大家好！感谢大家能抽出时间来参加家长会，同时也感谢各位家长对我们的信任。我们今天坐在一起，是为了一个共同的目标，那就是为了孩子的学习、为了孩子的进步、为了孩子的明天。我想借今天的家长会，从语文教材和语文家庭教育等方面，和大家一同探讨孩子的语文学习问题，驾设起学校与家庭协同教育的桥梁。

一、生字学习

语文是一门整合力很强的综合课程，就课本而言虽然是由一篇篇课文组合而成，但每一课都包含了字词学习、句子学习、朗读训练、口语交际、自然知识、思想教育、情感熏陶等各种学习任务。当然，不同年段有各自的侧重点，低年级重在字词教学。到目前为止，我们学生已经学习了4百多个生字,会认，会组词，能区别。本学期要求掌握250个生字，能读准字音、记住字型、了解字意（组词扩词），平均每一课要学习5-6个生字。生字数量很多，但是，总的感觉学起来还是比较轻松的。原因是学生在上学期的学习中已经掌握了不少识字的方法，有了一定的识字能力。但是，学起来轻松，不等于记得牢。一年级学生的记忆特点是学得快，忘得快。而要突破这个难点主要靠强记、多练、多用。需要经常性的巩固复习，才能避免边学边忘。怎样复习巩固呢？可以利用配套的辅助材料，看物想字、读书认字、写话练字，这些方法不是让学生刻意地掌握字词，而是一种潜移默化的影响。效率高又有趣。还有，在生活中识字也是一个学生感兴趣的好方法。所谓生活中识字，就是走到哪，认到哪。汉字无处不在，在餐馆、超市、医院、公路上到处都可以认字。因为低年级强调多识字，认字任务大，这就更加需要我们的家长多费些时间，尽可能抽时间检查孩子对生字的掌握情况（每课听写一次生字签字）。我们都知道，孩子的第一任老师是自己的家长，如果我们家长们能在百忙之中与孩子共同学习，那孩子自然也就兴致百倍了。要注意：前面我所讲的是检查而不是陪学！

二、课外阅读 很多家长总是抱怨孩子的语文写话能力不高。这是为什么呢？再说作文，二年级就要开始作文起步了，学生没有最基本的积累，大白话写出来的作文，能得到高分吗？所以我们提倡广泛阅读、多多积累。

培养孩子良好的阅读习惯，可以让孩子终身受益，如何培养孩子良好的阅读习惯，又是家长们十分头疼的问题。对于这个问题，“一般而言，如果家长有阅读的习惯，孩子成长中耳濡目染，自然就会形成阅读习惯。”对于孩子喜欢的书，家长可以放开让他自己去读；但对于一些他不太感兴趣而又有用的书，家长可尝试陪读。对此，家长可紧跟教材的内容，每周陪孩子阅读一定的篇数，帮助孩子理解阅读材料，并要求孩子回答课后的问题，久而久之，孩子便会养成坚持阅读的习惯。此外，建议家庭备《百科全书》、《十万个为什么》等科普读物，遇到孩子有不懂的问题，可与孩子一起查阅资料，或是佯装自己有不懂的问题，让孩子主动去查阅资料并告知。

3.引导中要注意的两点问题。

（1）不要选太长的文章。一般而言，小学一二年级的孩子，家长应辅以图画来陪读，让孩子经常看着图画去想象、叙述。

（2）别让孩子接触不健康的漫画。

三、家庭作业

(1)是抓作业。要规定孩子周末必须做完作业，而且必须检查后再出去玩，培养孩子养成先完成作业再玩耍的好习惯；做作业时，不要边看电视边做作业，或者边吃东西边做作业，因为一心不能二用。

（2）抓“听写”。关于以后我布置的听写。我希望家长也能认认真真地帮助老师完成。30来个学生，我想如果全是要老师来管，必定有几个接受能力慢的小孩。我一节课只有４０分钟，课间能利用我都利用上了，但还是不可能单独地给某一个孩子很多时间。所以就需要家长在家里多对他付出了。如果孩子在家里能多读，及时复习巩固，那到学校就能及时到我这里检测。这样几次下来，他读书就有劲头了。如果小孩在家里听写过一次，第二次学校里一起听写，他就能全对了。这样几次下来，他读书就有劲头了。很多教育孩子的事情，我觉得家长不会做不到，而主要是看家长去不去做，愿不愿意花时间去做。家长可以列一个小计划，一课一听写，一天一课，每周末再巩固一次，这样孩子一定会记忆更牢。（3）抓“背书”。有很家长反映现在的内容比以前真是难多了，一篇课文那么长，认识的字又那么多。对于一个7岁的小孩子子来说是有点困难。可是越困难的事，对同学们来说就越有挑战。一年级那么长的文章你都能读、都能背，真了不起。要鼓励学生背书，在家的时候可以先到爸妈手里背，第二天到老师这背。希望家长们继续做好这件事情，如果没读，就在作业本上签上没读。千万别隐瞒。（4）抓预习

1、圈生字，划生词，给“我会认”的生字注音；

2、抄“我会写”的生字；

3、把课文读3遍；

4、家长签字。

（5）抓态度，家长要在家检查孩子的作业和书写，尤其是书写，不要以为孩子作业做完了就完了，更重要的是作业的质量，家长在家通过加强教育，积极引导和训练，使孩子把字写得既规范，又美观。养成良好的书写习惯生活不要包办，养成孩子自己查看课表、整理书包、带好一切学习用品。

（6）抓能力。主要是记忆力，想象力，思维能力等等，这些能力的培养都是从兴趣开始的。比如说，家长经常让孩子识字，认招牌等等，回到家中建议家长和孩子一起识字、看书，这样孩子看书的热情会很高，识字的能力会大大增强，另外鼓励孩子学儿歌、听广播、看课外书和新闻节目等，为孩子准备几本有益的课外书籍并督促他每天定量阅读，养成读书的好习惯。（7）主动学习的习惯是家长给孩子最好的礼物。

家长和孩子之间必须维持良好的关系，养成家庭学习的好习惯，要让孩子尽早养成主动学习、自觉学习的好习惯，就像婴儿会自己站起来走路一样，能够自己努力用功，不懂之处自己思考、解决，具备了“自己学习力”，就拥有了一生进步向上的原动力，这也是教育中最重要的“自己培育力”，这样的孩子自然会自发、自主地用功，也就不会感觉学习很辛苦了。作为家长，要注意称赞孩子、鼓励孩子，让他慢慢养成一个人主动学习的习惯，这是家长送给孩子的最佳礼物。

有些家长直到现在还以为孩子交到学校，交到老师手里就是老师的事了，有些在学校里看似很认真很乖巧的孩子，如果家长重视一下，应该很优秀的孩子，可是由于家长的不重视，他们在家学习马马虎虎，每次回家作业总是随意的应付一下。他们变得越来越平庸，差距和好的学生越拉越远，真的好可惜！请你想想自己的孩子是不是本该优秀的，如果努力一把是不是可以改变的。如果是这样的，想想该怎样做？
