革的顺利实施。

五、其他

1.新生开学报到时组织新生入学英语摸底考试，所有新生均必须参加摸底考试。

2.未参加入学英语摸底考试的研究生一律编入平行班学习，不得调入基础班，不及格者不得补考，一律重修。

本方案2012 年 9 月开始执行，解释权归研究生院所有。原有规定与此不符者，以此为准。
