一、学术型学位

1.复试方式和内容

1）笔试：重点考察考生分析问题与解决问题的能力。采用闭卷形式，考试时间为3小时，满分100分。笔试科目包括刑事诉讼法学、民事诉讼法学和行政诉讼法学。

2）面试：主要考察考生分析问题和口头表达的能力，了解考生对专业课以及专业课以外知识技能的掌握情况；审阅考生的代表作（学术学位论文、已发表或者未发表的科研论文、调查报告）以考察考生的科研能力；考察考生政治思想、道德修养、兴趣爱好、心理素质、文明礼仪等方面的情况。满分100分。

3）外语听力和口语测试：以口试形式测试，满分100分。

各专业录取名次由以下公式换算录取成绩后由高到低排序

录取成绩=初试成绩÷5×50%+复试成绩×50%

复试成绩=复试笔试成绩×80%+复试面试成绩×15%+外语听力口语测试成绩×5%

《民事诉讼法》（第五版），江伟主编，中国人民大学出版社2011年。

二、专业学位

1、自我认识

想一矢中的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题。你现在是干什么的？你将来要干什么？你过去是干什么的？

这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的？现在是干什么的？回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

随后，着手回答第二个问题：你将来要干什么？如果你申请的是一份举足轻重的工作，雇主肯定很关注你对未来的自我设计。你的回答要具体，合理，并符合你现在的身份，要有一个更别致的风格。

专业课面试：内容一般是财税热点，先用中文回答，再用英文复述一遍。中文最好回答地好一点，尽量不要出错，不然老师可能挑你的毛病；英文回答烂一点不要紧，不要在乎老师在听你说什么，你一直保持说下去就行了。关于财税热点文章可以从中国知网等网站下载（前提是你的学校有购买这个），可以下个硕博论文，这样不仅解决了你的中文回答内容，连英文回答内容你都可以参考论文的英文摘要，一举两得。

关于总成绩：一般当天面试完就基本上确定要哪些人了，不过不会对外公布，自己的学生可以给老师打电话，这方面外校学生可能吃亏。

历史文化学院硕士研究生复试方案

1.复试办法：

（1）根据教育部和学校有关规定，成立复试工作领导小组，并认真根据各招生专业的实际情况，组成由指导教师参加的复试小组，对所有上线考生集中进行统一的复试；

（2）学院所有硕士招生专业，复试时采用笔试与面试相结合的方式。

（3）各复试小组按百分制为复试考生打分，并根据分数排出名次；

（4）为切实保证生源质量，对同等学力考生，根据国家和学校的有关规定，除加试的科目外，在复试时必须对其知识面和专业素质，尤其是本科主干课程和综合技能进行严格考察；

为做好2014年博士研究生入学考试复试录取工作，现将2014年博士研究生入学考试初试成绩及进入复试的基本要求予以公布，并将复试录取的相关事宜通知如下：

一、初试成绩查询

考生凭网上报名时注册的用户名和密码登录山东大学2014年博士研究生入学考试初试成绩查询系统查询本人初试成绩（点击此处进入查询系统）。

注：登录系统后，考生成绩位于“第二步：查看信息”栏目底部“考试科目”栏目中。

二、初试成绩复核

1．根据教育部相关文件规定，考生如对初试成绩有疑问，可在规定时间内向我校申请试卷复核。试卷复核仅核实是否存在漏判、成绩累计或登记错误，考生本人不得接触试卷。

2．考生可于4月21日上午8：30－11：30、下午1：30－4：30将《复核申请表》（见附件1）传真或直接送交至山东大学研究生招生办公室，逾期不再接受复核申请，传真：0531-88361181。

3．复核结果将于4月23日在本网站公布。

三、复试基本要求

四、复试工作安排

1．复试时间

4月25日－4月30日。具体事宜由考生所报考学院（中心、所）安排。

2．复试材料

考生报到时除须携带报考学院（中心、所）所要求的材料外，还须将填写好的政审表、专家推荐书交报考学院（中心、所）。

3．体检安排

考生可在4月25日，4月28－4月29日正常工作日每天8：00-9：00到报考学院（中心、所）所在校区医院进行体检。体检时须空腹，并携带一寸免冠照片一张。不参加体检或体检不合格的考生，将取消其复试资格或录取资格。
