我是来自江西省九江市都昌县一个农村的小伙子，活泼、开朗，和常人一样对生活充满着憧憬，充满着梦想。2014年9月1日，那是梦想的开始，也是我人生的一个转折点，那天我背起行囊来到了丰良，从此我开始了追求设计与艺术的生活！

青春如梦，岁月如歌，时不消逝，何尔复得？青春是人生中的一段难以磨灭的插曲，它应该是不平凡的，它需要我们用心灵和智慧去诠释，它更需要我们用毅力和自信去充实，在江美，在每个期间都会有一个一个小的目标，小的梦，在刚入校园时，梦是团结友爱，与同学和睦相处，学了手绘后，梦就是把手绘学好，不断地突破自己的极限。每

天都要争取在进步，使自己每天过得都很充实，在特训营，与来自全国各地的朋友们在一起，梦是认识他们，与他们成为好朋友，在每一次帽子考试，梦就是考到帽子。在特训营，可能许多人都知道“小余工”这个人，但是还不够，梦就是让更多的人知道。

林州是个土薄石厚、水源奇缺的贫困山区。“水缺贵如油，十年九不收，豪门逼租债，穷人日夜愁”是旧林县的真实写照。新中国成立后，在党的领导下，林州人民发扬“自力更生，艰苦奋斗”精神，以“重新安排林县河山”的决心，先后建成英雄渠、南谷洞水库、弓上水库等水利工程。但由于水源有限，仍不能解决大面积灌溉问题，“引漳入林”是林县人民多年的愿望。红旗渠1960年开始动工，1965年4月5日完成长70.6公里，落差为1/8000的总干渠建设。红旗渠以浊漳河为源，全部开凿在峰峦迭嶂的太行山腰。就是这样艰险的工程，生性倔强的林州人，硬是以“艰苦奋斗，自力更生”的韧劲在太行山腰上修建了一条人工天河，从此，多山的林州地图上多了一条代表水的蓝色曲线——红旗渠。

在修建红旗渠的过程中，无数青年用鲜血和汗水诠释了青春与梦想，诠释了红旗渠精神，除险英雄任羊成就是其中的一员。

引漳入林工程动工后，任羊城转移到红旗渠工地劈山修渠，为保证施工安全，领导上决定成立除险队，任羊城第一个报名，被大家推选为除险队队长，他终日带领队员们腰系大绳，飞崖下崭，凌空除险，扫除障碍，被群众成为“飞狐神鹰”。有一次，他带头爬到70多丈高的悬崖上除险，没想到一块石头突然落下，砸在他的嘴上，三颗牙齿横在嘴里，一阵麻木，鲜血顺着嘴角流下来，任羊城没有多想用随身携带的钳子将砸碎的牙齿拔出，忍着巨痛，一直坚持到任务完成。工地领导让他去医院治疗，但他放心不下，惦念着自己不去除险，修渠民工就会多一分危险。第二天，戴着口罩背着大绳又上山崭除险。

一个人正如一只时钟，是以他的行动决定其价值的。作为一名国税人、一名红旗渠精神的传人，我要立志高远、塌实肯干，要具有“自力更生 艰苦创业”的勇气，继续弘扬“团结协作 无私奉献”的红旗渠精神。

有一次，他爬上通天沟除险，失足跌在圪针丛里，当挣扎着爬起来的时候，脊背上扎满了尖尖的枣刺儿，忍着疼痛，又爬上山崖，继续工作，坚持除险。晚上，房东老大娘和儿媳妇给他挑刺，一个钟头，挑了一手窝，他硬是一声不吭。

随着时间的推移，对工作内容的熟悉，每天我都在做一些细小的事，做一些点滴之事，我能感觉到自己的变化，在工作中也能获得一种满足感。然而，与越来越多纳税人接触，开始发觉自己说话有些稚嫩，对业务的解释不专业、不透彻。我不禁问自己：“我在做什么？篇五：放飞青春的梦想 演讲稿

放飞青春的梦想

老师们、同学们下午好： 我今天演讲的题目是《放飞青春的梦想》

我很欣赏这样一句话“在最美的年纪，为最纯真的梦想尽自己最大的努力”。曾经不止一次有人问我“你的梦想是什么呢？”我用这三句话来回答这一问题：当一个老师。好好的当一个老师。当一个好老师。

还记得，很小的时候，妈妈就在帮我规划未来的人生路——今后当一名老师，而当时的我坚决不同意，我的理由是：老师太穷了，你看有几个老师开好车、住好房了的？当时的我怎么也没想到今天我会走上这三尺讲台成为一位人民教师。回想起来，这一切都缘自高三时经历的几件小事： 第一件事，高三上学期的那年春节，除夕夜吃年夜饭时，我堂兄突然说他很后悔，后悔当时没能回仪陇参加工作，原因是渐渐的父母亲上了年纪了，离家近一点才能更好的照顾到家里面。听到这话我放眼看了看席上的兄弟，那时唯一还有得选择的也就只有我了，为了家，我开始考虑儿时妈妈的话。

第二件事，高考前，一次放假回家，在钓鱼的时候遇到了我们院子里的一位老师，他正好也带着他的妻子、小儿子在那钓鱼，他在钓鱼的时候，他的妻子就在旁边教他的小儿子数数，“儿子，来数数你爸钓了多少鱼了”。看到这一幕，我心为之一震，这不正是我想要的生活吗？有谁能说这样的生活不是幸福的生活？虽然他们并没有多少钱，没有豪宅，没有好车。就这样，高考过后，我在所有的志愿栏里都填下了师范专业。也就是那个时候我明白了，我的梦想就是要当一名教师。

而今天，当初的梦想已经实现，大学毕业，我如愿以偿回到了家乡仪陇，走上了这三尺讲台。一转眼，我从学生变成老师已经两年了，两年来，尝尽酸甜苦辣，摸爬滚打中我也逐渐的熟悉了教师这个职业。以前只知道当老师不过是每天两节课，改几本作业本，如今才知道在这两节课后是大量的备课、练习。朋友经常羡慕的对我说“还是当老师好，每年两个假期，工作又安稳”。每当此时我都只能说老师其实就像橘子——外表光鲜，内心破碎。别人上班是朝九晚五，我们上班是朝五晚九。前不久网络流传着这么一句话“干得比驴都累,起得比鸡都早, 挣得比民工都少，看上去比谁都好,五年后比谁都老”。这虽然是句玩笑，却也反映出了教师的生活。上早自习时天还未亮，下晚自习已经夜深。在我们上下班途中陪伴着的没有清晨的曙光，也没有夕阳西下的晚霞，只有满天闪烁的繁星和瑟瑟冷风。然而即使这样，换回来的却是少得可怜的工资，却是那一张张不尽人意的学生成绩单。再面对这极度物质化的社会，我不免有些动摇了，也开始怀疑自己当初的选择。可每每看到娃娃们那一张张纯真的笑脸，听到那一声声“老师好”的时候，每当看到孩子们的点滴进步，心里便荡漾起无边的幸福的时候，我又坚定了我的梦想——好好的当一名老师。

能够做一名学生心中理想的老师，这是每个教师孜孜不倦追求的目标，也是我的最终的梦想——当一个好老师。作为一个青年教师，我深知要实现这一梦想的路还很长很长，在这条路上有着太多的东西需要我去学习，首先是师德修养和责任意识，我们面对的是一群有血有肉、活生生的孩子，我们的点滴都会给他们留下永恒的印记。我时刻都不敢忘记大学老师的一句话“误人子弟等于杀人父兄”。作为年轻教师，我需要真正为学生的终身发展负责，不能让孩子在成长的过程中因为有我而留下遗憾。其次是经验的积累，这就离不开反思，因为只有让反思成为习惯，才能促进自我成长。这就需要我对自己的教学活动及时进行反思，积累经验，不断提高自己的教育教学能力。当然要实现这一梦想，还离不开虚心学习，取人之长，补己之短。我需要积极向同事们学习，向优秀教师们学习。青年教师是充满希望、拥有活力的队伍，青年教师也是需要努力学习和经受锤炼的群体，作为一名青年教师，我们拥有许许多多的机会，也会面临不计其数的困难，我知道自己身上还有许多需要改进的地方，但我要说年轻就是我们的资本，我们有着不甘落后的进取心，我们会充满激情地奋斗、开拓、进取，将青春挥洒在自己热爱的教育热土上。在最美的年纪放飞我们青春的梦想。
