2、当国际学生顾问把推荐学生申请校外打工的I-20交给学生之后，按照指示填写I-765表格，并交申请费。

3、USCIS若批准学生校外打工，就会寄给学生一份授权就业卡EAD，和一封把决定通知学生的信函。国际学生顾问能从“学生与交换访问人员信息系统(SEVIS)”上看到批准的信息。

4、若USCIS拒绝了学生的美国留学打工申请，就会致函学生，列举出拒绝批准的理由。学生可以要求同一处办公室对于拒绝批准的决定重作考虑，但必须在限期届满之前提出。学生在提出重新审核(Motion to Reconsider)打工申请的要求时，须就可以支持其重审要求的所有新事实，做出说明。USCIS可能会规定学生，提交能证明新事实的书面保证或其他文件。

一、学制（所需时间）：

1、高中：3年

2、大学本科：4年

二、主要开学日期：

每年2个学期,春季3月份开学,秋季9-10月份开学.。主要新学年是2月份开学。

三、申请留学签证的语言要求及保障金要求
