第五篇：加拿大探亲须知

客人必须提供的真实资料：

1.因私护照原件，护照末页要有本人签名；有效期至少要持续到申请人计划从加拿大离境

后的一个月；如有旧护照请一并提供。

2.四张最近六个月内拍摄的护照相尺寸的照片并用清晰的印刷体拼音在每张照片后面注

明申请人姓名及出生日期（日/月/年）

3.清晰完整填写报名表（报名表、家属表、教育及就业细节表，详见后附3套表格）

4.公司营业执照复印件和单位简介（成立时间、性质、规模、产品、效益等）；工职人员

请提供单位法人代码证复印件和单位简介。（请在复印件上加盖公章）

5.公司空白抬头信纸(加盖公章)3张；

6.个人身份证复印件，全家户口本复印件；结婚证复印件；

7.个人资产证明原件（1.10万元以上银行存折或存单清晰复印件 2.房产证明复印件 3.有价证券复印件 4.机动车登记证或行驶证复印件；显示过去若干月/年中财政历史的银行文件原件，如果资产在配偶名下需提供相关结婚证明材料）

8.以往出国经历证明文件，如国外显著风景标志照片和用过的签证原/复印件。

9.其它辅助材料原件：职称证书、荣誉证书、学历证书等。

10.邀请人的公民身份证明的复印件（例如 IMM1000，永久居住卡两面的复印件，学习许

可，工作许可）

11.说明访问理由的邀请信

12.附有邀请人家庭成员的清单

13.邀请人的收入及财政状况证明，须为来自于加拿大的独立第三方性质的文件，可靠并且

易核实（例如但不仅限于：加拿大税务总局出具的评估报告，显示收入情况的雇佣证明信，缴款存根，银行对账单，执业专业人士出具的T4 或财务报表）。

如果邀请人在学，学校出具的录取信及/或成绩单。

14.与加拿大邀请人的关系证明（例如出生证/结婚证/通信证明的复印件）

15.如果退休，注明申请人退休金的退休证明

请注意，如果支付了多次入境签证费用、但是签证官只考虑签发了一个单次入境签证，费用差异不予退还。并且，任何撤销或被拒签的申请受理费也不予退还。
