考研复试是对考生能力的进一步考察，便于导师对考生进一步了解，便于选到真正适合本专业的研究生。因此对待面试考生要提前准备，发挥自己的特长，争取在有限的时间给导师留下深刻的印象。对待面试，除了有扎实的专业知识外，考生还要掌握一些面试技巧。希望海天考研以下的介绍，对2012的考研学生有所帮助。
首先，考生必须了解所报考院校的复试规则。
决定复试后，考生第一步要做的就是认真阅读所报考院校的复试规则或复试实施办法，了解复试内容和程序，同等学力考生要弄清是否有加试科目、是否要求发表或提交相当于学士水平的论文、是否要提交大学英语四级考试证书等等。另外考生要认真复习考试分析或所报考院校指定的复试参考教材。一般情况下，初试结束后，考试用书就被大家束之高阁了，基础知识虽然还有印象，但已经很生疏了，所以海天考研认为巩固基础知识、做好一定的知识储备是必要的。
考生还要广泛搜集所报考院校近几年的专业课和英语的复试试题，从而有的放矢地复习。对考生来说，英语可能是一道门槛，平时比较重视基础知识的学习，而在一定程度上忽视了听说训练，因此在复试之前还是有必要“抱佛脚”的。考生可按照搜集的往年英语口语题目，自己先做答案，要注意语法正确、用词恰当，然后把这些答案准确记忆。至于听力，考生要事先“热热身”，根据自己搜集的信息，做好听力训练。
再者，重视综合素质面试。

最后，参加复试需要掌握一些技巧。
据海天考研了解，掌握好以下四点，更利于考研复试顺利通过。1.密切关注复试信息。考生要关注研招网站或学校网站信息，包括复试时间、地点、考官和复试细则等，保持和招生办的联系；其次，可向上届师兄师姐询问复试范围和内容。2.短期强化听说能力。考生在初试结束后，如果感觉上线把握较大，就要开始温习英语听力和口语。3.巩固专业知识。复试之前再把初试之前准备的内容看一遍，另外也要主动了解导师研究的侧重点和主要的学术成就。4.注意礼仪和诚实。导师最喜欢的学生莫过于踏实认真且有创新精神。面试时切忌伪装和掩饰，一定要展现自己的真实实力和真正性格。
第二篇：复试综合面试
一类是考生个人信息。这个考生一定要准备全面，比如说你的个人经历，成功经历，失败经历，这个很重要。再比如你的个人梦想，打算，读研的计划，甚至你的家乡，你的家人，大学生活，本科学校的情况，还比如你是换专业考试的，为什么换专业考试?你没换专业的，你对这个专业有什么认识，他会问到很多类似这样的问题，关于个人的信息一定要准备好，一定不要临时去想，因为临时想很难组织语言，除非你的口语特别厉害，没有一个人能做到这一点，临时想得很完美。
在参加复试之前的时候，一定要自己用英语准备至少三个专业的问题以及它的回答就没有太大的问题了。套用一位过来人的话：“英语口试先是自我介绍，老师主要是根据你的自我介绍的内容来挖掘问题，或者根据当时情景来和你进行简短的对话，看看你有没有应用外语和别人沟通的能力。”
口语考试的话题随机性较大，考生要对有可能问到并展开的话题有所准备。考生可事先阅读一些相关文章，积累一些有关词汇。比如考生所在地区的文化和风俗习惯，如气候、习俗、重大节日、名胜古迹等。此外，熟悉本专业常用的英语词汇，适当阅读最新的专业外文期刊是必要的。
在遇到疑难问题的时候，考生先要认真思考，一般老师提出问题之后都会留一到两分钟的时间供考生思考作答的，如果实在没有思路，可以主动承认以前对这个问题关注不够，希望老师能够帮忙指点。如果有一些思路或者影响，不妨说出来与在场的老师分享，老师会认为该考生是一个诚实、可靠的学生，切不可胡编乱造、异想天开。
