三 活动目的和意义： 本次活动的目的就是尽可能多的让学生记住我们的娱乐城，给他们一个深刻的印象，让他们以后课余出行所做出的第一选择或者考虑就是我们。本次活动首先给现场每名参与者配置一个编号，依据编号在活动完后进行抽奖活动，抽出一二三等将并送发相应奖品奖励。活动期间，进行现场免费体验比赛环节，以个人或者团队形式决出冠亚季军并给与相应奖励。

四 活动名称：“麻辣隔壁”校园宣传推广计划

五 活动目标：本次活动在保证公司利益前提下，以提高公司正能量名气为主要目的，选用适当可行方式在活动期间为公司吸引来更多的顾客甚至是忠实顾客。

六 活动开展：

（一）活动准备阶段

1选择地址：由

于学校周围普遍地价较高，我们选择在中门对面北京现代4s店后空地作为店面地址，一来离学校中门不远。二来清净并且可以节约出更多成本改进设备。至于推广地点，我们选择在学校对面广场内进行推广。

2选择时间：虽说学校周围人流量大，但是如何能更多利用人流也是不容忽视的问题。参考学校学生上课休息时间，通过事前对学校学生出校时间研究（一周内早中晚派人于校门外记录出校人流量），我们选择在周傍晚举行活动。3：场地布置：雇佣当地群众依照公司设计主题进行场地布置。具体要求按尽可能贴近主题和吸引人眼球为主。所需材料可以向周围婚庆或者会议布置公司租借（因为考虑到推广不可能多次举行）以节约成本。

4前期宣传：雇佣学校同学印发传单，传单要求简洁明了，使人易记。在校园内拉起大型条幅夺人眼球。雇佣各轩学生到每个寝室发传单或者进行口头宣传，一定要将推广当天时间地点介绍清楚。在学校周围张贴宣传海报（当地政府允许情况下，若不允许则另行他法）

二：活动开展阶段 人员的选取：从理工大学雇佣兼职6-7名，事先训练。活动进行时在现场负责引导和维护现场秩序。适当雇佣当地民众1-2名负责维护现场安全（需身强力壮）。当活动开始时，雇佣学生经主持人口令后引导现场体验观众进行实时抢先体验活动（此需要4-5名）。活动完后，分发奖品礼品。主持人可从网上招聘或者直接从学生兼职中选择口才好，反应快长相好的同学，经过事前训练即可。此阶段负责人为公司负责人。开始前准备：离开场前30分钟，检查场地各种设备是否正常，各种安全措施是否得当。给到场观众所发编号是否准确无误。当地具体情况是否符合推广活动（如有无下雨，是否周围出现重大事件等）此阶段负责人为经理。活动开展：当调整好场地后，到达时间，主持人宣布推广开始。首先用简短语言介绍公司状况（从设备，服务，室内环境等），然后命令兼职学生引导各种需求不同观众去到感兴趣的项目。具体如下：A 引导台球部的现场人员向体验者介绍完设备后，伫立一旁记录下每个体验者的击球情况击后感觉以及意见，如可能，尽可能留下联系方式。当体验者遇到理解性或者技术性问题时要立刻帮助解决。（台球体验者因为台球桌有限，考虑10-12人体验为佳）B 引导桌球的工作人员和C引导棋牌娱乐部的工作人员（一般体验者为8-12人），D引导电视游戏（用手柄）的工作人员所做同A（一般6-8人体验）。现场技术人员在现场随时准备解决现场技术设备问题。活动进行时，主持人时刻游走现场，调动气氛与积极性。

活动期间,进行现场推广：凡今天参加活动的同学，可凭借活动参与所发编号享受今明两天内所有设备8折优惠。凡是在现场办理vip会员卡的同学，办理费用比以后办理减少20%。会员可享受85折的优惠。此阶段负责人为现场主持人。

三 活动后续阶段：

若活动开始之前遭遇外部重大环境变化，则应马上终止活动，疏散现场人员保护现场设施。因天气影响所造成损失允许控制在总量的5%以内。活动期间，准备一些备用设备以备不时之需。现场时时维护秩序以防止不必要的意外发生。因活动所造成的设备损坏，允许接受范围为5%，超出的话，就是设备本事问题，应考虑想供货商抗议要求赔偿。若是现场同学故意损坏，视情节而定。严重者照原价赔偿，轻微者适当赔偿。
