It refers to any form of dipping, whether the body is put completely under water or is only partly dipped in water;they thus speak of immersion as being either total or partial.The term “immersion” is used of a form of baptism in which water is poured over someone standing in water, without submersion of the person.When

“immersion” is used in opposition to “submersion”, it indicates the form of baptism in which the candidate stands or kneels in water and water is poured over the upper part of the body.The normal form of baptism for the first centuries—until at least the twelfth

century—was immersion.However, when a person could not be immersed, baptism by aspersion or affusion was performed.Affusion

Affusion(affusio)is a method of baptism where water is poured on the head of the person being baptized.The word “affusion” comes from the Latin affusio, meaning “to pour on”.The most common use, however, was for ill or dying people who could not rise from their beds.It was consequently known as “baptism of the sick.”

Affusion became the common practice in the church around the 10th century.Baptism by affusion(pouring)was certainly in practice in Apostolic times, being prescribed by the Didache.Aspersion

Aspersion is a method used in baptism as an alternative to immersion or affusion.The word is formed of the Latin aspergere, 'to sprinkle', of ad, 'to', and spargo, 'I scatter'.In addition, aspersion is performed as part of certain rites to remind people of their baptism, such as the renewal of baptismal vows performed by the Roman Catholic Church on Easter.And concerning baptism, baptize this way: Having first said all these things, baptize into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, in living water.But if you have no living water, baptize into other water;and if you cannot do so in cold water, do so in warm.But if you have neither, pour out water three times upon the head into the name of Father and Son and Holy Spirit.In the West, baptism by aspersion and affusion slowly became the common practice in later centuries.In aspersion, an aspergillum may be used to place the water on the skin.The Roman Catholic Church regards baptism by aspersion as valid only if the water actually flows on the person's skin and is thus equivalent to pouring(“affusion”).Submersion

The word Submersion comes from the late Latin(sub-“under, below”

+ mergere “plunge, dip”)and is also sometimes called “complete immersion”.It is the form of baptism in which the water completely covers the candidate's body.Submersion is practiced in the Orthodox and several other Eastern Churches, as well as in the Ambrosian Rite.It is one of the methods provided in the Roman Rite of the baptism of infants.

成长的蜕变

尊敬的领导，亲爱的小伙伴们：

大家下午好!我叫….，很高兴能有这样一个机会和大家分享我成长的蜕变。经过整整五天的新兵营培训，我们迎来了结业的这一时刻。在这里，我要非常感谢各位培训老师对我们的悉心教导。这五天的培训时间说长不长说短不短，却让我成长，让我蜕变！有一句话是这样讲的：“世界上没有无缘无故的爱，也没有无缘无故的恨。”同样的，实现成长，实现蜕变也是有其因果关系的。我想，我这五天的成长和蜕变是源自于领路教育文化当中的坚持所带给我的力量！

我依然清晰地记得10月10号上午，我独自一个人背着个包来到了红星国际会展中心找工作。心中满怀着期待，希望今天能够有伯乐看中我。可是，当我还没有走进展馆中心就发现外面的广场上早已热闹非凡，这不是人们说话的声音，而是机器发出的声音。原来这是一些机械公司为了招揽人才把机器都搬了出来，令我感到非常惊讶！更加令我不可思议的是展馆里面的展台全部是招聘机械类的人员。我顿时心灰意冷了，感叹了一句：我的运气有这么差吗？

我不忍心就这样回去，我又顺着广场的小路来到了副展厅。果不其然，这里才是我所要来的地方。我瞬间就明白了什么叫做：“山穷水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”。来到了入口处，别人都不让我进去，非得让我在门口填一个表。我说我找份工作你至于这样为难我吗？还让我跨个门槛。没有办法了，我只好从了他们，把表给填了。进去之后，我寻寻觅觅，找了半天才看到了一个搞教育培训的。我当时远远的眺望着公司的招聘信息，足足看了有三分多钟。这时候，远远地跑过来一个漂亮的女孩，她微笑着向我介绍说：“你好，我叫..，你是想找教育培训的工作吗？”我说：是的。她赶紧拉着我到展位前坐了下来开始攀谈。我是被她的热情所打动，最后走的时候她说下午在公司有一场宣讲会，要我记得一定去参加。我当时就答应了她说：我一定按时到。没想到她说：准时就是迟到，所以你要提前到。听了这句话我顿时愣了半天，这个公司还真有点意思，我还真的要去看一下。

就是这样我与领路教育相遇了。当天下午总共有二十多位小伙伴参加宣讲会，我也是抱着了解了解的心态去感受霸道学姐的成长记。这一听还真是了不得，让我更加有了想进一步了解领路教育的欲望。宣讲会过后，就是面试，很荣幸当天晚上我就收到了要参加培训的通知，当时我就长舒了一口气，我知道我成功了。

第三天来公司培训的时候还剩下十八位小伙伴。面对这么多的竞争对手，我当时心里忐忑不安，心里在想，这次的战斗肯定非常激烈，非常残酷，我能坚持到最后吗？随着培训的逐步展开，我发现在我们这群小伙伴当中可谓是卧虎藏龙，每一个人都非常优秀，很有才华。有会魔术的，有会舞蹈的，还有学播音主持的等等。我当时扪心自问：我能坚持到最后吗？随着培训一天比一天深入，也有人在中途就选择了退出，选择了放弃，这对于我来说是一个不小的影响，我开始反问自己，我会和他们一样选择中途放弃吗？我能坚持到最后吗？就在这怀疑与日俱增的时候，一首歌的出现让我有了底气。这有歌的歌词是这样写的：当我每次抬起头，看到你温暖笑容，感谢你带给我力量，我们并肩向前走。当我每次低下头，感到有一些无助，就会想起你曾告诉我，要坚持再坚持。这歌词给了我力量，同样是两个肩膀扛一个脑袋，别人能够坚持到最后我凭什么做不到。事实证明，当我现在站在这个舞台上的时候，我已经做到了。但我知道这不是终点，而是我在领路新的起点！

读《穆斯林的葬礼》，是一种心灵的洗礼。穆斯林，伊斯兰教的信徒。他们信奉真主，积善承德，祈求死后能进入“天园”，那里是他们的家，那里是他们灵魂的归宿，自从真主降临人间之日起，无数虔诚的子民们便给自己树立了一种信仰，“万物非主，唯有真主”，在人生的旅途上艰难跋涉，求索。

信仰是一种美，它使人的精神有了依托。时间跨越六十余年，历经三代人的悲喜人生，家国的兴衰.....以我贫瘠的语言实在难以概括作品的全部，然而，书中的某些值得回味的东西也许能说明些什么：美，情，人生的戏剧性，虚空观......作品写“美”：写人们如何追求“美”，又是如何一不小心葬送了“美”，写美的人，美的玉，美的心灵，美的爱情；作品写情：恩情，爱情，友情，亲情交织缠绵，耐人寻味；人生的成功与失败往往源于某种共同的东西，当你发现，你的最初追求恰恰是你失败的原因时，人生又是多么不可思议！主人公一生为玉，为其生，为其死，冥冥中仿佛有种力量在操纵着人世的一切，这是否暗含了作者的虚空观呢？

好的作品不在于它是否意旨分明，而在于它是否给读者留下了充足的思考空间。而这，《穆斯林的葬礼》做到了。读罢，意犹未尽。无论是为其中凄美的爱情也罢，还是为那些深蕴其中的哲理。“一位西施，万千情人”，我想，每个人都能在其中找到心灵的共振点，体味到心灵洗礼后的纯净与酣畅。真诚的向大家推荐这本曾荣获第三届茅盾文学奖的好书。

第四篇：清明洗礼

清明洗礼

严冬在春风中消退，岁月在奋斗中远去，不知不觉中又是一年清明节！有一种美，飘逸在浮云上，深埋在古垒下，这是一种可以吸引灵魂的美，它——深藏不露；从我记事开始，每年清明节，母亲就让我换上崭新春装，带着纸钱，领着我上坟去。我们家去世的人都埋在村边，那儿离我家不远，要转好几道弯。记得小时候，我总是很高兴去上坟，因为母亲在坟前一烧纸钱，就管不着我了，我便跑满野地到处玩，直到母亲把我拖上。不知从什么时候开始，我去上坟不再又玩又闹了，而是要仔细去体会这清明节给人们的洗礼。

清明节的真正意义不仅是对祖先和英烈的缅怀纪念，而且有着对生命的珍视与尊重，对人生价值的思考与升华。因此，统一的仪轨制度和形式，具有十分重要的意义，而这样重要的礼仪制度往往被忽视甚至以为越简化越好，从而使得蔑视生命、人欲横流之风甚嚣尘上。

虽然我只是长城公司一名小小的员工，但我真诚的呼唤各大节日礼仪制度的尽快建立，因为这对中国文化发展建设意义重大。
