九年级上册英语教学工作总结
2013——2014(上)
本学期,在学校领导的细心关怀下,在年级组和教研组的正确带领下,在同行的亲切帮扶下,在社区群众和本班学生的大力支持下,我顺利地完成了2013至2014年度上学期人教版新目标英语九年级(上册)的教学工作。本学期已经接近尾声,为了及时总结经验教训,确保下学期工作能够做得更好更出色,现对本学期教学工作做一总结。
一、工作指导思想
(一)面向每个学生,关注每个学生,突出学生主体,尊重个体差异。激发学生学习英语的兴趣,调动学生学习英语的积极性,帮助学生建立学习的自信心,引导学生培养学习的良好习惯。
(二)以学习技能、语言知识、情感态度价值观、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础,进行教学目标的整体设计和教学计划的具体实施。
(三)注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。
(四)采用任务型的教学模式,让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与、合作等方式,实现任务目标,感受成功的喜悦。
二、学生基本情况
九年级(2)班共有学生 32名,其中女名,回女名。经过八年级一个学年的磨合,我与学生之间已经相互了解,相互融洽,这对开展教学工作起到了很大的促进作用。因为马上要面临升学考试,我和学生的压力都很重,大部分学生学得都很用功,很勤奋。个别学生尽管在一开始出现了厌学的苗头和思想,但是经过班主任和各科老师的耐心教育,还有班上同学的热心开
导,这几个学生逐渐打消了这种不良的念头,重新树立起学习的自信心。总的来说,班级学习氛围浓厚,学习英语的积极性比较高。
三、采取的工作措施
(一)认真学习十八大和十八届三中全会精神,撰写学习心得,积极参加学校各项会议,尤其是九年级全体教师的会议,做好会议记录,领会会议精神,落实会议精神。
(二)开学初,根据学校要求和学生实际情况,认真制定切实可行的教学工作计划和安排,使教学工作做到有计划可循,有安排可依。
(三)注重抓常规教学,以学生为主体,面向全体学生组织教学,注意培养学生听说读写的能力,充分利用早读时间,要求学生大声朗读课文。培养学生放声读的习惯和语感。有效利用晚自习和晚自习结束后延长的那一小时,认真讲解习题,带领和组织学生开展自学。
(四)注重抓词汇学习和句型学习,经常进行听说训练,提高学生记忆单词和句型的能力;课堂内坚持组织学生的结对活动,引导学生互帮互助,鼓励学生多说多练。
(五)注重英语作文教学,每个单元写作教学,我都从简向难,由浅入深,不但注重个体,而且关注全部,使每一个学生在原来的基础上都能得到发展和提高。
(六)有针对性地布置适度、适量的作业,促进学生对所学知识的巩固和提高。在批改作业上,我主要采用面批的方式,这样既加强了师生之间的及时反馈,又促进了师生之间的沟通交流。
三、工作中的不足之处
(一)因为是第一次担任毕业班的英语教学,第一次接触九年级英语教
材,所以在处理教材上有时会出现失误,比如对教学进度的把握上,并不是很准确,有时会出现快慢不协调的情况。
(二)班上极个别学困生的转化工作做得不怎么好,从学习兴趣到学习方法上,这些学生都需要更多的关注和教育。
四、需要解决的问题
(一)本学期末,班上有几名学生流露出辍学的想法,下学期初,如何确保这几名学生继续上学,如何确保他们在继续上学之后有所收获,是需要解决的一个主要问题。
(二)引导学生正确合理地安排自己的假期生活,因为寒假正值春节期间,要引导学生在过好春节的同时,巩固好自己在学校的英语成果,并力争再上一个新台阶。
五、下学期的打算
(一)继续加强业务学习,不断提高教学能力,不断更新教育观念,做到让学生满意,让社区群众满意。
(二)开学之后,计划用四周左右的时间上完剩下的教学内容,用三至四周的时间进行具体、专项的复习,用四周左右的时间复习书本知识,接下来进行模拟考试并讲解模拟试题题,然后针对典型的错误再进行总结和复习,最后做好升学考试前的动员工作,使每一个学生都能考出属于自己的成绩。

1.通过教学让学生掌握重点词汇“outgoing”(外向的)“serious(严肃的、庄重的)“ wild”(鲁莽的、轻率的)“ calm”(镇静的、沉着的)等词的用法。
2.让学生学会形容词比较级的用法。
B.能力目标:指导学生在自主探究和任务型教学模式中,让学生学会用英语与他人谈论人的个性特征和形容词的比较的话题,以及进一步提高听力能力和英语语言表达能力。
C.情感目标:
通过师生在教学的双边活动中主动性和创造性的发挥,激发学生的学习兴趣,体验英语语言的美,体验知识间的相互应用、相互依存、联系,让学生充满自信,体验成就感和合作精神。同时在教学中,注意培养学生良好性格的形成。
Ⅱ.教学分析
A.教材分析:
本单元主要的内容是:“Talk about personal traits and how to compare people.”(谈论人的个性特征和形容词的比较)由于本单元具有两部分:SectionA和SectionB,从教材的整合来说本部分即有形容词用法的延续,又为后面形容词最高级的学习打下基础,具有承上启下的作用;再则,从本单元来说它既是本单元的基本语言内容,又为本单元知识扩展和综合语言运用奠定坚实的基础。因此,上好SectionA的前部分,既可让知识学习具有一定的延续性,又可为下面的教学做好铺垫,对完成本单元和今后的英语教学具有重要的意义。
学生分析:本节课对象是八年级的学生,正是学生健康的心理形成的好的时期。有的学生在回答问题的时候,总是怕出错误,怕被笑话,而选择闭口不答。因此,在教学的过程中,我注意到了充分调动学生学习的积极性,学生的自信心逐步增强,从而体验到成功的喜悦。
B.教学重点、难点:形容词比较级的用法和构成。

这节课我们学习了如何描述人物的性格特征和形容词的比较级。通过多媒体展示,内容丰富多彩,学生易理解掌握,课堂气氛因而也比较活跃。首先在上节课就给他们布置了预习, 并且都进行了初构, 所以在上课时大部分学生对所学内容比教了解;我是通过图片来导入本课的内容的, 通过对人物性格以及外貌特征的比较引入新的语言点, 然后让学生看图说话进行了对比, 从而对所学知识进一部练习, 这样将学生一步步引入英语学习的情境中;这下学生可活跃起来了。这些问题先由我与学生做问答示范,再让学生进行相互问答练习。同时,充分利用学生的好奇心、好胜心以及自我表现的欲望,引导学生自发进入主动学习的境界;学生有了自觉的学习行为后,再加上我适时地作一些关键性指导,很快,这节课中的难点就迎刃而解了。就这样,看似闲谈,实为新知识的学习。
但在在任务设置上,显得有些多,进度有些快,以后对于新单元的新课应稍微放慢速度。听录音部分对一部分学生来说有些难,应让学生跟读磁带。还要对重难点及时引导学生总结。通过本节课的教学实践,我认识到教学成功与否,学生掌握程度如何,关建在于教师如何创造性地设计课堂教学。任务的设计要体现多样化和层次感;面对不同的学生群体,任务的难度系数(深度)是可以调控的;而面对同一群体里的不同程度的学生,教师可以在任务设置时注意不同角色的设定,做到有针对性,使每一层面的学生皆有所得。教师要有意识地积极引导学生以教材上的简单东西为媒介向他们熟悉的生活发散开去,大胆地用英语去了解生活中的各类简单事物,解决生活中的各种简单事情。教师要善于活化教材,对其精加工, 在给定的语言材料基础上进行适度挖掘和拓展,使其更好服务于教学目的。课堂上尽可能给学生创造更多的机会用英语练习对话,这样不但可以培养学生的听说能力,还可以活跃课堂气氛,极大的调动学生的积极性和主动性,提高学生学习英语的兴趣。同时做一些练习来帮助学生直观地巩固所学知识,以便于提高学生综合应用知识的能力。

Explain that the interviewer will talk to several teenagers.
Get students to read the interview on their own quickly.
When they have finished, ask if there are any words or sentences they don’t understand. If there are, explain them.

Point out the sample language in the box. Invite a student to read it to the class.
Ask students to say the names of some stores and other places in the community and write them on the board. Say,Each group can choose three of these places to write about, or you can choose another place you know of
Write careful directions from the school to each place, but do not say the name of the place. You can use the words this place instead. In order to help students work, draw a simple map showing the school and several nearby streets.
When the groups are ready, they read their directions to the class and the other students guess the name of the place they are talking about.

Ask students to write words from the box in the blanks on their own. Help students if needed.
Correct the answers by having students read what qualities he or she listed.
