1: The road, water, electricity, level the land should be finished by party A within 3 days prior to starting of construction

3: Party A should be responsible for the coordination of all the problems such as resettlement and its cost.If the construction delays due to the Party A’s poor coordination, Party A should be responsible for it.5.Construction inspection
Arbitrary modification is not allowed.If the drawings need to be changed.The Party A
should arrange the application for drawing modification in order to proceed with work without delay.6The Construction time is from May2012 to May2012.In case of rainy days or other force
majeure or emergency repair, additional days will be granted.7In order to finish the job, Party A appoint as their representative and Party B appoint Mr.Li
Xiukui as their representative.8Quality demand: The construction should be follow to the China’s standard
9This Agreement shall be held in four copies.Each party shall preserve two copies.The
agreement comes into effect upon signature and stamp and loses its effect upon the completion of construction and payment settlement.10Any matters not clarified herein shall be discussed later.Party A:

自来水管道维修合同
建设单位(甲方)： 施工单位(乙方)：
根据《中华人民共和国合同法》的规定，以及有关法律、法规，在自愿、平等的基础上，合同双方就南丰县莱溪乡管道维修工程事宜，经协商，达成一致，签订本合同。
一、工程名称：管道维修工程
二、工程地点：南丰县莱溪乡
四、承包方式：乙方包工、包料。
五、工程合同造价：造价为人民币:伍仟陆佰元整（￥：5600元）
付款方式：工程竣工验收合格后，乙方提供正规发票后付款。
六、施工期限： 年 月 日至 年 月 日。工期为 天;工期每延期一天建设单位有权按合同总造价的 3‰ 扣罚施工单位工程款。工期如遇特殊情况不能按期完工，应由施工单位书面向建设单位提出，双方协商适当延期。
七、工程质量及验收：施工单位应依照建设单位提供的要求，严格按国家颁发的有关技术规范标准和有关部门的审批方案施工，以确保施工质量。施工期间建设单位应委派现场监督人员监督施工质量，并会同施工单位协商解决.八、违约责任：本合同自签订之日起生效，双方因履行本合同发生争议纠纷时协商解决;本合同一式二份，甲乙双方各执一份。

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及国家有关法律、法规的规定，甲方委托乙方承担自来水管道安装工程，经甲、乙双方友好协商，达成一致意见，特签订本合同，以资信守。
一、工程概况：
工程名称：贞丰县永丰街道必克小学自来水管道安装工程。
工程地点：从必克村自来水塔至必克小学新校区共350米。
二、承包方式：包工包料、包工期、包质量、包发票税款。
三、材料要求：使用国标热镀锌钢管，规格为圆管外直径 mm，壁厚 mm。接头、弯头、闸阀、水表等必须是合格产品。
四、质量要求：乙方在工程质量上必须接受甲方的监督，工程上存在质量问题时，甲方有权提出整改措施，乙方必须及时整改。
五、安全要求：在施工过程中，乙方注重施工安全。若出现意外事故由乙方自负，与甲方无任何关系。
六、工程造价：
工程总造价为人民币 元（大写）。
七、付款方式：工程完工通过甲方验收合格并开具发票报账后才能付款。
八、工期要求：

第五篇：自来水管道维修安装合同
自来水管道维修安装合同
甲方： 乙方：
甲方因常涯、叶庄新打水源井，需对原供水管线、设备进行铺设及维修，并对部分区域重新安装。甲方委托乙方给该项目的实施，遵循平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则，经甲、乙双方协商一致，订立本协议。
一、乙方对甲方原供水管线铺设及维修，并对部分区域需重新安装，含土建。时间为一个月。
二、本安装工程所需的原材料，由乙方按工程实际情况，由乙方负责对安装材料的采购，安装材料须符合国家标准。
三、经双方协商本工程造价
万元（）。施工结束经验收按实结算。
四、施工结束验收合格，正常使用二个月无异常后一次性结清工程款。
五、甲方负责提供工程的施工场地：负责施工期间与供水单位及相邻单位、住户的协调工作。负责对施工质量、进度监督。
六、乙方负责本协议约定的要求，抓紧时间完成给水管道维修、安装；工程质量符合国家规定承担工程质量全部责任：应做施工现场的安全生产管理工作，因乙方原因发生安全事故或管理不当造成的危及自身及他人 的安全事故和工伤事故，由乙方承担全部费用及责任。
七、因乙方原因致水管泄漏返工，其材料及实际损失一概由乙方负责。
八、未尽事宜协商解决。本协议签定之日起生效。本合同一式二份，甲、乙双方各执一份。
