精彩十五分钟

今天，我怀着激动的心情站在这里，想大声地告诉大家，在诸多领导、朋友和亲人关怀呵护下，我从三年的病痛折磨中用坚定的意志力坚强的走了出来，怀着一颗感恩的心，坦然的回到了久别已久的幼儿园。

今年回到幼儿园后，领导考虑到我的特殊情况，安排我做了清洁一楼楼道环境卫生的工作。

以前一直认为清扫工作只是个不动脑子，甩开膀子的一份简单而又机械甚至有些粗糙的工作，三个多月的实际工作让我对清洁工作有了一个全新的认识，保洁工作是个体力活，但也是个精细的技术活，没有较好的身体素质和敬业精神和科学的工作方法都是做不好的。

一楼的楼道有两个门厅，门厅作为幼儿园的窗口，每天都要接待全园各个班级的家长、幼儿和我们的教职员工，人流量非常大，匆忙的家长携带孩子来来去去，水房打水、涮拖布、厨房送早点、午饭、午点的教职工来来回回，清洁工作变得格外棘手、繁重，地还没扫完就发现又有一道的水迹，刚拖完，一扭头又发现一地的脚印、烟头纸屑，墙面正擦拭的半拉，小朋友又下楼做操了，墙上又来一堆手印，一会又户外活动了，大班出去了，小班回来了，大班回来了，中班活动了，楼道的地面上又带来一些杂草、马赛克、小石头、乱七八糟的东西，把我费了九牛二虎之力清洁出来的一点干净空间又变的一塌糊涂，大厅和楼道里每天还要接纳班上副组的教育活动，一会一换组，今天剪纸，地上有雪片了，明天水彩画，地面、墙上、沙发上、门上就有涂鸦了，后天泥工活动，地上又有雕塑了，初接触工作时让自己一头雾水，加上自己身体的原因，体力无法跟上，一只手工作起来速度又慢，自己的心里状况及其糟糕，感到自己都无法承担工作任务，甚至想退回自己的角落，重新蜗居起来，所幸的是，我的身边有那么多关爱我的人，无论领导还是同事都从思想上鼓励我，让我敢鼓起勇气走下去，权华、弓老师、闫大夫等大姐们还常常帮我出主意分析如何才能科学的有技巧的搞好清洁工作，让我在后来的工作中得益匪浅。

正是有了大家给予我的帮助，我的工作慢慢的变得有条有理，在短短的三个多月中，我不断摸索，调整和配合班上孩子们的活动时间，制定着比较科学合理的冬季和夏季的工作计划。然后根据冬季、夏季孩子们的活动时间的变更，计划好日常工作先后的时间差，随时随地保证楼道门厅地面、公共走道、消防通道、墙壁、窗台、沙发、玻璃，花草，墙面的装饰、公示牌、告示牌、天井的卫生。定期的用84消毒液进行消毒，定期擦拭玻璃、墙面、清扫天井、及时的开窗通风，让楼道始终保持清洁的空气。

要做好清洁的卫生工作是一件很不容易的事情，真的需要全身心地投入到工作当中，眼观六路，耳听八方，不漏掉任何一个卫生死角，因此，不热爱本职工作、没有吃苦耐劳、乐于奉献、一丝不苟认真对待工作的精神是很难做好清洁工作的。

也许很多人在繁忙的工作节奏中不曾留意我的存在，也许在别人眼里清洁是一份简单而又机械甚至有些粗糙的工作，但我并不在乎这些。我所在乎的是每当家长和幼儿们、园内教职工在明亮整洁的工作环境中快乐的在里面穿行、活动时，我知道那其中有我的一份辛劳付出。我所在乎的是那种欣慰——只要我感觉到我所做的工作能让大家开心就是一种价值。

三年的病痛褪尽了我一身的锐气，幸运的是，幼儿园的大门垂青我，接纳了我这个半残疾、半健康的职工，虽然工作只是一名清洁员，但我真的激动不已，因为我似乎又找到了我生命里的第二个春天，找到了证明自己生存价值的空间!

我要放下一切带给自己疾病的折磨，避开对生活的绝望。我要信心百倍，迎接新的太阳，相信““工作着是美丽的”今天是此生最好的一天”。相信即使在平凡的岗位上也能赢得他人的尊重。
