我的一个学生曾经这样说，我是一个特别不爱学习的学生，一拿起课本就犯困，但我特别喜欢听您的课。我喜欢听您叫我可爱的孩子，让我觉得很幸福，我知道老师很爱我，所以我不可以对不起您。

另一个学生告诉我，我喜欢看老师对我们笑，我可以感受到其中的温暖与信任。老师就像母亲，包容却不放纵，我可以自由的表现自己，并且可以感受到自己的进步。很质朴的话，却让我感动。

是爱。爱是阳光，可以把坚冰融化;爱是春雨，能让枯萎的小草发芽;爱是神奇，可以点石成金。爱是世上最伟大的语言，是激发潜能的最好动力。

我是一个性格开朗快乐向上，从小就喜欢唱歌跳舞。直到现在我还能清晰的记得我的启蒙教师慈祥的笑脸、记得她教我跳的第一个舞蹈，或许从那时起：当一名幼儿教师就已经成了我儿时的理想。1989 年高中毕业的我选择这个阳光下最快乐的职业，成了一名幼儿教师也圆了我童年的梦想!一直到今天，我在这个幸福的岗

位上奋斗了 23 个春秋!我把自己的青春和热情无怨无悔的奉献给了我所热爱的幼教事业!

选择就意味着奉献，然而奉献需要爱心与知识。我热爱幼教事业，并深深的懂得参天大树始于弱不禁风的幼苗，我们的职业是为幼苗浇第一滴水，施第一把肥。多年来为了更好的工作，我不断提高业务素质，积极学习完善自我。在工作中我自学了电子琴和手风琴两种乐器，于 1997 年顺利取得学前中等专业毕业证，2004 年第一批考取幼儿教师资格证，2008 年正式加入中国共产党，2010 年报名参加天津广播电视大学学前专业的学习。从 89 年到 10 年，我分别在乡镇中心园和普园工作，并担任普园园长。我在工作中摸索和领会《刚要》精神从健康、语言、社会、科学和艺术各个领域不断进行探索和学习，我组织的教育活动，制作的玩教具作品和撰写的论文曾多次获得县、乡不名次的的表彰和奖励。在这里由于时间关系，就不再一一列举。一分耕耘一分收获，我的工作得到家长和社会各界支持和认可。每年六一儿童节多家乡镇企业和所属 7 个自然村的领导都会不约而至，带着礼品慰问孩子和老师们，我们园使用的扩音器，打击乐器，运动玩具等都来自社会各界爱心捐赠。2007 年六一儿童节，县乡各级主管领导和县里多名退休老干部都慕名来到我们这个偏僻的普园，为孩子送来祝福和问候，并和孩子们一起载歌载舞欢度节日。我的工作再次得到肯定。真的!我陶醉了!陶醉在美丽的童话世界里!

2010 年我调到二小幼儿园担任园长，这是一个挑战自我的全新开始。城里幼儿家长的素质和对幼儿园的要求远远高于农村家长。作为一名党员教师，我在做好本职工作的同时带领园里同事们积极开展家长活动，用现代化手段创建了爱心网站和校讯通平台，把孩子在园表现及时发送给家长，并虚心听取家长的建议和意见。我们经常邀请家长参加园里组织的各种活动，为孩子的成长与进步创设宽松愉快的环境。在活动中我们既是支持者、引导者又是合作者、用爱心换取孩子们的进步，用真诚获取家长的信任。2 班上有个叫杜鹏的小朋友，他是个特殊的孩子。患有严重的小儿多动症，一直在北京儿童医院就诊。这个孩子最大的特点就是坐不住，爱发脾气动不动就打小朋友，所以没有孩子愿意和他做朋友。我发现这情况以后，积极和家长进行沟通，专门为这个孩子制定了教育方案。杜鹏还有一个爱好就是喜欢画画，我从这个爱好开始，经常陪他一起画画并鼓励杜鹏把他的作品展示并送给小朋友们。慢慢的，孩子有了成就感和自信心。变得愿意和小朋友友好的相处了，每天都能快乐的生活在这个集体里。看到孩子的进步，杜鹏妈妈哭了。并给学校写来热情洋溢的感谢信。不可否认，每个孩子的点滴进步无不凝聚了老师们的智慧与汗水。今年六月我园组织的文艺、亲子等系列活动备受社会的关注，爱心企业为我们无偿提供了所有活动的奖品。看着孩子们开心的笑脸和家长们肯定的目光，人生最大的幸福，莫过于自己的努力得到肯定!我真的很欣慰!
