从学校毕业已经多年，记忆中常常回到令我魂牵梦扰的校园，想念起我的那些与众不同的老师。

第一位老师姓吴，是我高中时的数学老师。吴老师至今令我印象深刻，是因为他讲课独特的风格。吴老师上课从来不看课本和参考书，甚至有时连课本也不拿，似乎所有的例题都已经深深地印在了他的脑子里。每到他上数学课，总看到他像叼烟卷一样拿出一支粉笔，开始上课，甚是潇洒。课堂上，例题信手拈来，而且极具代表性，似乎所有学过的概念定义都能用到，着实考验我们的基本功。吴老师还有一个特点，就是所有有代表性的例题都要用两种甚至两种以上的方法来解，而且每讲解一种方法都要让学生再次到讲台上用自己的话复述，使我们不得不用上全部的精力去学习，以免被点到名时丢人。记得一次测试，卷纸上有一道特别难的习题，所有的同学都无一答出，而吴老师却用了不下三种的方法解答，每一种方法都用了几乎一个黑板来解释说明，每每如此还不忘说上一句：“不管是做题还真是做事都不要一条胡洞走到黑，要学会从不同的角度解决问题。”让我佩服不已。虽然，习题记不清楚是什么，但老师那种严谨治学的态度让我终生受益。

第二位老师是我高中时的历史老师，只是他的名字已经记不起来了，只知道姓秦。秦老师据说毕业于某知名大学的历史系，讲起课来是滔滔不绝，似乎上下五千年的历史都已然烂熟于心，尤其是历史时间、历史事件在他的课堂上完全不觉得陌生难以记忆，记得他常说：“学习历史你们不仅要学会把书读厚，掌握历史事件的细枝末节；还要学会把出读薄，理出纷乱繁杂历史事件中的头绪。”

秦老师另一个让我印象深刻的地方是，他教会了我们不要用眼睛去看历史，要用心去读历史，客观地发现历史真相，对待曾经发生过的事件要有自己的看法，在他的课上最常听到的一句话是：“这个事件你怎么看。”记得，无数次在夜自习停电后，他点着蜡烛与我们讲述一些我们不知道地历史事件，帮我们分析，开启我们心中的明灯。

第三位老师是我读师范学校的现代文学史杜老师。杜老师毕业于信阳师范学院，她是位巾帼不让须眉的老师她的课可以让人感觉到冲出文字本身和教材内容的力量，深深喜欢的是她迥异于多数人的思维和审视问题的角度，她思想深刻、语言犀利，常常讲到义愤处拍案而起。不仅如此，杜老师常常将一些我们闻所未闻的事件讲于我们听，她和秦老师一样教导我们要用心去发现你身旁哪些司空见惯的事情，在杜老师的课上我们认识了不一样的鲁迅、不一样的丁玲。

第四位老师也是我读师范学校是结识的老师，她姓赵，毕业于北京大学，是著名语言学家王力先生的学生，据说，她现在已经到外地去任教了。赵老师是一位学识渊博、温柔的老师。她的课也是不拿教材，却将要传授的知识娓娓道来，在她的教导之下我们穿越时空和一切人类优秀的文化亲密接触，王维、李白、李商隐等等的诗人不再是一篇篇晦涩难懂的文字，而是一个个鲜活的生命，他们的文章也从平铺直叙变成一个个音符，在她的影响下我喜欢上了古代汉语，喜欢上了看似没有生命的古代文字、语法，喜欢上了音律。。。吴老师、秦老师、杜老师、赵老师。。。正是这一位位严谨治学而又以智慧启迪启蒙学生的师者，让我学会了如何身教，如何言教，如何在这三尺讲台上注塑一个又一个幼小的灵魂。

身为人师，我永远在路上，而他们永远在我前行的路上指引着我。

自改革开放以来，我们有了幼儿教育，小学六年制教育，初中三年教育，高中三年制教育。。他们驻扎在这些岗位上，经历着岁月的侵蚀，看着年少的少年从稚嫩的孩童成长为社会的精英，他们以自己的青春灌溉着我们成长的土壤，他们是老师，我们的守护者。

自小学开始，老师就比家长陪伴我们的时间还要长，在相处中，无知，暴躁，没耐心，调皮牵动着我们的神经，批评，反叛，都充斥着我们和老师相处的岁月里，但我总记得有那么一位老师以她温和的脾性，耐心的教育，至微的关心伴随着我的成长。她曾是我的初中班主任，也任英语老师，周老师。

一双优雅的高跟鞋停在我面前，淡淡地洗发水香味散开，我不住抬头，瞧上了一双眼睛，虽然岁月已在眼角留下了痕迹，但是那双好奇的眼神还是让我不住探究？这是我们的班主任吗？

果然，她就是我我的班主任兼任英语老师，她不是很年轻，但是她的一举一动总是透露着她的优雅，她的善意，岁月残留的痕迹给她的热情磨平了，我看到了一位还带有青春气息的中年女老师。

二老师关注我，我好开心

刚开学，刚从小学生就跨度到中学生的我们，有着对学校的陌生，有着对初中生的疑惑，所以大家都很活跃。我也很开心，想好好融入这个新的环境，将内心的热情迸发出来，也希望得到老师的注意。但是总是跨不开步。。我成了一个忧伤的小孩。

很快，班里要进行班干部竞选，大家都在竞相报名，我在踌躇，内心的想法总不敢去求证，那天放学，我被周老师叫到办公室了，老师一开始不说话，只是在批改作业，在我的对面放着一张同学们填的竞选的表，过了好一会，周老师抬起头来笑着问我：你有什么要跟老师说吗？老师想听你自己亲口说。我犹豫着自己要不要去竞选班干部，最后我鼓起勇气说，老师我想当班干部。老师笑了，笑得很欣慰，说，“我还想你什么时候能说出这句话呢，我很满意你现在的表现，很棒哦。”在走出周老师办公室门口时，我舒了一口气，我终于踏出了第一步。在回班级教室时，我感觉自己轻飘飘，心里乐开了花，我似乎做成了一件大事。在班委竞选时，我竞选了英语课代表，当我竞

三我站上了讲台，展现了新姿态

初当班干部，心里是很是忐忑，很多时候自己不能将老师布置的任务很好的完成，所以那时的自己很是烦恼。我犹豫了一段时间，我打算向老师提出辞退我这英语班干部的职务吧，我在老师办公室的门前徘徊了好久，最后一次，在我犹豫的时候，周老师出来了，当面迎上了我，我向老师提出了我自己的想法，老师思考了一会，说：老师让你在当一段时间看你表现，如果实难胜任的话，我们在谈这件事，好吗？我点了点头，其实那时候我坚定我要干好我所要做的事。没过多久，周老师就和我谈了我上台领同学们早读的这一安排，虽然我不确信自己是否能做好，但是，我还是鼓足勇气答应了下来。慢慢地我自信了，自己开朗了，自己也和同学们处的融洽了，我有时候成了同学们关注的焦点，我脸上的表情更多了，我活泼了，在假日还和同学们约好出去玩，我的人生自此发生了大转变。。。

四感恩我的老师，为我点明了我的方向灯

周老师让我的人生有了质变，我再也不是之前的丑小鸭。如今的我更开朗，在许多事情上我处的更好了，甚至我在梦想我的老师生涯上已经跨了一大步----我的专业是师范专业，我梦想自己能够成长为一个优秀的老师，教会学生懂得正确的为人处事，教会他们在书本知识之外还要懂得实践求得真知，知道提问，勇于竞选自己想得到的，这样人生过得才是精彩。

人生总有些不如意的事情，努力尝试，那也就无所后悔，只是一个人对于自己的潜能认识不要太过妄自菲薄，当然人的生命里如果能出现一个点明他道路的人，那是至关重要的，正如周老师在我的人生画图上画了浓重的一笔。以后我能当上老师的话，我一定要做那个指明少年前进方向的指明灯。

交流，信任，适时提点这是老师应该给予的，同样，自信，激情，尝试是学生需要积极体现的。。

五梦想未来，积极准备

我已经进入大二了，大一的稚嫩只是当时的懵懂，大二的初生带来的是人生的思考，我心中的好老师形象在心中已初步成像，大二的努力方向需要自己验证了，大三的路程不远了，大四的实习路程坎坷，求职更加难上加难。。知道自己要什么，投入学习，挥洒汗水，才能收获自己的未来。
