第二篇：口语不好,照样做外贸
天天在外贸论坛上溜达，发现里面人群最大的是外贸新手（偶就是）.我实习时第一份工作找的就是外贸，在一家小工厂里面，做阀门。刚上班第二个礼拜，就接到一个巴基斯坦的电话，那家伙，叽里呱啦叽里呱啦说了足足有五六分钟，我能听明白的就两三句，意思是催我快点答复他们，要不要参加他们的竞标。靠，我当时还不知道竞标是啥玩意呢，后来仔细看看邮件，才明白参加竞标要先交订单5%作为标金。我才不理你呢。那家伙英语也不咋的，我的发音那么准他只会说OK OK。虽然我只说两三句话，说我跟我们老板商量，马上回复你。原来这小子在那边也是照着纸念的。哈哈~~,以前就有老乡教我，打电话也不用怕，事先把要说的话写好,今天见着例子了。
从那以后，我就非常怕接老外电话，以为老外说英语都那么难懂，我口语一本来就般。
后来，不断的跟同学、老乡请教，问问他们当初刚做外贸的经验。他们每次都跟我说：别担心，我们中国人的发音算不错的了，碰到中东国家发音不准的也没关系，慢慢的就习惯了。碰到母语是英语的老外就更好了，你说几个字他就明白什么意思了。最主要的是胆子要大。当时我还以为他们是为了应付我才这么说。
慢慢的，接触的老外多了，也慢慢在网上跟老外聊天了。胆子也
就大多了。原来，一切都是心魔在作祟。不信，你找两个中东，非洲的老外看看，他们有的比你们英语还烂，单他们敢说，一个个在网上到处窜，到处找朋友。我有一个埃及朋友，跟他聊天，想找出一个没有错误的单词得找半天，但是我大部分就是能明天他说什么，这并不影响我们交流。
最近又认识一个做外贸的老乡，一女的。慢慢交流的过程中，我们谈到了同样的话题。她的感觉跟我一样。做外贸，口语不好，照做不误。当然，不是说英语不重要，很多时候可能会因为你的英语不好而引起失误。但是，我在这里想说的是：
刚从事外贸的朋友们，做外贸胆子是第一，你要敢说出口，只有克服了这个心理障碍，你才能往前迈。
我现在的体会是：口语靠胆大，拿单靠EMAIL。书面表达一定要准确，外贸信函一定得正规，不能产生异议。只有这样，你才能在外贸行业混。当然，每个人都得不停的学习。

I have a hard time with my girlfriend.我跟我女友关系非常不好.Have a hard time with sb.就是说和某个人的关系处的特别不好.特别是形容情侣或是夫妻之间.如果你听美国的广播节目, 就常有人 call in 进来说 I have a hard time with my girlfriend.通常如果那天特别适合吵架的话, 一天之内就可以听到好几次.Hard time 还有一个很常用的用法, 就是说做什么事会有困难.比如说某部电影要上演了, 你想去看首映, 那么别人可能就会警告你说, You will have a hard time getting a ticket.(你要买到票是很困难的)又比方说你朋友作错事, 但他却一直不承认他自己有错.那这时你就可以说, Why do you have such a hard time admitting it? 你要承认错误有那么困难吗?
You're getting on my nerves.你惹毛我了.照字面上来看这句话就是你碰到我的神经了, 引申为让别人生气的意思.比如说别人一直取笑你, 你不高兴就可以说 You get on my nerve.这句话的意思跟 jump on my back 差不多.Jump on my back 就是说某人去惹到你了, 试想如果有一个人在你背上跳啊跳的, 那会是什么样的感觉? 所以凡是有人去惹到你, 你就可以警告他说, You are jumping on my back!

这句话跟上一句刚好是一对.比如说你一早去上班, 老板就说你这个不是, 那个不是, 工作为什么又没做完, 这句话就可以派上用场了!你可以大声地跟老板说, Get off my back.I didn't sleep last night.然后再来你就可以准备收拾东西走路了.因为你老板可能会跟你说, Then get out of my face, I don't want to see you again.Cut me some slack!Give me some slack!放我一马吧.Slack 就是松懈的意思, 虽然我写的中文解释不太一样, 但其实这句话跟 Get off my back 是一模一样的.这二句在电视肥皂剧常可以听到, 有一次 Full house 里的老爸被家里的聪明的小鬼整的受不了, 他就说 Cut me some slack.放我一马吧.I don't give a shit;I don't give a damn.不屑一顾.Shit 跟 damn 都是最不值钱的东西, 连 shit 跟 damn 都不给, 就是说根本不屑一顾.比如说你知道有人在背后说你坏话, 你就可以这么说, I don't give a shit.People have dirty looks on their faces.人们的脸都很臭.dirty 在这里并不是指脏的意思, 或是说长的难看, 而是说脸很臭的意思.Tough luck, but shit happens.真倒霉, 但还是发生了.车子开到一半爆胎了, 你可以说的就是这一句.Shit 是不雅的字, 但这个字可以用在很多让你很不爽的事上.例如本句 shit happens 就是那种令人不爽的事发生了.如果有人说, I did shit in the test.就是说他考的很烂很烂.Tough luck 就是说运气实在糟透了, 我还听过另外一个讲法, 叫 rotten luck.烂透了的运气.二个意思上差不多.I got the short end of the stick.这实在是我所能遇到最糟的情况了.比如说你跟人作生意被人倒了, 老婆跟人跑了, 儿子又生病, 自己的钱包又被扒了.那么你就可以说 I got the short end of the stick.比如说你去吃 pizza, 它是已经分好一块块的, 大家一哄而上, 结果剩下最后一块最小的上面又刚好没topping 的 pizza, 那个还没拿的人就开玩笑地说了这一句: I got the short end of the stick.
第四篇：口语不好怎么与老外电话沟通
首先本人认为，如果自己英语不太好，最好不要主动打电话给客户。尤其是打给非说英语国家的客户/英语不太好的客户。因为很可能达不到效果，从邮件/或你们以往联系的方式会比较好。比如说较急的，需要急需要确认的，可以建议他收一下/看一下邮件。会比你说整件事情来得容易和清楚。
如果一定要打电话，给一点点小的参考意见:
1、先写下来，将你要说的内容和思路写下来。1，2，3点这样子。(电话是一个互动的沟通方式，万一双方沟通受阻能够再回到正题)
2、打电话是先找到人，一些较长名字的英文可能因为你的发音不准或不对而找不到准确的人。所以建议你将整个全名报出来，并且拼一下他的名。以便打电话的人能准确转到你要找的人。(有的国外公司都很正规，有前台和很多部门)
3、找到人了，首先问候，然后报自己的名字/以及国名(地名)/以及公司名。很可能客户一下子想不起来你。所以在平时邮件或者沟通中应该注意塑造自己的名字的特点，等他确认他知道你是谁了，你再讲你的事情，按你写好的顺序啊，慢慢的讲出来。讲完一点听一下他的回复。注意沟通要口语化，因为还是有很多并不是英语很好的，照顾一下他们不要太难怕他们听不懂。
4、在他表示知道或不知道，你还要提醒一下说，你将马上发邮件再将这件事情发给他。其实最好打之前将邮件发好。这样电话中能问他是否收到你邮件，他一边看你邮件一边跟你讲会容易得多。如果事后，那你也说一下你将马上发给他，大概5分钟能收到，请他回复。
5、最后当然是客套一句就好了。
最后再发一封邮件。
英语非常好的，当然在沟通上有更多优势，所以要想做到电话沟通无障碍，还是要练英语！

A tiger caught a Deer.一只老虎抓到一头鹿
