分以上。如想申请奖学金，TOEFL成绩应达到600分以上（满分为677分），GRE成绩应达到1850分（满分为2400分）。攻读硕士学位必须有GRE成绩，商科最好有GMAT成绩。英国、加拿大要求TOEFL成绩在550分以上。IELTS分数在6分以上（满分9分）。留学新加坡也要考TOEFL，报考新加坡国立大学或南洋理工大学的研究生，惟一的途径就是考TOEFL，并且成绩在580分以上。
5：提供大学成绩单（transcript）
申请读研究生必须附上大学成绩单。申请大学本科要附高中成绩单，除了中、英文成绩单外，还要有成绩公证书。成绩单上要有修读课程名称、学分、成绩及班上排名。
6：学历和学位的复印件及公证书（copies and notarihttp:///yingyong/zation of graduation and degree certificates）
出国留学一般要提供毕业证书和学位证书的中、英文复印件及其公证书。
7：准备推荐信（letters of recommendation）
大多数学校要求申请人提供2～3封推荐信。推荐信要说明被推荐人的基本情况、成绩，包括学术论文、科研成果、获得奖励、所具备的托普仕官方网站：
能力等。有力的推荐信对申请入学帮助极大，因此要找了解自己特长、优点的人士提供。推荐人必须要具备高级学术职称，好的推荐者包括申请人所在大学的教授、系主任、专业导师、同事及在工作上非常了解申请人的上司。
8：写好个人陈述（personal statement）
个人陈述对是否获得奖学金尤其重要。
9：经济担保证明（affidavit of support）
出具相关银行存款或亲友经济资助证明，如学校提供全额奖学金，可不提供此证明。如亲友担保，需由担保人填写有关表格（如美国的I-134表），并附上有关证明。
10：体检表或健康证明（health form or certificate）
一般学校都要求申请人提供体验表。这种表格由学校提供，要申请人找医生填写并签字。有的要附上防疫注射记录。也有的学校不需要体检表，但要求健康证明书。
11：食宿申请表（application for accommodation）
有些大学规定新生一律住校，也有的自由选择。如果打算住校要及早申请，有的学校要求预付押金才能保证预留宿舍房间。

13：录取（admission）
如果申请入学获得批准，申请人会收到学校的入学通知和用于申请签证的学校入学许可，如英国的IM2A申请表、澳大利亚的157W申请表、美国的I-20表（非移民身份证明，适用于外国留学生）和IAP-66表（交换访问学者的身份证明，适用于交换访问学者）。

2014年出国留学申请季到来，雅思考试有一些新调整，准备攻克雅思和托福的“烤鸭们”要留意这些新变化，并听听专家名师给出的好建议。
雅思考试
变化一：阅读题选择性题型会增加，而填空题将可能增加数量
考试建议：启德学府雅思首席教学顾问余卓雅老师指出，目前很多应试学生都是知道考试技巧，会找答案，但不是真的看懂句子的意思，但雅思考试考的是学生阅读能力，而不是语法，着重考查学生是否真的明白题目，所以会增加填空题的比重。
而在篇章方面，2011年、2012年的科普文章偏多，今年，考古、天文、文化等人文方面文章将可能增加。学生最好熟悉解题步骤、不同题型的套路，脱离传统每字必读的阅读方式，多进行人文方面文章的阅读训练。
变化二：口语题将会增加新题型
考试建议：预计雅思口语考试在今年7月将增加33%的新题目。但其实，对于所有考生来讲，这都是新的部分，所以学生也无需过分紧张，建议学生加强口语考试第三部分的准备，增加讲话的深度、逻辑论证，这通常是学生突破口语6分的关键。由于雅思偏向于实用性英语，学生英语口音和语调都不是考察的重点，而是重在考查学生的措辞是否地道，比如不小心驾驶不是“irresponsibledriving”，而是“recklessdriving”，多看英文电影听英文歌，反复进行真题演练，都有助学生学到最为口语化的实用语句。
变化三：听力题以选择型题型为主
考试建议：相较于2012年，2013年听力难度将会持平。学生备考仍以选择型题型为主。同时，学生要记住，尽量不要购买按照英文字母顺序排序的单词书，通常这些单词书学生背完A系列的单词，就会没心思继续背下去。相反，学生可以选择按不同场景来分类的词汇书，熟悉听力10大类场景的高频词汇。除了听，学生还要练记笔记的速度，以免来不及记下文章要点，做不出答案。
变化四：写作题大作文将可能增加新题目
考试建议：2013年写作题在大作文部分将可能增加新题目。另外，小作文上，可能会延续2012年趋势，高频率地出现流程图，建议学生要做好流程图的写作准备。另外，雅思考官已经发现，很多学生照抄套句、观点，模板化写作问题严重，今年也将打击该类考生的得分，建议学生在用套句的时候，要尽量扣题，做到语言本身自然得体，多练习主体段落的写作，切勿照搬套句
