自我介绍是人际交往的重要手段，如今它又成为艺术类院校专业招生面试的第一个环节。一般来说，面试中的自我介绍有两种：一种是“标签式”，只要一句话：“我叫某某某”，或加上考号、地区、学校等。它的作用，是在录像时“自报家门”，以便评委辨认，相当于笔试中先填写姓名、考号一样。这种介绍并没有什么技巧，这里不再谈。

这里讲的是另一种，即“演讲式”。它要求考生作一两分钟的口头介绍，大约两三百字。其作用是借此了解考生的基本情况，顺便考核他们的形象气质、语言表达能力。它比“标签式”详细得多，也有一定的技巧。

（一）：要有具体材料，不要作秀表演

自我介绍，顾名思义，就是介绍自己的基本情况，如姓名、年龄、家庭、经历、特长、性格等，考官也借此对你作详细了解和深入考查。但在实际面试中，却发现许多考生讲的完全不合要求，他们根本不是作自我介绍，而只是“作秀”表演。主要有以下几个问题。

第一，没有具体的介绍。

自我介绍时，最普遍、最严重的毛病，是考生根本没介绍具体情况，缺乏起码的要素，缺乏基本的信息。许多人只在开头点了一句“我叫某某某”，之后就完全离题，空发议论，没有任何属于个人的事实。换言之，如果去掉“我叫某某某”，其余内容人人都可以照搬，个个都能够套用，那还叫“自我介绍”吗?还有人连自己姓甚名谁、家住哪里、芳龄几何都不提，该讲的不讲，却大谈什么“人生”、“坎坷”、“梦想”之类，完全是文不对题、华而不实，纯粹是作秀表演。

请记住：自我介绍就是严格意义上的自我介绍，是你对学校的汇报，也是学校对你的了解，完全靠材料取胜，用事实说话。介绍时，最好每一句话都有你个人的特色，都应该只属于你而不属于别人。介绍时，最好每一句话都有信息点，都是一个事实，自己应该少发议论，少作评价。只要摆出材料，“用事实说话”，评委自会从中得出总体印象的。

第二，只有空洞的抒情。

没有具体的介绍，就只剩下空洞的抒情了。大家知道，“介绍”一类文章应该属于“说明文”范畴，而没有材料的介绍就只好靠空洞的抒情来撑门面了。特别是有些擅长写作的“秀才”们，齿于摆材料，而片面地追求所谓的“文采”和“哲理”，于是就写成了文绉绉的“抒情文”。请看：

1、平平凡凡的我，却不愿过关在火柴盒里的生活：飞扬的个性，青春的激情，开朗的性格，总觉得自己应该展翅飞翔！

2、有人说，用一种冷静的态度和冷峻的眼光看待这个世界，文字中自然免不了有忧郁的美，或美的忧郁。我说不是。

3、我把每一个有朝霞的早晨，看作是周末的早晨。但当我发现往后退，就是开始于一点点放纵自己。我开始打点行装，开始漫长的人生跋涉?? 乍一看，这些话很有文采，很浪漫，其实都很空洞，没有实际内容，颇有点无病呻吟的味道，矫揉造作，透出一股浓浓的“中学生腔”，也是一种“作秀”。第三，盲目摹仿“参赛宣言”。

还有一个普遍现象，就是盲目辜仿“参赛宣言”。近年来，许多地方大搞“选美”、“选秀”和“挑战主持人”之类的活动，选手登台时，都有发表“参赛宣言”的环节。于是众人竞相摹仿，艺术类招生的口试也难免受其影响。其实这二者有很大的差别，专业不同，目的不同，场合不同，时间限制不同，选拔方式也不同，是不可盲目照搬的。但许多人认为“参赛宣言”很时髦，仍免不了“作秀”表演，动不动就是豪言壮语，看上去牛气冲天，实际上千篇一律。常见的套话有：

1、我聪明，我活泼，我大方，我自信！

2、我就是我！一个小小的我，一个独一无二的我！

3、我不一定是最优秀的，但我一定是最努力的！

4、给我一个支点，我将举起地球！

5、走自己的路，让别人说去！

6、我的未来不是梦！

好不容易讲到性格了，却又光图时髦而无内容，模棱两可。如：

1、我是一个具有多重性格的人，既外向，又内向。

2、我爱说、爱笑、爱哭、爱闹；我敢爱、敢恨、敢悲、敢怒！

3、我静如处子，动如脱兔。

还有的公开拉选票，显得十分庸俗。如：

1、各位评委，请投我一票！

2、请大家支持我！

3、评委老师，请给我一次机会吧！

4、我是一匹千里马，但马能不能腾飞，就看你是不是伯乐了！当然，以上这些话并不是不能说，但是用多、用滥了，就显得哕嗦、俗气了。专业招生考试是一种人才选拔，是真正意义上的竞赛，需要严肃，需要科学，不可将二者混淆，盲目移植。

第四，过多倾诉自己的理想。

还有一种常见的偏向，就是倾诉自己的理想，篇幅太长，比重过大。许多人刚讲了姓名、年龄、学校以后，就迫不及待地讲自己如何酷爱艺术，袒露心迹，这本是无可厚非的，但比重过大，从策划学的角度来讲并不恰当。因为时间不允许，每个人只有一分多钟“自我介绍”的机会，你不抓紧推销自己，却大谈考这个专业的迫切心情，绝对是喧宾夺主了。其实，你来报考这个专业，行为本身已经说明了一切，还用你一再表白吗?何况评委最感兴趣的，并不是你的心情如何迫切，更不会以迫切程度来区别、取舍，而是看你已具备哪些报考的条件。所以，关于报考这个专业的迫切心情不宜多讲，有一句就够了，还是腾出时间来摆事实吧！

总之，“自我介绍”最重要的，是定位要准确，不要盲目“追星”，不要表演作秀，不要发表“参赛宣言”，还是实在一点为好。

（二）：要讲究表达技巧，不要摘成填表式

与以上情况相反，有人走上另一极端，类似填写考生登记表一样。如：“我叫xx，今年xx岁，来自xx市。”虽然有要素，却又太简单、太直白，虽有骨架，却缺乏血

肉，这也是不成功的。要增强表达效果，就有必要对重点要素作些说明、渲染、强调，要抓住各种巧合做文章，既可展示一定的文化品位，又可加深别人的记忆。第一，姓名介绍不能少，一般都要重复说明一下。如：

1、我叫章祥，立早章，吉祥的祥。

2、我叫张弛，弓长张，松弛的弛，它出自古语“文武之道，一张一弛”。

3、我叫王纯，妹妹叫王洁，合在一起就是“纯洁”。

4、我叫周志成，父母亲给我取这个名字，是希望我“有志者，事竞成”。

5、我叫刘维，与著名歌星刘维维只差一个字。我也喜欢唱歌，不过比起刘维维来就不只差一个字了。

6、我叫郭城，当歌星郭富城不再“富”的时候，就变成我了。

这些介绍，都对姓名作了重复或说明。有的是防止同音误听，有的介绍了取名的由采或含义，有的与名人比照，目的都只有一个，就是加深别人对你的印象。尤其在面试中，只讲一遍是肯定记不住的，有必要强调一下，不妨“罗嗦”一点。有的在结尾处还照应一下：“这就是我，一个叫某某某的长沙伢子。”在每天几十上首位考生中，如果评委能够记住你的名字，至少记得某个特征，这个自我介绍就是成功的了。第二，家乡也应该稍作介绍。如：

1、我来自著名的瓷城湖南醴陵。

2、我来自湖南宁乡，跟刘少奇主席是老乡。

3、“浏阳河，弯过了几道弯??”这首著名的歌，使我的家乡浏阳名扬四海。

4、一千多年前，诗人陶渊明描写过号称“世外挑源”的理想乐土，那就是我的家乡，湖南桃源。

5、“永州之野产异蛇”，读过柳宗元《捕蛇者说》的人，一定知道我的家乡永州。不过，它今天不再荒凉、偏僻。

一般来说，家乡应介绍到县市一级，并要举出一件它最出名的东西，或是名人，或是名产等以唤醒别人的联想记忆。有人介绍家乡太泛，如“我来自江南”，“我出生在一个美丽的小山村”，“我家在洞庭湖畔”，不是太大就是太小，信息不很确切，要素没出来。当然，如果你来自大城市，知名度很高，就没有必要再说明了。第三、年龄和出生年月如有必要，也可以发挥一下。如：

1、我出生在19xx年建军节，所以取名“建军”。2、1984年国庆节，邓小平阅兵时，我出生在长沙市湘雅医院。我和祖国同一天生日，我和祖国同命运。

3、再过几天，就是我十八岁的生日。在我成为中华人民共和国正式公民的时候，但愿生日能给我带来好运。

4、我属牛，有着牛一样的实干精神，有时也发一点牛脾气。

诸如此类，原来单调的东西立刻变得形象化、立体化了，评委就可以通过这些了解你、记住你，这就成功了。当然，并不是说每个人的每个信息点都要渲染一番，因为不是每个人都有巧合点，或虽有巧合点但扯得太远，要转弯抹角解释很多，那也没必要渲染。总之，各人只能量体裁衣，根据自己具体情况设计，包装自己、推销自己。

（三）：要抓住特色，不要流于一般

有些人作介绍时，基本要素并不缺，也做了必要的渲染，但总体印象仍很一般化。这里有客观事实的限制，也有主观方面的原因。一方面，考生多半是十几岁的中学生，经历简单，没有太多的东西可讲；另一方面，则是不善于“推销”自己。

那么，该如何抓住自己的特色进行包装和“推销”呢?最重要的，应该有一定的策划意识，把自己摆在宏观的背景下，经过综合分析，了解自己的优势和不足，找出合适的定位，进行“形象设计”。正如商品广告，它之所以成功，并不是对产品作了全方位的介绍，而只是突出了其中一点，但这一点给人留下深刻的印象。同样，一两分钟的自我介绍也不可能面面俱到，什么都讲，但这一点一定要引人关注。

具体说来，可以考虑这几个方面： a．要抓住属于“少数”的东西。比方说，你是少数民族，是华侨，是港澳台学生，是宗教界人士子弟，是党员，是在职职工，是往届生，是外地考生等，都应该抓住做文章。这些都属“少数”，甚至是独一无二的，很容易被考官记住特征标签。如：

（3）绕圈子，有时候老师考学生，让学生做一分钟或者半分钟自我介绍时，学

生都闲时间太长，怕说不了那么长时间。这就需要绕圈子了，和观众互动，比如在介绍年龄的时候就说“我的年龄呢！你们猜，看我有几岁了？哈哈，猜不出来吧，我今年七十二〃〃〃个月！七十二个月是几岁啊？你自己不会算啊！〃〃〃〃”如此一来即可以把时间拉长，而且还有一个更大的好处，就是可以调节气氛！

（5）有一定节奏感的自我介绍，这是比较难的，把自己的介绍内容连串在歌曲 里面唱出来，或者自己组织有辙有韵的顺口溜来介绍！（在上课的时候老师会亲自为每一位同学编写的）

Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristi c algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic

Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 20_, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.
