The Money Should Give to Pingwu Nature Reserve In August, 2003,a five-year-old female giant panda, Mei Mei gave birth to twin babies,Le Le and He He in Pingwu Nature Reserve.But the female giant panda can only take care of one panda and the other is sure to die.At this time, the leader of the reservation decided to help Le Le without his mother ’s help and told this plan to World Wildlife Found(WWF).The WWF supported their idea and donated $20,000 to them.However, Pingwu Government detained this money.For they think the money should be used for education and help to1,000 kids to go to school.Facing this problem, the Sichuan Province Government officials conduct the meeting to discuss”Where Should the Money Go, the Kids or the Panda?”From my perspective of view,I support that the money should give to Le Le to create him a better place to live a comfortable home.Firstly, good environment is benefit to giant pandas.On the
earth,every person is facing a serious problem that is our nature environment is becoming worse and worse.And,the worse environment is threating wild animals’ living conditions,What’s more, we are also in danger.Likewise, the pandas’ nature home becomes less and less,some of them had already disappeared.Therefore create a comfortable living condition is essential to protecting pandas.So the Pingwu Natural Reservation Area can use $20,000 to help panda to build a warm home and ensure Le Le to live a longer life than before.Wei Fuwen,a professional giant pandas scientific researcher, shows his view that if we can provide more and more comfortable home to giant panda.The death rate of pandas will greatly decrease.So Pingwu Natural Reservation should keep the money.Secondly,the fund donated a special money is used for particular purpose.As we know, the WWF donated $20,000 to help Le Le and to save endangered species.If the money give to kids ,it against Chinese law
or international law as well as general rules.Furthermore, we have special organizations to help poor kids.If the money can give anyone who need it,why are we set up different funds.Maybe WWF will refuse to donate Pingwu Natural Reservation Area again in the future.Equally important, more and more endangered animals will disappear from the earth without human beings’ help.Of course,this amount of money should use for Le Le and to make every penny meaningful.Thirdly,animals and human beings are all equal.Every animals have the right to live.However, animals have not right of speech,they can’t show their ideas and the desire of to live.So people don’t care of the animals are alive or not.Particularly, giant pandas are the oldest animals in the earth and only 2,000 giant pandas are living.But human beings in order to get their satisfactory, they destroy the nature to get huge income.Meanwhile,they ignore animals’ living rights.Pingwu Natural Reservation Area can own this money to help Le Le.Although they are not
sure whether he can live or not,but at least we give make our effort to give equal to give equal right to survive.As a human being,we respect every living things on the earth.Briefly speaking,the money should give to panda their living environment which is equally important to us.As far as I am concerned,the special donation should give Pingwu Natural Reservation Area.It can help Le Le to build a comfortable home and the special money is use to what is mean to be,lastly,Le Le also get the right of live,he is equal with human beings.All in all, I insist on giving the money to the reservation area.By Yang MengfangNO.20102244
