短文改错是一项测试考生的判断力、观察力、纠错力等语言基础知识及综合运用能力的题型。在现行的高考试题中,改错题属于主观试题客观考查的综合性高层次试题。它既考查方方面面的基础知识,又考查综合运用语言的能力,包括写作能力。很多考生面对此题,茫然不知所措,结果没错的地方给改错了,错误的地方却放过了。尤其在写作练习中,命题者将各种典型错误更集中、更系统地整理出来,然后融入一篇内容和题材较为简单的文章中设计而成,因而该题考生得分率最低,特别是对于刚刚进入高中,初次涉及短文改错题型的学生。笔者通过分析近几年高考短文改错题和教学实践,认为,了解命题规律,从中拾遗补漏,进而掌握短文改错题的一些解题技巧,定能在短时间内熟练掌握。

一、短文改错的提高策略

针对短文改错出现的问题,可在日常的学习中注意一些学习方法和学习习惯的培养以提高应试策略。

1.加强针对性训练,达到熟能生巧的目的。题做多了,题感就出来了,火眼金睛,也就基本上练出来了,一些小错误在读题的时候就难逃学生的法眼了;除了多做改错专项练习外,也要做与短文改错题型相关的其他练习,比如,认真完成我们配套的练习册专门关于改错的单项训练,善于总结一些错误类型并加以强化,提高纠错水平。

高考短文改错题具有“高起点、低落点”的特点,对学生的语言感觉和语言能力要求较高,但改正的错误往往比较简单。很多学生做不好改错题不是因为没有掌握这些语法知识,而是不能通过语感找出错误。所以培养学生有意识地去注意一些高考短文改错的常考点非常重要。

综合近年的高考题我们可以看出主要在以下语法项目上设题:1.名词和限制词的搭配主要涉及可数与不可数名词与冠词、指示代词、物主代词的错误搭配,以及名词的单复数的误用。2.动词的时态、语态以及非谓语动词常出现在总体时态为过去或现在时中间杂有另一时态的现象,以及动词的谓语与非谓语形式、非谓语动词之间的误用。3.代词的误用主要是代词的格与数的错用。如男性用了女性代词,单数用了复数代词或相反;应当用形容词性的物主代词用了名词性等。4.数词的误用主要是序数词与基数词的混用和错用,以及hundred,thousand,dozen,score等词和具体数量词连用时的用法以及表示约数的用法。5.形容词与副词主要涉及到形容词和副词的原级、比较级与最高级的误用,以及形容词和副词的误用等。6.考查英语中的并列现象在一些英语中的并列结构中没有用并列的语法结构,如并列连词连接的两个部分等。

上述几个方面,学生在做题时只要稍加留意,找出错误的比率就会增大很多。做短文改错题时一般遵循以下几个步骤:1.先通读全文。认真阅读短文,在做题之前确保已经弄清原文大意。注意文章中上下文的逻辑关系是否正确,时态、人称、主谓、指代等是否一致。2.聚焦出题热点、综合运用所学语言知识,分句(注意以句子为单位而不是以行为单位)对不同的错误情况进行分析和回答(即改词、加词或减词)。3.再次通读全文,校对自己的改正是否正确。一般各种改错的方式都应该用到,如果出现了某一种改法(如加词、减词等)没有用到,要考虑自己的改错应该有问题,要对刚才不是很有把握的行进行推敲。在自己认为正确的行后划勾,并且校对其他行改正的符号是否准确,大小写是否拼写正确(这点同学们很容易忽视)。如果某一行有两种改错方式要推敲哪一种是最佳改法。

培养学生的英语答题技巧是一个漫长的过程,教师要能够在日常教学中灌输给学生正确的答题技巧,能够让学生在答题时,除了掌握扎实的英语知识基础,还能够掌握答题技巧,从而提高学生答题的正确率。学生只有掌握好答题技巧,才能进一步提高自身的短文改错能力,从而提高自身的英语成绩。

三、教师要重视讲评,能够对学生短文改错能力进行分析

学生在日常学习中做完每一篇短文改错,教师都应该对学生出现的问题进行分析,能够让学生及时了解自己的不足 并且可以及时加以改正,让学生明白自己在做题时出现的错误是哪一类,哪些错误是自己可以避免的,哪些错误是自己不会的知识点。教师重视学生短文改错的讲评,可以让学生弄清自己出错的原因及问题所在,吸取教训,从而提高学生的整体短文改错能力。教师应该让学生每做完一篇短文改错后,先认真根据答案思考自己的问题所在,总结出哪些错误是自己不应该犯的,哪些错误是可以避免的,这样能够提高学生对自己的认识,能够进一步使得学生的答题能力得到提升。
