Nature is angry, it crazy revenge against the human race, earthquake, storm, Blizzard, debris flow, volcano...And so frequently occur, let us taste the fruits of my own.大量的事实都说明了，地球对于我们人类来说是致关重要的，同学们让我们来保护地球，它是人类的宝贵资源，它是亿万年才能形成的，保护地球从现在做起，保护地球从我做起，为建设美丽的地球而努力。

英语辅导周刊发行活动畅谈

一：做我们报纸的收获

1锻炼自己，提高个人能力；

2多交朋友，提升自己人脉；

3积累经验，增加求职筹码;

4为协会贡献力量，让协会更有名气和实力。

5获得大型赞助资金，为进军甲级社团提供物质基础。

二： 开场白

不要一进去就说我们负责学院的英语报刊推广销售，我们学校是工科类院校，有很多同

学英语很菜，高考五六十分的多了去，提到英语就头痛，还有的人甚至反感根本不想听。所以我们作为学长学姐应多关心地询问他们家乡、行程、入学心情及目前需要的帮助（边发传单，每宿舍两张）。同时介绍一些进入大学后会碰到的问题，要让远道求学的新生感受到来之本协会关怀和问候。或者采取其他的方式：如委婉的向新生介绍A,B级等级考试没过的麻烦，让他们在有压力的同时又能提高英语学习的自觉性，为学校等级考试通过率的提高出一份力，为协会升级甲级社团添上重重的筹码）。

再推荐英语辅导周刊，以学长学姐的身份向新生介绍本校英语等级考试（第一次英语A，B级考试很多班级全班挂一半稍出头，学院也有贴出来，通过率具体百分几我忘记了，但是很多同学应该都有看到，通过率高不高大家心里雪亮雪亮的。挂了第一学期奖学金没了，一切个人荣誉没了，入党积极分子没了下学期从头开始。每学期补考一次40元，补考三次以上的大有人在。最后毕业发的是结业证书而不是毕业证书。

要做一个受人欢迎的推销员，保持微笑，适当热情，善于观察，懂得投其所好。回想一下商场里的有些优秀推销员的行为，是否有值得借鉴的地方。推销自己是贯穿营销始末的。哪怕是遭到拒绝，也请微笑面对，他可以不认同你的工作，但是一定要认同你的素质！

三：介绍报纸

a、主要告诉他们英语A,B级，四级的在报刊中比例相当（成绩差的同学我们要让他明白这份报刊A,B级的分量很重，成绩好的我们要让他们不会误以为这份很简单，不利他们考四级。

4）征订技巧：

a聊聊新生家乡，问哪里人，及其他新生关心的话题（不许谎报自己是他同乡）。

b帮助新生提行李，教他们如何整理床铺等等（最好在校门口，或宿舍附近，不可提倡全程接送，除非很有把握。

c以一个朋友的身份向新生讲授大学生活趣事，留下自己的联系方法，让新生在以后的生活学习过程中遇到问题和困难，向你请教。

d谈谈大学的生活、学习，提到学习的时候，着重强调英语学习的重要性（大学英语A,B级的重要性）。让他们知道《英语辅导周刊》是辅导英语A,B级并向四级冲刺的权威性报纸，这份报刊得到老师的大力支持推荐。

e队友之间在休息期间应相互交流发行经验和遇到的问题，并解决问题提高自己的发行能力。f现身说法，已经考过四级的，可以带上自己的四级考试成绩单，向他们展示一下。

五：工作中注意事项；

2)领取相关材料，工作结束后交回，避免丢失。给订阅者开据学习报专用收据，详细登订阅者的资料（姓名、宿舍号），发行员自行保管好收据，票据要妥善管理，如果发票开错，不要撕掉，写上作废即可。

3）发行员必须在所分配的区域内工作，收款时请仔细鉴别人民币，一定要避免假

币，要记住五十一百等人民币是谁给的（如用铅笔做记号）。

4）宣传发行期间请佩带协会证件，并携带学生证以备证明自己的身份。在指定时间

到达工作区域

5）带上自己的包或不透明的塑料带，不要把我们的材料直接拿在手上，这样如果遇

到顽固的生管，会造成不必要的麻烦，还要叫。

6）工作过程中遇到一些困难，及时与主管联系，不要轻易放弃。

7）报纸发行的最佳工作时间，新生刚到宿舍、中午、傍晚。

六：和其他报纸的比较：《21century》是很不错，销量也不错，但大都数是由于

零售的。还有就是它的大学版难度太大了，适合考研和六级以上水平的读者；英

语周报事实已经证明不适合我们学校。很多其他的报纸杂志杂志都没有质量和售

后保障。

七：工作时的心态：要有自信，我们的报纸是最好的，如果我们的报纸都卖不好的，其他的报纸在我们学校更卖不出去，遇到挫折的时候要坚持，回来时找学姐

学长寻求解决方法。遇到一些宿舍出现比较特殊的情况，多和会员分享交流，共

同进步。

销售过程中遇见的问题（转载）

答：了解清楚什么原因，可以帮他忙一忙，顺便讲讲《学习报》的一些情况。隔壁都订了，你们不订就回

落伍的。还有就是问问家是哪的、学的什么专业等，利用这个先拉近距离。

2)当学生提出“我们的课本还没有发下来，等发下来再说吧”怎么办？

答：我们学校因为开学比较晚，而我们英语辅导材料是把九月份作为第一期，所以我们要尽快统计好订

阅数目。然后报到上面去。况且现在的大学生最基本的素质是英语，英语是必不可少的；我们的征订时间

就在这几天，等课本发下来已经不一定订得到了，所以要抓紧时间定；

3）当学生提出“宿舍其他人还没到，一起来了商量一下再说”

答：大学生和高中生最大的区别就是要有主见，学习是自己的事情，高中的时候是老师帮你们定学习辅导材料，但是大学已经不一样了，什么都要靠自己了。然后再跟他讲英语学习的重要

来了解你们的报到情况，看你们有什么需要帮助的；来了解你们情况！

三、套近乎哪里人？乘什么车？对学校印象？英语水平如何？高考分数？

四、判断对手用正确的方式切入不同性格的人。内向、外向；经济情况；有主见，没主见；英语水平等

五、主题部分 1.学习：大学是人生的另一起点，学习依然是头等大事；英语学习及重要性：学好英语的优

越性，学不好的苦恼处；推荐《学习报》及特色；（见样报及宣传册的讲解）

六、收尾，成交，及时总结上一次推销的经验，以饱满的热情投入下一次推销过程中。

第三篇：英语比赛

英语比赛

上英语课了，老师让我们一大组和二大组比赛，双方开始了激烈的比赛，我们一大组和二大组打了十几个回合，仍然不分胜负，快下课了，二大组有45分，我们一大组有40分，我们一大组的人都已精疲力尽，我一看着急了，在急切之下，我突然站了起来，“老师我会”，结果老师就挑我了，我回答了XXXX个问题。老师给我们加了15分，一下子就超过了第二组10分。正在这时下课铃声响起。

下课后我们第一组的同学团聚在一起载歌载舞，互相庆祝我们一大组的胜利。
