For they are closely related to mathmatics which I learned nothing about before. However wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself,I persisted. 今朝有事今朝做，明朝可能阻碍多。这两句话都是告诉我们要珍惜时间。珍惜时间，想必大家都知道是什么意思吧。珍惜时间就是节约时间，合理的利用时间。

时间对我们每个人都很重要，时间不会为谁停留。当你早晨洗脸、刷牙的时候，时间从水盆里溜走了；

当你吃饭的时候，时间又从饭碗里溜走了；

当你睡觉时，时间又从你的睡梦中溜走了。你想挽留时间吗？那就得靠你把握时间。珍惜时间，并不是时间会多给你一份。一天有24个小时，这是无法改变的。合理的利用时间，就是珍惜时间，不让时间一分一秒的白白的浪费掉。

时间对每个人都是公平的，它不会多给谁一分，也不会少给谁一秒。但为什么在相同的时间里，人们所得到的结果不一样呢？比如说：一个班的同学，每天在一起生活，学习，同样的环境，同样的课程，同样的老师，那为什么有的人学习好，而有的人差呢？那是因为有的人充分利用好课堂上的每一分钟，专心听讲，认真思考，甚至把别人玩的时间用在了读书上，所以能够取得好成绩。

在一阵掌声中，我走上了讲台，开始了激昂的演讲。一开始心中不免有些紧张，后来我的心才渐渐恢复平静。在这样一个特定的时刻站在这三尺讲台上，就是有一种不同寻常的感觉。我看着台下那一张张熟悉的脸，再看看平日里只有老师上课站的讲台而今天是属于我的舞台，心中就充满了喜悦。虽然只有那么短暂的`三分钟，但足以让我的心得到满足。

为了这个演讲，我倾注了很多的心血。记得在一个星期以前，我就已经选好了题材，并且把内容背得滚瓜烂熟，为的就是这个课前三分钟。因为我知道“一份耕耘，一份收获”，所以我这一次很成功。现在想起当天的情景，心里还是会沾沾自喜。

一直以来，我都是很重视课前三分钟的演讲的。因为我觉得课前三分钟可以帮我们积累知识和写作素材。因为平日里我们肯定不会太注重阅读，就算是读了也印象不深刻，但是课前三分钟可以做到两全其美，既可以听故事，又可以用聆听的方式去积累知识，并且加深印象。

由这个课前三分钟，我不禁想起了人生。一个人的一生是短暂的，所以我们就要珍惜时间。不是有一位大师说过吗，“我们无法延伸生命的长度，但我们可以拓展生命的宽度。”这句名言对于我们这些年少的学生来说，是非常有启发的，我们不可以奢望能活多久，但我们至少可以做到在有限的生命中做许多有意义的事。

此刻想想，以前的我们是多么地年少气盛。高考之前，我们一齐商量着进哪所大学，但是高考之后，不得不应对现实，现实总是很残酷。但是我明白了一个道理：生活中固然有很多的无可奈何，但更多的却是出人意料的精彩。

收拾好行囊，20__年_月，来到了这所院校，来创造属于我人生的另一片天空!经历了一次人生低谷，我愈发的渴望锻炼自己、挑战自己、超越自己。所以入学之初，我便加入了学生会，也加入了一些其它的社团。至此，我忙碌而丰富的大学生活也就从此拉开了序幕。或许你和朋友在一齐玩笑的时间少了，但是你的生活变得更加充实了。同学们，多多参加一些活动，这样你们会学到更多、收获更多、懂得更多。等到多少年后，回过头来，你会觉得你的大学三年过的'是多么的充实!

早上好！

今天国旗下演讲的题目是“健康饮食让我们更健康”。

为了使学生营养宣传工作更加广泛、深入和持久，促进学生营养宣传工作的制度化，决定将每年的5月20日定为“中国学生营养日”。

我们都知道小学是成长发育的关键阶段，但是很多学生都有挑食、偏食、暴食的坏习惯。许多学生不知道如何珍惜自己的健康，为自己的健康负责。从今天开始，我希望所有的'学生都能开始注意他们的坏习惯。

1、首先要养成不挑食不偏食的习惯。日常生活中吃各种粮食、水果、蔬菜、鱼、蛋、奶等。一旦有了偏食挑食的习惯，就很容易造成营养不良，抗病能力低下，身体发育不良，影响我们的健康。比如多糖吃多了容易引起胃病和皮肤病；吃太多肉容易导致动脉粥样硬化和冠心病；吃太咸容易血压升高等等。

根据调查，许多学生在吃饭时只选择他们喜欢的东西。有的同学吃完了肉，结束了饭；有些学生只吃蔬菜。这些都是不正确的，都是挑食和偏食的陋习，容易引发各种疾病！从今天开始，希望大家慢慢改善这个问题！

2、第二，吃饭的时候慢慢咀嚼。不要吃得太快，尤其是小孩子。咀嚼食物要更仔细，因为咀嚼多了有利于提高食物的消化率，保护肠胃。

3、营养饮食的另一个要点是不要吃不干净的食物。

每天放学后，许多学生去学校外面的露天小贩那里买食物。要知道很多食物成分非常复杂，暴露在阳光下、光化学、热分解后会引起内部变化和变质。尤其是夏天，学生吃露天卖的食物，更容易吃到一些变质的食物。

事实上，所有的学生都处于发展阶段，容易挨饿。然后这个时候，我们可以选择从自己家里带一些面包或者饼干来吃。

最后告诉你一个科学的进食顺序：汤——蔬菜——米饭——肉——半小时后吃点水果。

今天我讲话的题目是《多读多写学好语文》。

近年来，学校开展了书香校园、书香班级、书香家庭的创建活动，同学们在老师和家长的引领下在书海中尽情遨游，在阅读中提高素养。可是仍有不少同学也许会犯愁:学语文，写作文。唉，作文难，作文难，一见作文心就烦。提起笔来，冥思苦想，搜肠刮肚，半天过去了，仍是白纸一张。其实老师告诉你们写作文并不难，学语文也没有什么高深莫测的诀窍，只要你记住了并做到了这么简简单单、朴朴素素、实实在在的四个字，那就是——多读多写。

那么，怎样读，怎样写呢?我建议大家做到以下几点:

1.阅读要广泛俗话说，开卷有益。古今中外，凡是有成就者无一不是从阅读中获得了广博的知识和惊世的睿智与韬略。我国古代诗仙李白读书时孜孜不倦;“下笔如有神”的诗圣杜甫也是“读书破万卷”;文坛巨匠鲁迅直至生命最后一刻还要读书。试想，如果他们不是从幼年即勤奋地阅读，在他们的笔下会流淌出酣畅淋漓、脍炙人口的千古佳作吗?我们不光要熟读每学期老师分发给我们的语文书，还要诵读唐诗宋词，品读中外名著，略读报刊杂志等等。像我们二、四两个年级的同学参加了语文主题学习实验，除了学好教材中的课文，每学期还阅读了两本(四本)主题阅读丛书，实验证明，他们从课内外的海量阅读中丰富了知识，增加了积累，提高了口语交际能力和书面习作水平。

2.读书要静得下心、持之以恒。现在的社会，科学技术突飞猛进，电视、互联网络，十分便捷，更富有趣味性，往往比书籍更吸引人。所以要自觉读书、安下心来、静下心来读书，那是不容易做到的，而做到了的学生一定是个了不起的人。课外阅读也要防止一曝十寒，两天打鱼，三天晒网，最好能制订个读书计划，每天坚持阅读半个小时，四十分钟;或者一星期读三、四次，每次阅读半个小时，四十分钟。当你一旦被书籍深深吸引了，入迷了，你自己也会发现，你的知识，你的作文能力，竟在不知不觉中有了明显的提高。这就是持之以恒阅读的好处。

3.要勤动笔墨，读写结合腹有诗书气自华。当你腹有锦绣的时候，写作时好词佳句会自然在笔下流淌，写一篇优秀的作文的目标就成为了现实。在读书的过程中，我们还应养成写的习惯。优美词语、重点句子、精彩片断，我们不光要圈圈点点，还应随时打开摘抄本记录下来。正所谓，好记性不如烂笔头。闲暇之余，在日记本上，写下感人的一幕，开心的一刻，精彩的瞬间，成功的`喜悦，失败的教训，意外的发现，美好的回忆……意为笔先，笔随心运，言为心声，没有了妈妈道不完的唠叨，也没有了老师提不完的要求，无拘无束，尽情挥洒学习生活中的笑与泪，欢与呼，蹦与跳，忧与愁，爱与恨。不知不觉中心结打开了，烦恼消失了，性格开朗了，信心增强了，这就是学习语文的最高境界，这就是学习语文的无穷乐趣。咱们何乐而不为呢?日记，我们忠实的伙伴，知心的朋友，我们怎能没有它呢?

今天距离夏令营开营的日子已经有整整20天，可那七日的一点一滴却在我脑海，挥之不去。现在的你们在做什么？你们在想我们吗？我想，这七日的情，可能我要用一生回忆。

“中国台湾朋友要到宁夏？”当时听到这个消息，欣喜不已。中国台湾，听起来是那么遥远，模糊的记忆里除了历史课本上零星的介绍，别无更多了解。而现在可以和他们如此近距离接触，我开始暗自庆幸。开心之余便是无尽的遐想。

终于，8月2日，“宁台高中生夏令营”正式开营。还清晰记得那天的场景，第一次见到我的学伴，她脸上灿烂的笑容一下子消除了我的所有顾虑，在开往水洞沟的班车上我们聊得开心极了，从学校课程聊到家庭生活，无不谈及，车上的其他学友们也都聊得愉快，整个旅程轻松快活，笑声无处不在。第一天的水洞沟我和学伴是拉着手参观完的，第一天我们就对彼此留下了深刻的印象。不过，最让我记忆深刻的就是第一天的晚餐，那是我们第一桌在一起共进的晚餐，可能是因为彼此还不很了解，气氛尤其尴尬，整个吃饭过程竟然清晰地可以听到碗筷相碰的声音。然而，从第二天的午餐开始，这种尴尬气氛就被解除，我们渐渐开始了解彼此，在饭桌上玩着各种游戏，记得那天到了回饭店的时间我们还依依不舍，想要把游戏做完。从那天起我们便开始盼望着一起吃饭。之后那几天，我们分别游览了西夏王陵、中华回乡文化园、万亩枸杞园、沙坡头风景区、高庙、沙湖、西部影视城等宁夏风景名胜。七天时间，我们在游玩中走进彼此，了解彼此，欣赏彼此，发生了许多有意思的事情。在沙坡头，我们玩“飞越黄河”的飞索时，在空中大叫着彼此的姓名；在乘坐羊皮筏黄河漂流时，我们两手相牵，用手触碰河面；在沙湖，我们骑着骆驼，拜着各种Pose；在饭桌上，我们共同举杯，畅饮可乐；在宾馆，我们“走门串房”，玩通宵扑克，开心地忘记了睡觉。总之，有那么多数不胜数的美好回忆，留在我们彼此的心中。时间飞快，七天很快过去，终于日子跌倒了夏令营的最后一天。8月8日，到九中参加闭营仪式，刚下车，天空突然下起大雨，似乎老天也在为我们的离别渲染气氛。才艺表演有序的进行，直到最后，康桥高中的同学共同带上《垃圾车》这首歌时，纵使歌曲怎样欢愉，看着站在台上的他们一张张熟悉的面孔，想起这几天我们经历的一切的一切，我再怎么也忍不住了，我是一个爱哭的女孩，眼泪偷偷滑下。歌曲结束，她们看到我哭的样子，本想安慰我，可自己最后也哭地一塌糊涂。就这样，所有人几乎都哭红的了眼睛，我们彼此相拥，为对方擦拭着眼泪，我说：我会去中国台湾看你，一言为定！那天的场景，现在仍历历在目。就这样，七天的时间，我们度过了最难忘的七天。

七天，仅一周的时间，却因为我们的相遇，变成了带给我最美回忆的七天。谢谢中国台湾的你们。我也会信守自己的承诺，长大后，有一天，到中国台湾看你们！

这七日的情谊，我们会用一生回忆，细细地回忆。

既然是课前的演讲，那我就与同学们来说说学习的一些心得和体会吧，对自己的之前多年的学习当中所感受到的一些道理和你们的好好的讲讲，希望我讲完之后可以给你们带来或多或少的感受，我们也可以一起携手努力去做好一名初中生的事情，为我们的班级和学校争光，为我们的自己的未来去付出自己的力量和心思。我们现在已经初中了，小学六年，初中x年，我们已经学习了x年的时间，在学习上自己也曾遇到很大的难题，也收获了一定的成就，我知道自己现在所做出的努力是远远不够的，所以以后我也会更加的努力和上进的。

在学习上，我觉得自己最重要的就是态度，做一件事情的态度也将间接的决定这件事情的成功与失败，所以不管是做什么，首先最先要做好的就是端正自己的态度，有一个良好的态度才能更好去完成这件事，所以在学习上也是一样的，要保持自己良好的学习态度，才能更好的去完成自己的学习，同时也要提高自己对于学习的热爱与积极性，做到足够自主的去学习，主动的融入到学习的过程当中，其次还需要有很好的.自控能力，在学习的时间里，就应该全身心的将自己的所有心思都用在学习上，而不是轻易的就可以被外界的各种因素所打搅到，要做到一种完全无视外界的干扰的境界，未来还有很长时间的学习，还有很多的知识在等着我们去学习，所以就算自己做的有任何的不好，我们现在也还有时间和时机去改正和完善，学习是一个漫长的过程，成长也是，我们也不要急于求成，细水长流终究会取得最后的胜利，会得到自己所期望的东西。

同学们，让我们从现在开始，更好的去认知自己，对自己的身上和学习上的很多的缺乏和缺陷都及时的去改正，去更好的完善自己，完善自己的学习方式，通过自己的努力找到一个适合自己的方式，也更好的去完成自己的学习，相信我们班的所有的学生都是足够优秀和出色的。

大家好!

前不久，我读了一则童话故事，它是英国作家王尔德写的《巨人的花园》。故事讲的是一个巨人看到孩子们在自己的花园里玩耍，很生气，他在花园周围筑起了高墙，将孩子们拒于墙外。从此以后，园里花不开，鸟不语，一片荒凉，春夏秋都不肯光临，只有冬天永远留在这里。一天，孩子们从墙洞爬进来，春天也就跟着孩子们来了，园里立刻变得生机勃勃。当他把孩子们再次赶出花园之后，花园又被冰雪覆盖了。后来，在小男孩的启发下，巨人醒悟了，随即拆除了围墙，花园成了孩子们的乐园，巨人生活在漂亮的花园和孩子们中间，感到无比地幸福……

王尔德的这个快乐故事，让我的心久久不能平静，那个巨人，他两次的自私与冷酷给花园带来了冰雪寒冬，让孩子们失去欢乐的同时，他自己也同样孤单寂寞，更享受不到花园里明媚的景色!我们常说：赠人玫瑰，手有余香。其实，快乐也一样，给别人快乐，自己也快乐。

我还记得这样几句名言：把你的痛苦与人分享，你的'痛苦将会减少一半;把你的快乐与人分享，你的快乐将增加一倍。是啊，分享快乐不会使自己损失什么，却能让这个世界充满温情。相反，有了快乐，一个人独乐，最终也不会快乐。

与别人一起分享快乐是一种美德，因为快乐能够传染。其实很多时候，与别人分享快乐，既是给了别人一个机会，也是给了自己一个机会;既给了别人一个好心情，自己也留下了一份好心情。既然这样，那么请打开你的心灵，真诚地与别人分享吧——自己是一团火，就要想法把别人点亮;自己是一盆水，就要想法把别人洗净;自己是一粒米，就要想法长出更大的稻穗;自己是一弯月，就要想法给夜行人送去清辉……与人共享快乐，你也会更加快乐!

古人常叹：花有重开日，人无再少年。假如时间可以到流，不，从现在开始，我要珍惜每一分每一秒，让以前的遗憾不再缠绕自己；让自己的每一个愿望都能够靠自己的实力来实现；让每一分每一秒过得快快乐乐，充充实实；让我们不要再做一些无畏的假想，告别曾经，展望未来吧！

假如时光可以倒流，你会怎么做呢？是更加顽皮，还是会好好学习呢？如果你问我，我会毫不犹豫地回答你：“我会珍惜每一分每一秒的时间。”人生只不过数十载。何必不去珍惜时间，何必不去做个有心人，好好利用时间。

假如时光真的可以倒流。我希望时间能倒流到我3岁的时候，那时的我很乖巧。学会拼音、数字、还认识许多的字。我将会用我的行为去影响更多的小朋友。

假如时光可以倒流：我一定要保持正常的心理状态，遇到什么事都要去宽容。还在下课去做一些有意义的事情，不去玩一些没有意义的游戏。时光倒流的确是一件美好的事，但是这都是不可能的。与其在这里空想时光倒流后该做什么，还不如亡羊补牢。乘着现在好好去珍惜时间，认认真真，仔仔细细的去生活，这才是最重要的！

是啊！“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴”。我们现在还小应该赶快学习，不要“少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。

在学校里，我尊敬师长，团结同学。对老师交给的任务，一定会圆满完成。上学从不迟到早退，上课认真听讲，独立思考，认真完成各项作业。因为我知道学校是我们的第二个家。同学们，我们每天都要在这个“家”中学习，同学之间必须要做到团结友爱，互相帮助。“你好”、“对不起”、“没关系”等礼貌用语也是一个人良好素质的表现。见到老师，主动问好是每个人都应该牢记在心的。微笑着敬礼问好更是表达着你对老师的尊敬。每逢遇到老师，我总是停下脚步向老师鞠躬问好；上课的`时候，我总是积极举手，待老师点到我的名字后，我才站起来发言，因为这是对老师的一种尊重。

同学们！让我们从一言一行开始做起，做一个尊师守纪的好孩子，才不会愧对于飘扬在我们胸前的红领巾。让我们时时刻刻与文明交谈，千万不要把文明行为习惯看作小事。每个人的举手投足之间都传递着丰富的文明信息，让我们从现在做起，从自己做起，从点点滴滴的小事做起，养成良好的文明习惯，做文明学生，让我们的校园更美好。

贫困是一笔财富，之所以说它是财富，是因为越是贫困越激励人们奋发向上，越是要改变生存环境，自然就产生了“人十之，己百之”的上进心。古代就有“寒门生贵子，白屋出公卿”的说法。孟子也说过：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身……”

居里夫人的美名家喻户晓。她是近代科学史上的一个奇迹，犹如一颗光芒四射、璀璨耀眼的巨星照亮科学的星空，留下永久的光耀。可是，在她还不到十七岁时，就因为父亲的工资微薄不得不去做家教谋生。在那段时光里，她不论风天雨天，都得在城市走很远的路。她的学生们要么不听话，要么懒于学习，学生的家长也不怎么尊重她。但为了获得那可怜的报酬，她只能做下去。而后来，为了供姐姐上学，十七岁的她甚至单独一人来到乡下的一户人家里当家庭教师，生活清苦。

但就是这样一个贫苦的小姑娘，长大后发现了钋，发现了镭，谱写了史无前例的科学篇章，对全人类的发展做出了巨大的贡献。或许，正是年少时那一段不堪回首的贫困生活给予了她常人难以想象的勇气和毅力，使得她拥有了坚定不移、锲而不舍的品质，让她能在提炼镭的三年多时间里以无比坚韧的'意志不屈努力，获得成功。

不仅仅是居里夫人，古今中外无数成功人士大部分都有过贫困的经历：范仲淹两岁丧父，母亲改嫁，幼年读书时连稠一点儿的粥也难以吃到;明代大学士宋濂家中一贫如洗;苏联作家高尔基曾经是一个流浪儿;荷兰画家凡·高也曾是一文不名，生活上常靠弟弟的接济;丹麦童话作家安徒生出生于一个鞋匠家庭……生活在贫困中的他们，最后都取得了极高的成就。贫困成为了他们的一笔财富，正是因为有了贫困的磨难，他们才拥有了各种可贵的品质与上进心。

记得世界球王贝利喜得贵子时，有记者贺道：“看他长得多壮实，今后他一定会成为和你一样了不起的体育明星。”贝利听后不假思索地反驳道：“他有可能成为一名优秀的运动员，但他绝不会有我这样的成就，因为他现在很富有，缺乏先天竞争意识，而我小的时候是贫困的。”

是啊，贝利说得没错，富有是滋生懒惰的温床，安逸的生活会使人安于现状，这些不是财富，而是把人推入失败的黑手，缺乏竞争意识与上进心的人绝不会成功!

贫困是笔财富，因为它激励了人们奋发向上的精神，而这种精神是被成功所青睐的。所以，生活在贫困中的人们不必自怨自哀，努力奋斗或许成功已向你走来。
